Let's go with a solid wave of requests but since the database is live, I feel pretty safe with these requests.

If that first one is supposed to be Lili from Tekken, I believe Shazam is using her. The others are free, though, I think. Someone was using Hitomi, but it's been ages since he posted, I think.

I know Lili isn’t listed in the database so what’s the ruling there anyway?

If they are not listed in the database as being claimed, either on the primary list or in holding by a player posting an entry that is waiting to be added or they have already been made within the last two weeks and are awaiting entry posting onto the database they are officially free now.
