Fernanda 'Goldilocks' Jiménez Guerrero vs. Dmitri Markov Voronov - Underdog Story

Dmitri’s first order of business was to breathe a long, deep sigh of well-earned relief when he managed to successfully repel her attack. The woman had been coming at him like a freight train from the start, and it was nice to see that there was something he could to slow her down, even if it was only in this small way. He’d take it. Gladly.

Dmitri’s second order of business was to do something with the opening he’d create. That would turn out to be a trickier thing.

For starters, she wouldn’t be down for much longer. Dmitri could already see her rising up, and sure enough, she was looking angry as ever and eager to focus all that rage. Knowing his time was short, he rose to his feet fast, stood up straight, and moved in on her just as she was getting up off her knees.

He lashed out, this time coming at her with a quick low kick, aiming at the side of her thigh, looking to mess up her base. It barely touched her before she pulled back and fired again with the same leg, this time aiming high to strike the side of her skull.

As Goldilocks finally managed to stand up after Dmitri sent her flying. Oh yeah! He had to pay for it, that was next order of business. it stopped being just a match almost from the get go, but only after he kept deflecting her and making a fool out of her did she decided that it was personal. She had owned people in the ring for less than that.

It looked that she wasn't the only one planning out her next move. The Russian boy proceeded to give her a speedy low kick, right in the thigh that she was leaning as she regained her balance. "Ughhh!" It was rough, almost sent her down to bite the floor. But she managed to keep it together.

Dmitri backed off after the hit, it almost looked like a premeditated move. If Fernanda managed to understand something about people, it was if they were "runners or fighters" as she called them. He was a runner by instinct, but he did attacked once it as needed. She managed to catch up on that little detail about him. What did this meant? It meant that he hesitated before hitting again, even for a second or two.

This train of thought, happening in a fraction of a second, product of her instincts, allowed Goldi to come to a conclusion. Dmitri was about to strike again, and he would probably go for the head, a killing blow. It was only logical. So she prepared, normally this would mean to cover the head. For her though, this meant to catch him and getting him some deserving punishment.

The latina would try to grab Dmitri's leg after covering the second strike he sent her. "Gotcha!" And then, she would try to pull this same leg to bring him close to her, Mortal Kombat style. "Groooahh!" If this all worked out for her, she would attempt to grab the boy by the head and then attempt to slam him down to the mat, where he would suffer her wrath in full effect.

The good news was that Dmitri landed that kick.

The bad news was that Dmitri landed that kick.

If there was one thing he was learning about Goldilocks right away, it was that she seemed to fight harder the madder she got, tapping into her rage to make herself even more dangerous. He wasn’t trying to annoy her, wanted to just hit her with enough force to put her down, but that was becoming an increasingly tenuous position, just going off their differing styles. He had to whittle her down, blow by blow, and that was only going to tick away at her patience with each hit she took.

So he struck hard, he struck high, he struck to try and take her down, and he regretted it right away. Goldilocks wasn’t as fast as he was, but she wasn’t slow, either, and she definitely wasn’t stupid. His mouthed gaped as she caught his leg and stopped the blow cold, keeping him tight and pulling him away, right off his feet.

In an instant, she was all over him. He struggled and put up a fight, but it was like a boy struggling with an adult. There was nothing he could do but cry out as she lifted him and brought him crashing down right on his back, hitting with enough impact to leave the ring trembling. He stayed, there, too - an unmoving, aching lump of a human being.

One of Fernanda's more guilty pleasures was to play with her prey opponents as they fought in the ring. In her mind it was all in the name of sportsmanship and good rivalvy. Now? She honestly gave a rat's ass about any of that. She mostly wanted to beat the shit out of Dmitri, and that was mostly it. So when she picked him up to be slammed back to the ground, and he appeared to be KO'ed, she still didn't care. For some reason, the Russian boy represented everything that she didn't wanted to see.

He looked pretty gone, and yet, she still wasn't feeling like looking at his face even then. Amidst her roaring rampage of revenge, Goldi was still sentient enough to figure what to do next. The blonde luchadora lowered down until she was able to sit on the floor, except that instead of doing this, she would park her hips on top of Dmitri's head, and even then, she decided that using her position to hit her foe in the gut numerous times was the correct approach.

By one side, the latina girl began to mount Dmitri's features, and by the other, she was starting to pummel his abs, that was until someone stopped her of causing him permanent damage, or until he began to defend himself, whichever comes first.

Dmitri wasn’t unconscious, his world hadn’t been rocked that hard, but he definitely wasn’t in the best position. The wind was sufficiently knocked out of him, and right now his body was asking for a reprieve that he knew it wouldn’t be getting until this match was over. Goldilocks was proving to be a relentless sort of opponent, hounding him down all over the ring, and his best chance at winning this match was to stop her momentum. He just had no clue what that would entail.

He wasn’t going to get much time to figure it out, either. As he started to sit up, he looked up to see a disturbing sight: Goldilocks’ bottom, heading straight for his face. He turned his head to the side at the last second, but that was only enough to keep himself from getting smothered - his head was still pinned on the side, kept on the canvas beneath her weight, and his body was wide open.

She went to town. Not an expression he’d often use, but it was the one that fit the best, as she hammered his abs with ruthless persistence. He had a fairly solid core, trained it well for this kind of abuse, but there was only so much punishment anyone could take in that area, and she was pushing him to the limits in a hurry. He needed an out.

He took three, four, maybe five good hits, before he mustered the strength to push against her hips and raise his leg up at the same time, attempting to kick her square in the middle of her face with a blind blow, hoping it would land and shake her off.

For the time being, Goldi was in a fairly primal state of combat. Mainly, it involved hitting Dmitri's hard abs flat like a pizza. After she managed to sit on his head to immobilize him, her only concern turned into brutalizing him. It wasn't that she had gone feral or anything, but right now, she has had it with the Russian martial artist. So she looked to put him out of commission as swiftly and brutally as possible.

"Time!" Punch to the ribs "To!" Punch to the stomach "Fucking!" Punch to the clavicles"To!" And this was just before she grabbed both of her hands and lifted them above her head "GO TO BED!!!" Just like it was logical, this merciless onslaught brought an important decrease of her other senses, mostly her perception, so she was unable to see Dmitri's foot until it was literally in her face.

"Aghh! FUCK!!!" The mexican girl was thrown back on her ass, getting off of Dmitri, and allowing him dome release. She would not be recovering from that one quickly, but neither would he, so chances were that they would bounce back roughly at the same time. Her beautiful, yet savage eyes would dig a hole right through him if stares could kill.

"Alright then, be like that. I'm not going to make this quick for you anymore, Dmi-boy. I'mma Fold you backwards!" She said before trying to move towards him. She didn't wanted to see it, but her reckless attitude already had costed her quite a big deal of her stamina. She would try to get him with some jabs, but nothing that he couldn't handle, and worst for her, she had really neglected her defense there.

The kick landed, thank God. Dmitri wasn’t sure how much of that onslaught he could take, but he was fairly sure that Goldilocks would’ve pummeled him however long it would take to get there. It was more than a bit distressing how she was functioning in this match, how she seemed to get stronger the more he hit her, feeding into her rage. He felt his only was hitting her with some strong, something, hard, enough force to put her down for the three count, but he was at a loss on how to make that happen exactly.

And she wasn’t giving him time to parse it together, either. He got to his feet as soon as he could after taking those hits, but it wasn’t soon enough, as she was on him right after, chasing him down with fiery eyes.

Jabs. Not the slickest ones he’d ever seen, but dangerous enough at this stage in the match. He brought his guard up, taking one on the forearm, but jerking to the side and letting the other one pass by. At the same time, he brought her leg up for a whipping roundhouse kick, slamming her shin into her stomach at full speed and force.

In a pretty similar state of mind as to one who've been trying to swat a mosquito for the last hour. Fernanda tried to punch Dmitri into submission, and she wasn't one to normally attempt to hit someone inside of the ring. Oddly enough, she considered it unsightly to the purity that was wrestling. Just to further establish how much the martial artist managed to push her out of her zone. By all means, if she was the one witnessing this match, she would probably have nothing short of praise to his ability to survive such an onslaught. But unfortunately, she was her rival, and for that, he needed to be striked down.

Just like her strength appeared to be increasing every time Dmitri managed to foil her offensive, Goldi's technique appeared to be getting less thoughtful and more brutal during their match. To the point where her intentions looked more like she was just trying to mangle him without caring for the victory as much. It shouldn't come as a surprise how the boy, whose technique was his greatest fortitude at this point, managed to evade her spiteful attacks and punish her with a roundhouse kick to the gut.

"Guh!!!" She grunted in pain, bending over after receiving Dmitri's attack. It appeared that not only was her sanity the thing that took a step back, she was still pretty human, and as such, fatigue was beginning to take a toll on the Mexican juggernaut.

"Gaaaahahhh! FUCK YOU!!!"Goldilocks might have become vulnerable to Dmitri's strikes, but she still was far from defeated, proved in how she once again tried to charge at him, looking to grab him with her monstrous gripping strength, if the Russian fighter wanted to win, he needed to make a final use of his skills to put her down for good.

Was Goldilocks slowing down? God, Dmitri hoped so. Speed was his best asset here, the only thing he really had over her or any of his opponents, for that matter. The wider that gap grew, the better his chances would be, and he was starting to see a path to victory. Whittle away at her with bug bites, take her down by inches, wear her to the nub. It was only a matter of staying alive long enough for that approach to work.

That kick worked well, having a better effect on her than it would have at the start of the match. The scream she made was enough to take even him aback, and the crowd seemed to have a similar reaction. She wasn’t beaten just yet, but she was closer to it than he was, something Dmitri could rarely say about any bout he’d ever been in with the AFW. He just hoped it stayed that way.

He winced when she hurled an invective his way, the latest of many that she’d spit out. ”Is all the cursing really-”

He’d been backpedaling, thought he was at a safe distance for a few quick words, and was proven wrong when she charged forward and slammed into him with her full strength, pushing him towards the ropes. She was just grabbing him for now, no attack with it, but this position alone was distressing enough, giving him a full feel for the power she could bring to bear. It wasn’t a spot he wanted to stay in, though.

Knees weren’t exactly typical Tae Kwon Do fodder, but that didn’t mean Dmitri was incapable of using them. As he tussled with Goldilocks, he raised his leg and lashed out with them, targeting her midsection with a couple of quick, consecutive knee strikes.

Just as it appeared that both Dmitri and Fernanda were playing a little game of tag, it became quite apparent that she was just attempting to catch the poor boy to break his bones, long forgotten that they were both taking part in a wrestling match. In her frenzied attempt to hook the martial artist, the blonde berserk managed to grab him by the neck thanks to his own clumsiness. "SHUT YOUR DAMN HOLE!!!" She responded quite "politely" to his questioning of her language.

Finally, after locking the unfortunate Russian fighter, Goldilocks lifted her fist, getting ready to punch him back to the motherland. In a sequence that one had to believe was nerve wracking, Dmitri got inches away from eating a knuckle-sandwich before his well directed knee strikes impacted the murderous woman in the middle section, managing to redirect her fists just enough to miss his head and instead taking some hairs as she hitted the air instead.

"Ughhh! You think this is real funny!?!?!" She asked him, or rather growled at him, not even giving him any time to respond before resuming her lunging offense at him. She went back to her 'punch and keep punching' strategy. One thing changed though, this time thanks to receiving his strikes so directly, Fer was slightly crouched from the pain. Her posture was less stable than before.

If anyone would be able to take advantage from her decaying defense, it would be a martial artist. For now she didn't paid any mind to her defense or safety. She was too pissed off to realize that their match had changed from a wrestling encounter into something more akin to a Dark Souls boss fight, where Dmitri needed to pierce a hole through her with constant attacks in order to defeat her.
