Title Match Callout! "Amazon" Alaina Sanders (C) Vs. ?????????????

Alaina's own momentum worked against her as the speedy Kei dropped low and kicked, taking out the legs of the amazon from underneath her! Alaina landed hard on her stomach and before she could rise Kei was already at work! Alaina felt pain jolt through her lower leg and she let out a loud groan through her grit teeth as Kei went to work!

Alaina used her arms to try to push herself off the mat, wincing as the pain mounted. She twisted to the side to try to dismount Kei from her back while hopefully forcing her to let go of the very painful submission hold that the amazon was desperate to escape from!

Using her own leg as a fulcrum of the hold, she cranked back on Alaina's leg applying a staggering amount of paint with each hard tug, surprising to come from a hold seemingly so simple. The rookie couldn't help but have a laugh about it as she gleefully worked the hold, believing she genuinely had a chance to submit the amazon and secure the title in near-record time. She shot a look back over her shoulder, smiling from ear to ear until she saw the big woman trying to brute force her way out of the hold in some way. Her brow furrowed as Alaina pushed herself up then twisted, flopping the two of them to the side.

"Didn't think it'd be that easy, did you?" Kei muttered as she surrendered one hold to transition to another. Her slender legs wrapped themselves around her opponent's thick leg at the knee, bringing an arm up and around to hook the Amazon's ankle under and arm. She leaned away to lay her back against the mat, giving the other woman's ankle a painful twist, trying to continue to work over the same leg but a different joint now. Her hope was if she couldn't submit the amazon here, by the time they were done on the mat the bigger woman's leg would be so beat up it would give her a solid advantage.

It was clear that the cocky cheerleader could wrestle as the amazon champions counter was in turn countered! Alaina grit her teeth and let out a moan of agony but she wasn't out of tricks yet herself! Alaina to an extent was being humbled but she was eager to take on any challenge. Now it was time for her to try to assert herself.

Alaina sat up as quickly as she could, two sing her core while swinging her left fist up aiming to smash Kei in the side of the head! Alaina had a target she could reach now and Kei was going to pay the price!

Kei's tongue poked out of the corner of her lip as she clutched Alaina's ankle beneath her arm, giving the limb another few hard cranks as she worked to apply the most pressure possible, leveraging her weight to do damage. She was grinning, perhaps a bit smugly as she worked the hold, proud of her performance at the moment. Not that she was surprised, after all, she was one of the best (in her mind). The crowd however was in shock as the relatively unknown girl who was making her official Friction debut tonight was actually holding up well against the reigning champion.

As Alaina sat up, Kei quirked a brow, giving the leg a heavy twist to try and keep the amazon under control. It didn't seem to work as the bigger woman reared back and sent a big strike her way, trying to take her head off. Kei let out a panicked cry as she threw her back to the mat hard, thudding loudly but narrowing avoiding the arm as it swung past her face. It sent a few strands of hair fluttering from her face with the sheer force it passed over her, shifting the air in its wake.

While she may have avoided the first blow, nothing was stopping Alaina from pounding on her legs or something significantly less mobile, so Kei unwound herself, giving the inside of the Amazon's thigh a hand kick with the heels of her boots to push the two of them apart. Terada rule #73, know when to cut your losses. While the big woman likely didn't budge from the kicks, Kei was sent scooting away on her backside, reaching down to pick herself back up.

Alaina grit her teeth as she was finally let go, this pesky grappler frustrating her and quite frankly embarrassing her a bit. The champion looked like a bumbling oaf when Alaina did pride her for moving well for a woman of her size. Alaina stood up and grit her teeth trying to fight through the pain. If Kei thought Alaina would be hobbled of crumble she was mistaken though.

The amazon would again move in swinging her leg up for a roundhouse kick, knowing full well that Kei was fast enough to dodge. Alaina banked on her dodging low and planned on continuing her spin with a low leg sweep aimed to take Kei off her feet!

Kei sprang to her feet with a fair bit of energy, high on adrenaline and dreams of grandeur that would come with her managing to nab the title tonight. It wasn't so much a question of could she win as much as it was how long it would take her to dismantle the Amazon… in her mind at least. The cocksure rookie took a few feigned steps in and back, throwing out a few shadow boxer punches just shy of hitting Alaina, showing that she could have probably pummeled her a bit between the time it took both of them to rise. She had a good laugh about it too until a kick came firing at her.

Even caught by surprise she had managed to lean back just shy of the boot connecting, getting a loud "Ooooool" from the crowd at the near hit. Kei steadied herself, sliding back her own leg, about to fire back with her own kick at Alaina when suddenly the ring came out from under her, swept clear off her boots to flop onto the canvas with a thud. Blinking with surprise she peered up at the larger woman, giving a small nervous chuckle.

Kei brought a knee up to her chest, a kick cocked and ready as a threat if Alaina approached. Instead of lying in wait, however, she popped her backside off the mat on one boot and both hands, trying to scuttle herself away from her opponent in a strange crab walk retreat.

Alaina knocked Kei down onto the mat and the woman scuttled away. Alaina was the champion she had to start wrestling like it. She knew if she got close a kick would come. Alaina gave chase knowing that as Kei got up her feet would be the source of that offense most likely. The amazon would do her best to be ready.

Alaina would move in as Kei got closer to the ropes looking to grab hold of the smaller woman but really readying herself to grab hold of whatever limb came lashing out at her. If Alaina could get hold of that she could pull Kei right in while extending an arm to hammer her with a shortarm clothesline or so the plan went!

Kei scurried along on her perky backside in one of the most awkward shuffles ever committed to the wrestling ring, wobbling enough to make her straight path to the ropes more like a drunken zig zag. With Alaina giving chase though, it didn't seem as though she'd be able to outpace the amazon's stride. She thrust her leg out in the air in a warning not to come closer, though it didn't seem all that threatening compared to her kick from a better vantage point earlier. All she wanted was a bit of time and space… and she got enough of it to make an attempt at getting up.

She was poppy still, nimbly rocking herself forward to hop from a crouch to standing as of it with nothing. The issue was, Alaina was there to greet her with a firm grip and a hard tug. Her time on her feet was short-lived as the Amazon leveled her with a clothesline, sending the bold rookie straight back to the mat with a hard thud.

Alaina sent Kei packing to the mat and while early on Kei showed off quite a bit it was now Alaina's turn! The amazon bent down, grabbing hold of Kei to deadlift her up high while holding her tight before trying to step forward to deliver a big back breaker to the smaller challenger! Alaina wanted to deliver as much force as she could to the back breaker but keep hold, standing up to slam Kei back to the mat right after, flexing her arms after sending her back down to the mat with as much force as she could, hoping to make the ring ropes shake from the impact for a few moments after the fact.

"Ugh…" Laid out on the mat Kei winced, seeing stars… well, one star. Alaina loomed over her. When the amazon reached down to grab hold of her she was met with some resistance, Kei annoyingly flailing, slapping rapidly at the other woman's attempts to grab her in an attempt better fit for a schoolyard catfight than in the ring. Persistence however would pay off allowing the champion to drag the challenger off the mat. Thankfully, Kei's massive ego was weightless which meant she was rather easy to pick up and handle, being brought swiftly down across the Amazon's knee.

"Gagh-ah!" Her eyes went wide as she was bent forcefully across the champion's knee, arms and legs twitching as the pain shot through her like a bullet. The ride however wasn't over yet, as she was hefted back up with a groan. Writhing in Alaina's grasp, there was nothing to stop her from slamming the smaller girl down across the mat with a meteoric impact, rocking the ring as she laid Kei out again leaving her sprawled out on the canvas.
