Two-match Gauntlet
Raelyn will need to face both of the Pool Party members in consecutive 1-on-1 matches
Only a small 10 x 10 feet wrestling mats by the poolside serves as the legal area
Pool Party can win via pinfall, submission, KO or count-out (any area outside the mats)
Raelyn can only win via submission or KO

"Ughh... Why did you have to say tonight?"
"Oh come on, this is just fine!"
"This was way too soon! We've got nothing here! Had you even checked this place out before?!?"
"This is like... The only pool here. Duh!"
"But still! This looks so bland, so boring!"
"What? What would you have needed then? We've got the mats here... It's by the pool... There are even some lounge chairs..."
"Those? Those are bland as fuck!"
"Well, WHAT?"
"We're Pool Party!!! There's supposed to be a party atmosphere! Wherever we go! Always!"
"Well what would YOU have gotten here then?!?"
"We need like palm trees... Sand... Margaritas... Tequila... A DJ... Beach balls... Sunshades"
"Oh come on this is the basement pool!!! We could have never gotten those things here!"
"Oh surely AFW can arrange anything!"
"Well, thank me that I arranged the mat at least! And the rules! They're in our favor! Besides, you agreed to knock this bitch out!"
"Yeah but... This isn't cool."
"Oh come on, it's just us and her!"
"Oh? Oh? Just us and her? Those cameras there - just for us and her? How about those cameras there? Like, sure, no one is ever going to see this... Just as and her... And she's the only one who will know how incredibly boring we are?"
"Oh COME ON, these people watch wrestling in a perfectly normal ring most of the time... That's not boring to you?"
"Well, I..."
"Besides, we've got our guns! We'll soak her and dip her into the pool before knocking her out! That's not fun to you?"

Tensions were flaring between the pair of Swedish swimmers, as they were about to present themselves to the world of AFW as Pool Party! for the first time. Their debut had ended up being anything but a planned and coordinated one, having materialized mainly as a hasty result of a silly Twitter feud. While it had sounded like a good idea at the time, now, three minutes before the deadline, some nerves were probably surfacing from within the party duo. On the other hand, the deserted pool surroundings were a far cry from the pressure of entering the actual Tension arena itself in front of all the crowds, but as much of the setup of this match itself had been left in their own hands, there was a very different kind of pressure in the air.

The match or their opponent themselves weren't really any cause for concern - at least so far they hadn't been. They had been given the freedom to choose the place and time for the battle, and Jenny had even taken the liberty to ensure that the rules were favoring them. Surely they were going to vanquish the cocky challenger together, and deliver her a proper soaking that she wouldn't be forgetting - even after getting knocked out!

Erik Wallén - The Splashter :

Jenny Rosenlöf - The Aquanator :

Two minutes to 9pm, the swimmer duo finally managed to regroup themselves, and organize for the battle according to the little game plan that they had made. Having carried their signature water guns by the pool, the duo armed themselves with their favorite weapons before settling down by the edge of the mat, opposite to the entrance to the pool area. Lazily hiding their water guns a bit behind their backs, the pair simply waited in anticipation for the pointer of the poolside clock to hit 9pm exact.

"So, remember... When she gets within a foot from the mat, we take out the guns and start spraying her, right?"
"Yes yes... Ughh, I wish we even had some music!"
"Oh, stop complaining and focus!"

As if by magic, as soon as the clock hit 9pm, Pool Party's Entrance theme Miami 2 Ibiza started playing through the ancient poolside speakers. Looking at each other in amazement, it was obvious that this part hadn't exactly been planned.

Entrance theme: Swedish House Mafia (ft. Tinie Tempah) – Miami 2 Ibiza:

"Did you arrange this?"
"No!"

Gauntlet by the Pool: KO Party! - Pool Party (D) vs Raelyn Quinn [Specialty Match] Empty Re: Gauntlet by the Pool: KO Party! - Pool Party (D) vs Raelyn Quinn [Specialty Match]

Post by Yori Tue Jan 09, 2024 8:47 pm

It had been a strange path to get to the pool, requiring Raelyn to rope a member of staff into walking her there directly. Thankfully she had come early and there were locker rooms on hand. It felt only right to dress for the occasion, if nothing else she wanted to look good for her adoring fans. She stripped out of her street clothes and slipped into a sleek one-piece she had lying around practically begging for her to wear it. It clung to her body leaving practically nothing to the imagination, riding a bit high in the back. It would do.

She made her way to the pool itself but found Erik and Jenny arguing with each other. She couldn't hear what they were saying but the wild hand gestures and expressions told a story. In her head, they were panicking over how badly she would defeat them tonight. It brought a small smile to her face. She had intended on taking a small dip in the empty pool before the match to make a fashionable entrance worthy of Baywatch. Slinking back around the corner out of sight she instead simply waited, watching a clock on the wall waiting for nine.
Raelyn Quinn:
The moment the hour turned over, she cooly slipped around the corner, taking long leggy strides with a healthy sway in her hips. She assumed the music that was playing was for the ambiance so had mostly ignored it as she made her way to the edge of the mats, looking Erik and Jenny up and down. She was bigger than either of them, a fact she used to smirk down at them as she spoke. “Are you sure this wasn’t a pond you had us meeting at because all I see are little fishes.”

Gauntlet by the Pool: KO Party! - Pool Party (D) vs Raelyn Quinn [Specialty Match] Empty Re: Gauntlet by the Pool: KO Party! - Pool Party (D) vs Raelyn Quinn [Specialty Match]

The Pool Party duo were simply staring at each other in amazement, neither one of them being quite able to believe that the other one hadn't arranged for their entrance theme to start playing at nine. Eventually though, both came independently to the conclusion that maybe Tension had some decent managers after all, and maybe everything wasn't left up to them to get arranged.

In the meanwhile though, a figure had made its way to the other side of the mats... Her early movements left unnoticed by the swimmer duo due to the confusion and the music hiding the sounds of her footsteps. Jenny & Erik could see that the woman was clearly scanning both of them from head to toes, assessing the pair that she was dealing with... While the swimmer duo was obviously doing the same, keenly assessing their first impressions on the woman inside their heads.

"Ohh shit... She's tall! And man, look at those thighs..."
"Ohh shit... She's tall! And I can even see her abs through her swimsuit!"

Their words still able to be shrouded by the music, Erik turned his eyes to his partner.

"So, this is what you caught from Twitter, then?"
"What, what are YOU complaining?"

There was no time for further banter though, as suddenly the music began dying down, prompting Raelyn to address the duo as well.

"Fishes are slippery, hard to catch..." Jenny immediately responded her, before Erik had any time to react, thinking that she had come up with good counter. For her, there was nothing surprising or new that her opponent was going to be bigger than her, she had learnt to develop her style to work around it. Erik on the other hand was slightly more intimidated by his opponents figure - both in a good and in a bad way - and decided to try to lighten up the atmosphere instead. "Ohh... No, as you could hear, this is a party... A Pool Party! Or should I say... A Knockout Party tonight!" he concluded in a more flirty tone, immediately regretting his final words and the many ways they could be interpreted in a bit though.

To cover up his slight insecurity, he briefly glanced at Jenny, and gave her the sign which reminded them to follow their plan. Suddenly, both of the Wet'n'Wild wrestlers shouted "So, welcome to the party!" in unison, as they pulled their water guns from behind their backs, and started spraying water together all over Raelyn's body!

Gauntlet by the Pool: KO Party! - Pool Party (D) vs Raelyn Quinn [Specialty Match] Empty Re: Gauntlet by the Pool: KO Party! - Pool Party (D) vs Raelyn Quinn [Specialty Match]

Post by Yori Wed Jan 10, 2024 1:04 am

Raelyn shifted her weight from one leg to the other, idly tucking a few strands of stray hair behind her ear. She had an effortless beauty about her, not just due to her physique but the confident way she carried herself. Even not faced with two adversaries she had the air of someone who believed themself to be untouchable. “Oh, I have a very strong grip. It won’t be a problem. Hope the both of you are less slimy though.”

“Mhm, and now, the guest of honor…” She gestured to herself with a smug smirk. “Is here to provide the knockouts. I can’t speak for you but I know I’m going to have plenty of fun.” she had a small chuckle as the two looked between each other, mistaking their scheming glances to be one of mutual fear and intimidation for just how imposing she was. He took in a long breath, soaking that feeling in… until they shouted their welcome at her.

“I thought we-” She paused mid-sentence as she was peppered with spritzes of water, turning her head slightly with squinted eyes to keep it from hitting her face. She just stood there as they fired on her, slightly baffled at what sort of a setup this was. She let them have their fill of it, letting them keep going until they either ran out of water in the tank or thought better of this little prank. The arched brow and the way she peered down her nose at that felt like it was a silent vow that she would repay the debt.

It wasn’t an especially big deal. No TV show host was coming out to tell her how this was all part of some elaborate and childish prank. Just these two goobers squirting her with water. Once they had their fill, she looked down at herself. Thoroughly drenched. Then back to Erik and Jenny. Without warning she rushed the pair, going for Jenny first. She came in low with her shoulder, trying to just scoop her up and fireman carry her. Erik on the other hand… She reached for his gun, trying to yank him close enough to her to throw an arm around his head to squeeze him in against her.

“It's not a pool party until everyone gets in the pool.” With that she would jump towards the pool, tossing Jenny off her shoulder as far as she could throw her and dragging Erik in behind her. Once she hit the water she went into predator mode, trying to hunt both members of pool party down and relentlessly dunk both of them, shoving them under the water with her size advantage, or going beneath the surface to drag them under by their ankles and swimsuits if they proved to be too wily.

Gauntlet by the Pool: KO Party! - Pool Party (D) vs Raelyn Quinn [Specialty Match] Empty Re: Gauntlet by the Pool: KO Party! - Pool Party (D) vs Raelyn Quinn [Specialty Match]

Post by Jaystar Mon Jan 15, 2024 9:03 pm

Of course, letting an opponent intimidate you was never a good idea, especially not before a match... But to Erik, the way in which Raelyn responded to Jenny's comment about being slippery looked like it was point on... Looking at her body from head to toes, the blonde guy could easily identify many parts of her body, that looked like they held the potential of producing a very strong grip. By contrast, Jenny wasn't actually too put off by it... Her style depended on usually avoiding getting into any grip, and facing strong-looking wrestlers like Raelyn wasn't anything new to her.

In any case, as soon as the pair decided to start their signature water spray party at their opponent, they were both immediately back in their comfort zone again. Jumping up and down, rushing from side to side, performing some silly little dance moves while they were at it... This was the time to drench their opponent! But Raelyn didn't exactly react in the way that the swimmer duo had been expecting... Instead of trying to escape, or avoid the sprays, or try to catch them, she was simply standing still and taking it all in. It was making them a bit more insecure about what was happening again.. But then again, this was a pool, and she was wearing a swimsuit, so maybe this wasn't at all something that she would have disliked at all.

Eventually though, their little show died down... And so did their water guns. "Haha, wow, looks like someone enjoys getting wet!" Erik decided to shout at the drenched woman's direction, while Jenny was trying to be more neutral with her words. "Yeah, you're a good sport- Huh?" Suddenly the Aquanator spotted Raelyn charging straight at her, but there was too little time to do anything! The slender blonde soon found herself on the Knockout Queen's shoulder, confused over what was happening! In the meanwhile Erik had noticed Raelyn attacking his partner and taken out his water gun to spray at her once again... But the spray was already too weak, and it was easy for the attacking woman to grab hold of it! Soon enough the Splashter found his head pressed against the side of her swimsuit and breast, and he got his first taste of her iron grip...

There wasn't much time to assess it though, before the trio found themselves already inside the pool! Jenny splashed quite hard against the water as Raelyn had tossed her off, but Erik soon sank to depths alongside Raelyn's strong form... A fierce struggle ensued, with the blonde guy desperate to get his head above water to catch a breath! Jenny soon recognized his peril though, and quickly swam over to Raelyn, starting to deliver some strikes at her hoping to release her partner from the grip. Eventually it worked with Erik managing to get up to the surface and catch some air, but he would proably soon find Jenny already in trouble instead... Thus, the swimmer duo had to take turns with helping each other out in fighting Raelyn's grip, all the while trying to get all of them closer to the edge of the pool... Sure, water and pools were supposed to be their element, but this was quickly turning very tricky and dangerous! These fishes wanted to get on the dry ground again now!

Despite how savagely she was taking to dunking the two, it was all in good fun for her. If it seemed like either of the duo was in any actual trouble she would let up. She was being rough, but still playing, even if it was at their expense. She took her lump from Jenny though without any retaliation save for a few more dunks of the smaller woman. When it seemed like both members of the pool party wanted to flee, she let them and stayed within the pool as a sign of victory, the last woman swimming as it were. As they climbed out, she took the time to adjust her swimsuit just below the surface of the water where her body was visible only in a shifting blur of water.

“Scared of a little water?”
Raelyn teased, giving the water’s surface a slap to splash a bit of water up at them from the pool’s edge. She had waded over to the side of the pool then, folding her arms on the ground to idly hang and kick her feet a bit. “So which one of you is getting put to sleep first?”

Gauntlet by the Pool: KO Party! - Pool Party (D) vs Raelyn Quinn [Specialty Match] Empty Re: Gauntlet by the Pool: KO Party! - Pool Party (D) vs Raelyn Quinn [Specialty Match]

Post by Jaystar Tue Jan 23, 2024 7:14 pm

Yes, water was supposed to be Erik's and Jenny's element. Still, they hadn't really faced a situation quite like this before. Granted, that might have been a little bit of a surprise, considering all their historical mischievous shenanigans around pools... But Raelyn still had managed to have the capacity to completely surprise the swimmer duo. And honestly, it probably should have been taken as a little bit of an ominous sign... But the Swedish swimmers were only focusing on trying to defend them against the Knockout Queen's little play, and swim to the shore as soon as possible!

"Oh shit, I didn't expect that..."
"Oh yeah, she's fucking crazy!"

As soon as the blonde Swedes had gotten onto dry land, they set their sights to the pool again. Raelyn didn't seem to be in any hurry to get out of there, even pointing out that Pool Party seemed to be scared of water... Which earned a prompt wince and grimace from both of them. This was actually quite humiliating! How could they have gotten beaten at their own game like that... Well, the only saving grace seemed to be that the woman was still wearing a swimsuit after all. It wasn't as if she looked out of place.

But she also wanted to already get to the mats. And her question was a good one... While Jenny had anticipated it, Erik actually hadn't thought about it at all. Or he had, but hadn't discussed it with his partner...

"You! You were the one who started that Twitter beef first! You go first!"
"Me?!? Oh no, you were the one that she challenged first!"
"What?!? She challenged us both at the same time!"
"Yeah but I... OK, OK, I have an idea."

Going over to the 10 x 10 feet wrestling mats, Jenny proceeded to pick up something next to it.

"Come on, over here! Let's do a draw! Here's two pieces of paper... One has the number one, and the other has the number two. The one who gets the 1 has to go first, OK? Deal?"
"Whaa... Well OK, sounds fair."

Erik promptly made her way over to the wrestling match, where the two Swedes faced each other in the middle, probably making it look to Raelyn like they were seconds away from grappling and wrestling each other instead of her. Without questioning at all how they had happened to be so conveniently available, Erik took a careful look at the pieces of paper, and picked one...

"Ahh fuck! It's 1!"
"Oh, nice! Have fun!"

Jenny exited the mats while leaving Erik standing there... Extremely happy that the guy was probably never going to realize that both of the pieces of paper actually had "1" drawn on them.

Gauntlet by the Pool: KO Party! - Pool Party (D) vs Raelyn Quinn [Specialty Match] Empty Re: Gauntlet by the Pool: KO Party! - Pool Party (D) vs Raelyn Quinn [Specialty Match]

Post by Yori Wed Jan 24, 2024 5:44 pm

Raelyn watched from the poolside, lowering her chin to rest atop the arms she had folded on the ledge as she kicked her legs slowly to continue to wade in the water. She couldn’t help but find it funny they had set all this up but hadn’t thought about the order they were going to face her. Either way, this had been rather amusing so she watched on with a smirk, taking in the warm water of the heated pool while they bickered and essentially drew straws.

“We all set then?” Raelyn unfolded her arms and placed her palms, pulling herself up out of the pool. She threw a knee up over the side of the pool and withdrew herself to kneel at its edge, throwing back her head to let her long wet braid lash out over a shoulder and fall along her back. She interlocked her fingers and stretched her arms high, arching her back with a soft sigh. If there was any doubt this woman was a fitness model, her idle stretching resembling any pin-up pose in a swimsuit magazine was evidence enough to prove it.

When she rose to her feet, she made her way to the mats with a pronounced sway of her hips with every step. The wet swimsuit clung to her body leaving very little to the imagination, showing off just how toned she was beneath the fabric. When she passed Jenny, the Knockout Queen gave the girl a small wink. “Don’t worry, we’ll get to you pretty quick I think.”

Stepping up onto the mats, she walked inside the edge of the small restrictive space, gauging just how much room she had to work with. It wasn’t much, but once she wrestled Erik to the mat, she didn’t imagine she’d need much room. She gave the boy an upnod, standing across from him. “Ready whenever you are waterboy.”

She held her arms out to either side, almost as if offering Erik a free shot at her. She of course wouldn’t make good on any such unspoken agreement if he came at her aggressively, choosing to instead try to throw a stiff front kick directly into Erik’s stomach to knock him back or down. If he didn’t rush her though and went in for a grapple, she would humor him and opt to instead lock up to test his strength.

Gauntlet by the Pool: KO Party! - Pool Party (D) vs Raelyn Quinn [Specialty Match] Empty Re: Gauntlet by the Pool: KO Party! - Pool Party (D) vs Raelyn Quinn [Specialty Match]

Post by Jaystar Wed Jan 24, 2024 8:20 pm

Was this kind of cowardly arguing over who was going to face their opponent first giving out a confident, determined and professional look at all? Hell no. But to Pool Party's defence, this match was a little bit of a special case. This wasn't one where they were randomly paired up with some other team, or one where the whole point was to give out a good look of them, or necessarily put on a good show at all... The whole origination point of this match was their mutual Twitter beef, and their attempt at humiliating the other one by making them look bad. So of course this was personal for the swimmer duo!

Jenny had been the more devious one of them though this time, and ensured that Erik was going to have to be the one facing the Knockout Queen first. It surely was very fun and beneficial, potentially even face-saving... Even if she was going to have to wrestle against her as well. With any luck, at least Erik would get her weakened before she would have to face her... And if she got really lucky, maybe he could even KO her, and she could somehow lure herself out of the responsibility of having to wrestle tonight!

While the Aquanator certainly did not care that much about Raelyn, and probably didn't think too highly of her either, as she got out of the pool and made her way towards the mats, the Swede couldn't help some feelings of jealousy growing inside her. No, not for the fact that she was going to get to wrestle with Erik... But certainly for her body instead. She really looked like a fitness model, with a toned body and curves in all the right places. And especially in that swimsuit, she almost looked like a better, mightier, maybe even prettier version of Jenny herself... Which was only emphasized when she passed the blonde girl, as the lone challenger was certainly much taller, and probably quite a bit heavier than her as well. Jenny almost regretted for setting this match up in the first place... Especially after hearing Raelyn's ominous words, which she didn't really feel like being in a place to respond to at all.

Meanwhile, Erik was settling into his fate. Sure, he would have not protested at all if Jenny would have been the first to face this Knockout Queen tonight... But then again, between the two of them, this was the natural role for him after all. He was still the stronger one of the two, and it made sense for him to soften up their opponents first... Before Jenny could utilize some moves that were more part of her strengths. He just had to do his... His... Best against the... The...

"Oh my gosh, this girl looks like a freaking Baywatch babe!" Something from a series which he had never watched, of course. Funny that he still had that kind of thoughts inside his head.

Erik just couldn't help getting mesmerized by the sight of the strong, athletic fitness model in a swimsuit getting up from the pool, and making her way towards him. You know, this match was probably gonna turn out to be a pretty bad idea, but for sure he was never going to complain about getting a chance to wrestle against someone like this Knockout Queen.

Her little nickname for him was the final straw to wake him up once again. "Waterboy? Haha..." the swimmer began. Despite his sport, he hadn't really been called that way before. "So I look like some kind of superhero to you?" he then commented in a flirtier tone, partly because he was amused by her selection of words, but also partly because that connotation was how her little nickname had made him feel.

It became then pretty obvious though that she was offering him the first shot. And fair enough, Erik immediately recognized that the choice wasn't an easy one... Any chance of a submission hold, like wrenching her arm behind her back? No, not really he would be forced to leave the mats. Punch her belly? Nah, her abs looked like they could hurt his fist more... A throw? Probably not a good idea to start off with, she looked pretty heavy... Aerial moves? Well, where were the ropes...

Almost subconsciously, Erik was slowly getting the distinct feeling that the girl was wanting him to test his strength against her. And while he could recognize that it could have ended badly for him, he did have a tendency to engage in them, and honestly? He couldn't resist the idea of finding out how strong this Baywatch Babe actually was.

"So, wanna show me how strong you are?" the Splashter challenged as he attempted to find his footing and lock his hands up with Raelyn's.

Meanwhile, Jenny was doing a facepalm.

Gauntlet by the Pool: KO Party! - Pool Party (D) vs Raelyn Quinn [Specialty Match] Empty Re: Gauntlet by the Pool: KO Party! - Pool Party (D) vs Raelyn Quinn [Specialty Match]

There was a part of her that hoped he would take the bait and come in swinging just to see his face when she blew out his guts with one of her kicks. When he came in earnestly looking to grapple though she restrained herself and took the offer, leaning in to lock horns with Erik. Her grip was impressively strong and it was clear from how hard her initial push was, that her physique was not just for show. She was strong, very strong. Even still, there was strain trying to grapple with Erik, one that had her cocksure grin starting to show signs of worry. She hadn’t expected this much pushback from him.

With a grunt she stepped in, trying to press her body up against Erik’s, leaning her weight up on him. One of her legs hooked around his, trying to pull it out from under him, to break his balance and send him to the mat with her on top of him. If she had managed that, leverage would do the rest as she would try to wrestle him to the ground and pin his hands to the mat, her legs trying to secure him in a grapevine stretch. There was no danger in a pinfall as per their rules so this did very little for her aside from getting cozy on top of Erik.
