Round 1: Sarah Ashcole vs Kanai Kanamori

Unless Sarah was a 150 lbs rock, there was no way she'd be able to remain on her feet. The blonde kawaii grunted as she received the kick to the chest and fell to the mat with a thud. She panted heavily, her halfly open eyes focusing on the flashing lights of the ceiling as everything seemed to spin around her. Sarah barely managed to sit up and move one of her hands to her forehead, feeling pretty dazed, not being able to tell what was going on around her. "Nnnhh...?"

Kanai's body was jarred hard as well by the force of her own kick. She fell onto the mat, lying there for a moment as she regained energy. Then she slowly pushed herself up to her feet. She was worn out and tired now, but it seemed that Sarah was in a far worse condition. She was stunned by the blow, at the very least.

Kanai then got up and walked up to Sarah, then knelt down and grabbed her leg, pinning her down. "One!" the referee yelled.

Sarah was pushed back on the ground by her opponent. As her arms laid above her head, the blonde kawaii shut her eyes down, her chest going up and down as she panted heavily. Kanai's weight was enough by far to keep Sarah down for the full count. She wasnt feeling well at all, and wanted this to end already.

"Two!" The referee slapped her hand on the mat for the second time, the end of the match just a second away from them.

Kanai felt Sarah breathing underneath her, but no struggling. She saw that the girl had her eyes closed. The referee had already counted two, was Sarah out? Could Kanai have her first victory? She kept her eyes intently on the referee's hand.

It hit the mat. "Three!" the referee yelled, "And the winner by pin is Kanai Kanamori!"

Kanai immediately got up off her opponent. She pumped her fist into the air, jumping up and down in celebration. She had won!

As soon as Kanai got off, Sarah unconsciously moved her arm to her face, covering her eyes from the piercing ceiling lights with her elbow crease. She felt terribly humiliated: before the match began, she was acting very cocky, and now she was the one on the losing side. Sarah wasnt out cold, but was probably just about to pass out. She had taken one serious beating from her pink haired opponent, and now all she wanted to do was to rest.

Kanai saw Sarah still lying on the mat. She knelt down by her downed opponent, looking at her with a concerned look on her pretty face. "Hey," Kanai said, "Are you ok? Are you hurt anywhere?"

Sarah slowly moved her arm off her face after hearing Kanai's voice. She looked up at her opponent as she knelt by her, and made a great effort to sit up. She held her belly with one arm as she turned her head at Kanai. "Just a bit, but it'll pass" She said as she winked at Kanai with a light smile in her face. "Well donee, Kanaai-chaan...!"

"Thank you!" Kanai said. She grabbed Sarah's hand, pulling her upwards, and then grabbing Sarah's waist and pulling her up completely. "You fought well too Sarah," Kanai said, "And I really wish I didn't have to hurt you." She kept on holding Sarah close. "I'm sorry if I hurt you," she said, "Will you forgive me?"
