Old Times Sake

Alaina was covered in sweat and in a practice ring, clad in a pair of white briefs, a white spits bra, white kneepads and white boots. Currently she was grinning as she held Julia around the waist gripping her best buddy tightly. The amazon did have a strange way of showing her excitement about Julia's return to Japan.

The champion was about to launch her friend backwards with a German suplex after doing well at woman handling Julia. "Come on Jules.... if ya won't shake the rust off I will slam it off ya! Come on girl!" Alaina said half encouraging while half playfully taunting Julia as she was happily about to send her crashing to the canvas!

Julia was sweating and panting. Dressed in a red sports bra, black yoga pants and matching wrestling shoes, the cowgirl was in the middle of what had turned into quite an intensive training session. She wasn’t sure how long she had been sparring with Alaina. Realistically, they were probably approaching the twenty-minute mark, if they hadn’t just passed it. But the cowgirl felt like they were on the verge of going to Broadway in a sixty-minute iron woman match. Alaina knew Julia had found herself in a bit of a rut lately, to put it nicely, and had offered to help out.

As much as Julia appreciated the help, the spar hadn’t been going particularly well for her. She hadn’t been pinned or submitted yet, but she had been on the defensive for the most part. And when she had managed to go on the offensive, it was usually short-lived before Alaina found a way to take the momentum right back. Alaina was the champ for a reason, after all.

Feeling those powerful arms wrap around her sent a wave of dread down Julia’s spine. “Shit, not again…” she thought to herself, having already been suplexed by the Amazon today enough times to have lost track of how many this would bring the tally up to. No, scratch that. Whatever the number was, Julia was determined to stop this one from working. And when Alaina hurled the cowgirl overhead, Julia rolled through while in the air and landed safely on her feet! Immediately she then turned and threw herself through the top and middle rope while grabbing onto them, landing on the apron. The moment Alaina was up and turning in her direction, Julia would leap onto the top rope and spring off of it, launching herself through the air with arms and legs thrown out as she sought to crash onto Alaina with a diving cross body!

Alaina sent Julia flying.... but Julia corrected herself and nullified the suplex! Alaina was getting up to her feet as Julia jumped on the rope spring boarding right back at the amazon. Alaina looked on in shock but braced herself. She knew Julia could turn on a dime and go on the attack which is why she had to be ready for anything.

Ready the amazon was! Alaina planted her feet and reached up catching Julia and holding her high while spinning around, stepping forward to send Julia's back crashing down across her knee for a back breaker! "You almost had me there Julia!" Alaina said as she shoved Julia to the canvas at her feet and stood up looming over.

Julia realized almost immediately after she sprang off the rope that she had made a colossal mistake. But even then it was too late to do anything about it. She was moving too fast through the air, toward a waiting amazon with arms ready, and she could only curse to herself as she landed right into Alaina’s clutches! The champ rapidly spun her around, dizzying the cowgirl, before slamming her down right over her knee with a devastating backbreaker!

“UGHH!!” Julia cried out in agony. The conciliatory praise carried rather little weight as the luchadora was pushed off of Alaina’s knee, flopping onto her back at the champion’s feet. Squirming in pain while she tried to catch her breath, Julia looked up at the mighty, imposing figure of the amazon towering over her.

“You and your…damn muscles…” she managed to joke between panting breaths.

"I have a moniker to live up to so it is part of this big package." Alaina said as she flexed a bicep and kissed it. She backed off and waited for Julia to rise back up, but she was going to pounce as soon as her friend was vertical.

Alaina would surge forward and try to throw Julia off by going low, reaching out to grab Julia's legs and pull yanking them out from underneath Julia to send her right back to the mat with Alaina still holding those legs. She was going to try something new and mix things up for Julia attempting to spin in circles for a disorienting big swing!

Julia might’ve chuckled if not for the pain in her back and the lack of oxygen in her lungs. Then seeing the Amazon back off to give her space was both a relief and another small gut punch at the same time. Grateful as she was for the chance to collect herself, it felt like charity. Not that Alaina had been going easy on her in this spar. She certainly hadn’t. But the champ also had had several different opportunities to at least try to put Julia away but hadn’t done so. She was giving the luchadora chances to rally back and show she could do better, but Julia was failing to do so.

The masked blonde tried to push that nagging thought out of her head as she rolled over and pushed herself up to her feet. But she had barely stood again when Alaina was one her once more, putting her right back down on the mat with a double leg takedown, and still clinging onto those limbs. “Shit, wait-!”

Whatever protest she was about to offer did no good. The cowgirl was sent into a repeating spin, her body moving faster and faster through the air with each rotation! The dizzying effect was almost immediate as the world spun around her. Unable to free herself from Alaina’s clutches, all Julia could do was close her eyes and wrap her arms around her head, hoping to protect her head whenever the Amazon finally decided to drop her.

Alaina let go sending Julia to the mat. The amazon herself wobbled on limp legs and needed a few seconds to orient herself but she knew things were worse for Julia. Alaina wanted to again show off some power here and had a good idea of what to unleash on her dizzy friend.

Alaina made her way back over to Julia, bending down and kneeling to grab hold of Julia. Alaina grunted and groaned as she tried to deadlift Julia up off the mat into a clean and press lifting her completely overhead with her arms locked out! Alaina would press her up and down a couple times before putting all she had into pushing up to send Julia crashing to the canvas with a big gorilla press drop!

The crash to the mat, while unpleasant, wasn't half as bad as the severe disorientation that accompanied it. Even after Julia had stopped spinning and moving, the world seemed to continue spinning around her regardless. She dizzily began attempting to find some semblance of balance so she could pick herself up, but the effort quickly became unnecessary as the Amazon put her impressive strength on display again, deadlifting the cowgirl straight up pressing her overhead!

The sudden movement did nothing to help Julia's vertigo. The masked blonde just shut her eyes, and tried her best to squirm out of Alaina's hands. This too was a failed effort. A sharp gasp was immediately followed by a hissing grunt from the cowgirl after she came crashing to the canvas once more! Writhing while one hand went to nurse her aching back, she squirmed and rolled toward the ropes, hoping to get her free hand onto them. She didn't much like the idea of turning her back to an opponent as skilled as the champ, but she needed to stay on her feet as much as possible, a task that was becoming more and more difficult with each powerful blow Alaina delivered...

Alaina had an idea. She wanted to try to show Julia exactly what she could do but needed to get Julia in a proper position for it. The big amazon got up and lumbered over to Julia, grabbing her from behind and lifting her up. Alaina wanted to deadlift Julia up off the mat and continue the motion into a release German suplex! Alaina hoped that the impact would be big enough to leave Julia down on the mat a moment as Alaina wanted to bolt towards the ropes, attempting to leap up onto the second rope and rocket back with a springboard moonsault down onto Julia!

Alaina would go for a pin provided her entire plan came to fruition. If not then she would be in a bad spot on the mat with only the canvas to crash down on!

In spite of the dizziness Julia was trying to fight off, the sudden feeling of Alaina’s arms around her waist brought a much-needed feeling of clarity. She knew what was coming. And when the Amazon pulled her away from the ropes and tossed her through the air, Julia rolled her body through, landing onto her hands and knees like a cat rather than colliding with the canvas again!

It wasn’t her smoothest landing, and it was loud enough that she couldn’t blame the champ for initially thinking her suplex had worked. But the second bolted toward the ropes, Julia had already thrown herself into a roll in the opposite direction. So while Alaina was moonsaulting toward a target that had already moved out of the way, the cowgirl was pulling herself up to stand on the opposite apron, shaking off the last bit of dizziness as she took aim. Right when her friend crashed and burned, Julia leapt onto the top rope and sprang off of it, flipping forward once through the air before aiming to slam herself torso-first onto the Amazon with a springboard 450 Splash!
