Jackpot PPV: Poker Match: Gwendolyn versus Alaina

Match Type: Poker Match
Rules: This will be a Continuous Pin match is a match where pin counts carry over.  This means if you pin someone for a two count, the referee would then start at the three count the next time you pin them.  All added up until a score of ten is reached and that person is declared the winner. Effectively each pin is like a card in your hand and you need to get to a certain number to win.

Alaina was always eager to wrestle in a PPV and she really wanted to wash the sour taste of her last PPV outing... a Friction title shot she lost by way of foul play... out of her mouth. The amazon was also eager as ever to tangle with Gwendolyn. Alaina beat her the last time they fought and deflated that pride of Gwendolyn. She knew Gwendolyn was going to go all in tonight but so was the amazon.

Clad in a different attire, Alaina checked out outfit. It was a black one piece swimsuit with white lining but a large section around the abdomen was cut out allowing her to show off her abdominal muscles almost as much as she did when she wore a more typical briefs/sports bra attire to the ring. She had bunny ears but figured those would not last long. The arena was not an arena tonight and she was wrestling in the middle of a casino but that suited Alaina just fine. A new experience would be fun, and slamming Gwendolyn all over the place in a different place seemed very appealing. Also Alaina had just signed another endorsement deal to go along with a couple she already had in place and perhaps a little gambling after her victory tonight was in order?

Alaina came out and heard a loud cheer from the crowd as she appeared. Her new attire earned some cat calls and whistles so she imagined that she had done a good job in making an alternate attire for this evening. The 5'9'' nearly 175lb woman high fived fans and smiled even stopping to strike a few poses for people with cameras. Upon reaching the ring she did strike some more poses to really show off her powerful figure. Smiling ear to ear she also called for a mic, apparently the amazon did have a few words for her opponent....

"Hello everyone! Who wants to see this Cali-girl slam and pound an overconfident Gwen flat into a big Gwenniecake?" Alaina said as the gathered crowd cheered. She walked about still holding the mic, swaying her hips a bit as she strut. "I have fought her quite a few times before and it seems that unless she pulls some sort of underhanded trick she can never beat me. Tonight I am going to prove once and for all that while Gwendolyn is actually very good in the ring, there is a difference between very good and great!" Alaina said with a wink before tossing the mic to an official.

The veritable dark ages of AFW were soon to become naught but a lamented footnote in this debauched domicile's disreputable days of yore. No longer would this ill-managed institution's business figures continue to submerge themselves underneath the mired drek of record low quarterly earnings. For it's time spent without Gwendolyn's illustrious personage illuminating the PPV marquee and therefore generating whatever paltry income this corporation thrives upon, would all now come to it's merciful conclusion. Dalliance's within Tension and occasional frolics on typical Friction tapings were an acceptable method of sharpening the heiress' grappling edge for her resplendent return to AFW's more grandiose of wrestling platforms...and little contemplation was had in regards to whom she'd be strapping her proverbial wrestling boots against. An Amazonian sized specter from her past against whom their is assuredly only one singular method of exorcism...even if, the only available venue towards partaking in this endeavor was a garish gambling establishment. An occasion of which Gwendolyn, unsurprisingly, had little issue with dressing for~...

Casino Bunny Gwendolyn~...:

The glitz and glamour of the casino floor failed to dissuade the jam-packed audience from prying their stark-wide eyes from the quaintly constructed ramp, now being illuminated once the heiress theme began with Gwendolyn herself strutting out from behind the blackened curtains. A bouncing bop to her adorable bunny ears with each prim and poised step, adorned in meshed fishnet stocking for leggings, a shimmering gold leotard bodysuit with blue linings, cuffs and collars with royal blue bow-tie, and what bunny outfit would be complete without a fluffy rabbit tail to boot~...a sudden deluge of dollar bills brandishing Gwen's likeness raining down upon the ramp as she swished and swayed her bunny rump with supreme confidence brimming upon her visage. A ringside attendant handing Gwendolyn a microphone that she snatched without offering him a parting glance, traipsing up the steel steps but taking a posh seat upon the top turnbuckle once inside the ring. Legs elegantly crossed and hazel eyes fixated on the Amazon within the ring.

"...Delightful, Madam Sanders. You're uncanny expertise in pandering to the lower class peasantry remains predictably consistent. However~...to truly indulge in the spirit of our surroundings and in the interest of wagering bets...I intend to put all I have...on myself. No underhanded tricks...No illegal weaponry...No supposedly paid off officials. No longer will you be capable of professing to be my better in honest and respectable bouts. Today...I AM going to see crumpled at my feet for as many glorious seconds as it takes. All under the rules of the house. Fair...and square." Gwen flicked the mic over her shoulder to the attendant's fumbling catch outside of the ring, the heiress hopping down from her perch afterwards.

Alaina stood in her corner with her hands on her hips, rolling her eyes at Gwendolyn as she came out. Full of her usual pomp Gwendolyn seemed supremely confident. Alaina figured she had something up her sleeve. Alaina was also very confident in herself against Gwendolyn especially in a clean matchup. It had been a year since Alaina had stepped into a PPV venue and won. This would snap that losing streak like she was going to snap Gwendolyns back.

Stepping up to the center Alaina smiled and shook her head before flexing a bicep and kissing it before winking at the crowd. "Gwendolyn, I have always said you were actually very good in the ring but your cheating keeps ya down. If you wrestle clean and.... AND that skinny little bunny ass of yours somehow takes the fight to this powerful amazon then I will shake your vile little hand and congratulate you for pulling off what people think you can't do without cheating." Alaina said standing tall. Gwendolyn was almost as tall as Alaina but weight-wise it wasn't even close.

Preposterous accusations of unscrupulous chicanery seemed to be as natural to this uncultured Amazon as breathing and flexing those boorish muscles of hers. Although the unadulterated truth of the matter was indeed that Alaina had a...vexing, propensity for thwarting the dignified socialite's attempts at claiming victory over her whenever the rules of their matches were indeed strictly adhered to. An irksome sticking point verily prodding at Gwendolyn like a woodpecker incessantly testing her patience whenever Alaina's name came up in chattered conversations about her win loss record...

...until today, that is. Springing down from her perch with a bunny-esque hop to her step, the heiress scoffed from one of her bunny ears drooping downward into her line of sight. Puffing outward from her lips to have it flop back to its rightful position before approaching and standing before the arrogant Amazon. "Hmph...I'd rather you spare me the discourtesy of insinuating that defeating you will be done for the sake of proving anything towards you, or these uncultured philistines. It will be done for naught but myself, and mine own peace of mind. Although should you take a knee after my victory, I may allow you to kiss mine offered hand~...if I'm feeling you've earned the pleasure." Gwendolyn snootily imparted with a haughty smirk before taking a step back to the ringing of the bell.

Alaina shook her head and laughed, finding everything Gwendolyn said to be rather amusing. Alaina heard the bell ring and began to circle Gwendolyn. She knew a grapple would be rejected or otherwise turned on its head so Alaina decided to get closer before swinging her leg up in an attempt to kick Gwendolyn horizontally across her abdomen as hard as she could! Alaina was trying to use her leg like an axe and treat Gwendolyn's abdomen like a tree that needed to be chopped down. She was out to win, something she hadn't done at a PPV since Halloween of last year. Alaina knew Gwendolyn would be tough... she always was. However Alaina was doing all she could to be the better woman between the ropes.

Acknowledging Alaina as a worthy adversary at the bitter conclusion of their last arena-spanning bout was a concession Gwendolyn had uttered with no small degree of reluctance. Be that as it may, her exalted pride as a civilized member of the nobility decrees that no less should be bestowed upon the infernal Amazon. But with that recognition came a solemn vow to one day prove herself the better through refined grappling interplay, which was exactly what the heiress sought to do today even if it meant gallivanting about with incessantly floppy bunny ears perched atop her head. Gwendolyn approaching the Amazon with steadfast determination, but with a nimble spring in her step as well that allowed her to fancifully twirl around Alaina's muscled leg and narrowly miss having her abdomen caved in. But it would be a fate Alaina may yet endure as Gwen attempted a rolling sobat kick into the Amazon's gut as soon as she turned to face the heiress.

Alaina may have swung and missed but Gwendolyn's own kick was right on target much to the dismay of Alaina. She adjusted and readied a punch for Gwendolyn only to have her own abdomen crushed by the kick of Gwendolyn! "Oomph!" Alaina groaned as she doubled over cradling her abdomen in her arms. She hobbled back a couple steps, cursing herself for being caught like this. Instead of trying to surprise Gwendolyn with the opening move it was her who was on her back foot at the mercy of Gwendolyn given the current state Alaina was in.

The vexing history Gwendolyn shared with the musclebound adversary provided the snobbish socialite with just enough foreknowledge to predict, and therefore skillfully evade Alaina's thrusting boot with Gwen retaliating with one of her own. Being thoroughly acquainted with Alaina's brutish tendencies offering Gwendolyn the early upper hand, and an early application of a wrenched in side-headlock by the heiress with smirking satisfaction. One that was admittedly aided in having the Amazon become hunched over herself but one that intended to be merely transitory as Gwendolyn shifted to the side with Allie snugly in tow. Soon afterward hopping upward to balance her feet on the top rope before acrobatically launching herself back towards the middle of the ring in an attempted springboard bulldog.

Alaina felt her head grabbed by Gwendolyn and before she could reach up to try to pull herself free the two were moving towards the ropes. As soon as Gwendolyn jumped up on the ropes the amazon knew what was coming. This was going to hurt unless she could stop it!

"Ngh... not good..." Alaina grunted as she bent her knees, trying to lean back as Gwendolyn jumped forward. Alaina planted her hands against Gwendolyn and pushed her forward at the same time hoping to stay up on her feet while Gwendolyn flew forward without her landing down hard on the mat right on that backside of hers!
