Angela's Second Lesson (with Ayesha)

The bonk caused her to shut up, and hearing Angela's words caused her to become quiet. She stared at the blondie, thinking, and then looking away, said,

"That's easy for you to say."

Then she made eye contact.

"How...how do I have confidence in myself? I don't..." she found herself unable to find what words to say. But anyone could tell what she wanted to say. "...I...I can still keep trying..." she said, this time with some firmness. "I can keep trying. I...don't have confidence in myself, but...I can keep trying."

"Keep trying, but remember what you had learned, and always get ready to adapt against whoever you're fighting" She said as she fold her arms and give her student more ideas for her match "And always try to keep the match in your favor no matter how weak or strong your opponent is, no mercy" She said as she stretch slightly just to because why not

Ayesha took the words in, and thought carefully.

She was weak, yes. She was a noob, yes. But she had pulled out of at least 2 holds somehow. She hadn't been really sure what was she doing, but she somehow did it.

It was a start, and it was still better than the first time.

A new wave rose in her. Despite all the pain earlier, she felt strange. The pain was now no longer aching, but a strange vibration. She still felt sore, but not in a bad way anymore. She wasn't sure at all what this feeling was. She had never felt this before.

But she knew that now, she had to try more and again. She had to do better. There was forward, or backward, and she didn't want to go backward.

She wasn't sure how she felt. But she felt one thing.

Determined.
