Of Swords and Supermodels: Ami Takeuchi vs Kyo Akamatsu

Ami cried out as Kyo locked in the Boston crab, thrashing and twisting underneath him as he wrenched her slender leg back. After the way Ami had initially taken control in their match and started locking in submission holds, it felt good to return the favour, to show her that he was no pushover either.

"Not fair? I disagree, this is completely fair," Kyo replied, wrenching Ami's leg back further and testing the flexibility of her slender body. Eventually, though, Ami dragged them towards the ropes and grabbed a hold of them. With a deep breath, Kyo released Ami's leg and stood up, grabbing a hold of her arm to pull her up. Without pausing for banter, he whipped her across the ring, running up to meet her as she rebounded with a clothesline!

She felt a sharp pain in her lower back when Kyo had her trapped in the painful boston crab submission. She would writhe in pain, burying her face in her arms while shaking her head to let the referee know that she was not giving up. Still, the pain was quite significant and she had to come out with a way to counter otherwise she would left in a pretty bad spot.

She began to drag the pair towards the ring ropes and eventually grab onto them to force a rope break. The male wrestler would release Ami and she would curl up, pretending to be more hurt than she actually was. "Owww my back....I think I pulled something" she would say, letting the referee check up on her so that Kyo would be unable to follow up after the rope break immediately.

However, the male wrestler would eventually grab her arm and whip her across the ring ropes. Ami came running back and ducking under his arm to avoid the clothesline. She bounced off the opposite set of ring ropes and once again came running at him, looking to vault herself up in the air and strike him with a lariat strike to try and take him down.

Kyo had to admit, he admired Ami's tenacity as she began to pull the two of them closer to the ropes, even as he tested her flexibility (something that the supermodel clearly had plenty of). Finally, the ref signaled for him to break as Ami managed to grab the ropes: without hesitation, Kyo released the bluenette, and dragged her to her feet. As far as he was concerned, he would be showing Ami disrespect by going easy on her, and so he whipped her across the ring, ready to clock her hard with a lariat as she came rebounding back.

Except Ami still had a lot of speed to call upon: in a flash of movement, Ami ducked his arm. Cursing, Kyo spun, trying to follow her movement-- just in time to see Ami come bouncing back at him, leaping forwards at him with a balletic, airborne grace....before slamming an arm hard into his face with a lariat of her own!

The blow knocked Kyo off of his feet, sending him slamming down hard onto his back. The crowd winced as, in a decisive counter attack, Ami managed to turn the tables on Kyo...

Many underestimated the supermodel purely because of her attitude and the fact that she was a model. However, that underestimation would lead to her opponent's slipping up more than once in a match. Ami showed incredible agility and in-ring awareness by ducking under Kyo's arm while running past him to bounce off the opposite set of ring ropes and come back towards him to take him down with a running lariat.

Ami would go down with Kyo, down on all fours next to him as she took a second to catch her breath before brushing her long blue hair away from her face. She would crawl forward and grab his hair, pulling him up to a seated position while she took a seat behind him. The supermodel tried to wrap her legs around his waist while her arm went around his neck, trying to lock him in a sleeper and body scissor combo submission.

If that worked, the bluenette would attempt to fall down on her back and pull the male wrestler on top of her!

Kyo's head was still ringing after taking the full force of that lariat. More and more, Ami was demonstrating why she was a former champ, and just how she had been able to hold her own against the likes of Belinda Northman and Alaina Sanders. Groaning, he shook his head, trying to clear out the cobwebs, when he felt Ami grabbing him by the head and pulling him up into aseated position.

And then he felt her arm sliding around his neck. He gagged as Ami locked in a tight sleeper from behind; before he could move his arms down, Ami's powerful thights were around his waist as well, squeezing tightly. And then she was dropping onto her back, arms and legs squeezing Kyo like a tube of toothpaste.

"Hnngh..." Kyo gasped, pawing at Ami's forearms and knees as he fought to free himself. His face quickly grew red as his air circulation was cut off. Knowing that he had to escape, he would try throwing one or two elbows back at Ami; if this failed to free him, though, then instead he would press his boots against the mat and push off, trying to roll and trying to get into a position to get his boot over the bottom rope...

Of course when the names came up on who the best female wrestler was in AFW, many would look towards Gwendolyn, Alaina, Cecilia, Belinda, Kelly and the legends of the past but the supermodel's name would almost certainly be omitted despite what she had achieved- in that she was a former Tension world champion. Because of her devious tactics and her modelling background, many considered her to be nothing more than a pretty face.

She was out here to prove everyone wrong and her opponent was finding that out just now. Taking him down with the lariat strike, Ami locked her opponent in a tight sleeper and scissor submission, squeezing him as tightly as she could. Her cute muscled bulged while she gritted her teeth and held on tight. He was a fighter though and after two elbow strikes into her gut, Ami was forced to let go.

"Ugh...you brute!" she whined, releasing him but not before kicking him in the back to shove him off. The supermodel would get back up to her feet, looking to press her advantage as she got close towards Kyo and attempted a standing moonsault!

Kyo was rasping for breath now as Ami poured all of her limbs into squeezing him, crushing his midsection even as her arm curled around his throat and began to squeeze. A small part of Kyo, admittedly, enjoyed the experience of Ami's body pressing into his and squeezing into him, but that was a very small part compared to the part of his brain that was screaming in panic over his inability to breathe. He dug down, and shot his elbows back, and was rewarded by Ami's cries of indignation before she finally released him.

He gasped for air as he was shoved off, rolling onto his back. Catching his breath, he forced an eye open...just in time to see Ami flipping down at him with a standing moonsault! He gasped as Ami slammed down across his chest, the blow sending him rolling onto the side from that brutal impact...

The bluenette had a sadistic grin on her face that Kyo was unable to see with her just seated behind him. She would enjoy hearing his struggles while he attempted to find a way out of the submission before she would end him choking him unconscious. To his credit, he maintained his focus in trying to escape when many would have enjoyed to be in his position. The stiff elbow strike was not something that the supermodel appreciated, with her letting out a groan and then kicking him in the back to push him away.

Still having the advantage, Ami would get in position next to the still downed male and would go for a standing moonsault with her body crash landing on top of her chiseled opponent's chest making him roll over onto his side from the impact. She would not let him go too far though, grabbing him by the shoulder to force him over onto his back and then laying across his chest for a cross body pin, wrapping one arm between her thighs while grabbing the other with both of her hands to keep them pinned to the mats.

"Count it" she ordered the referee.

Kyo was breathing hard now after having taken literally the full impact of Ami Takeuchi on his chest. His ribs hurt after that impact, and it was all he could do to try to roll away from her. Unfortunately for him, Ami had no intention of letting him go so easily: the next thing he knew, he was being shoved onto his back, and then Ami was suddenly lying across him, her thighs clamping around one of his arm while his other wrist was grabbed by both her hands. He gasped, in part because Ami's chest was now pancaked against his abs, and in part because he was now in a pinning predicament.

"ONE!" the ref called, and nearly got to two before Kyo clenched his teeth and twisted sharply to the side; he was not able to roll over entirely or throw Ami off, but he was able to narrowly get a shoulder up, breathing hard as he pushed up against all of Ami's weight forced down against his chest...

The supermodel was on a roll and finished her good tempo with a standing moonsault leaving Kyo breathless under her. Knowing she had him down and out, she would go for a quick pinfall to test his resolve. The referee would get to the count of ONE before the male wrestler was able to kick out, just as Ami expected. The supermodel grinned mischievously, licking her lips as she slithered away from the male wrestler to shift up on her knees next to him.

"My my, it looks like you won't disappoint me after all, Kyo-san" she said in a rather sultry tone before grabbing his hair and pulling him towards her. Ami would look to shift him up in a seated position, attempting to wrap her legs around his waist in a body scissor while leaning forward onto his back to press her firm breasts against his back while wrapping her arm around his neck in a dragon sleeper and pulling him towards her to stretch him out.

She moved her lips close to his ear, licking it to further play with him. "So, what do you say? Give up now?" she whispered.
