Hardcore: Violette vs Persephone (D)

It had been a while since Violette had done a match in AFW. Tonight she was going to be fighting a wrestler who was debuting, Persephone. She didn't have much info on her but knew she was much bigger than her. So this was going to be a bit of an uphill battle. Still that was the way Violette liked it, she wanted to show that she was the best and unstoppable. What was the point of fighting weaklings, it doesn't prove anything. So she was actually looking forward to this match and the fact that it was hardcore just made it all the better.

She would now wait just outside of the entrance of the ramp. Her theme music would start to play and Violette would make her way down the ring. Resting on her shoulder was her metal bat 'Tough Love.' Being a Hardcore match, she could use her bat as much as she wanted. The crowd would be a bit neutral, some booing, some cheering for her. Though she didn't really care about the crowd, they didn't play a part in the match.

The blue hair wrestler would climb up the steps before hopping over the ropes and entering the ring. She would then make her way to her corner and rest her back on it. Her bat was still resting on her shoulder. Now she looked towards the ramp and waited for her opponent to show up so that she could start this match.

The fluttering echoes of buzzing flies irritated the auditory nerves of all in attendance, as if there was a rotted corpse already feasted upon aside from the flies and rats scavenging upon the carcass. Faint sounds of water dripping into a puddle as if in some vaulted off underground chamber. Whatever soothing lighting in the arena began flickering off until there was naught but pitch blackness aside from the Titan-tron showing nightmarish images of ghastly wraiths and hopeless imprisonment. A ragged tapestry of tattered rags and silver chains being centered in open at the top of the ramp, no-one noticing when it appeared. But noticing that there was movement underneath the heaped upon pile, until in one shrieking crescendo of the music...

The Chain Witch:

...Persephone would burst out from underneath, disgusting cloth and clanging chains scattered around the statuesque beauty standing tall with her dreamlike hair billowing behind her. Vision transfixed on the ceiling before she lifelessly slumped forward and caught herself on her hands and knees. She was now crawling sensually down the ramp amidst the foggy nethers, but still with the gait and mannerisms of a hunting predator on the prowl. The Underworld Jailer entering the ring by sliding under the bottom rope, but arose as if she were a soulless puppet being ushered upward by a demonic spirit. At first slumped over once standing before straightening her posture to reveal the enrapturing beauty of her face, a sly licking of her smooth lips upon feasting her eyes upon Violette.

Violette would relax on the turnbuckle as she waited for her opponent to show up. Then the entrance theme happened and the blue hair wrestler was annoyed. Really, going for the whole creepy vibe, how annoying, this was going to be one of those matches. Well if that was the case then she had no problem giving her opponent some tough love. A moment or two would pass when her opponent finally showed up, the one they called Persephone, the Underworld Jailer. Violette would let out a whistle as she saw her body. She did have a smoking hot body, it would be a shame to ruin that body but oh well. With her bat still over her shoulder, she would now make her was towards the center of the ring as her opponent laid her eyes on her.

"You should do something about that entrance music, doesn't seem to fit someone like you. A person with your kind of body should do it differently. Anyways guess I won't use this yet, got to have some fun first."

With that Violette would toss her bat outside the ring and get into a grappling position as she then waited for the bell to ring and start the match. Though her opponent was a bit bigger than her, she still wanted to get a good feel and see how she stacked up against her.

As if experiencing the world around her in a dulled fog of greyed over smoke just now beginning to dissipate, Persephone became fixated with the first figure being solidified and ascertained in the gloomy haziness. The savage aura of a brutal warrior enveloping the one called Violette like an emblazoned torch composed of purified spirit fire. An individual of such violent intent who well exceeds the prerequisite conditions of being dragged down into the abominable pit of Hades to await her final judgment in chained down hopelessness~...a shiver trembling up Persephone's spine as she lurched forward at the thought.

"...I can see it in your eyes...you're curious, aren't you? What ravages await you..." Persephone uttering with an underlying sensuality to her humming tone of voice, dragging her feet as if they were still chained by some unforeseen shackles tying her down. That is until the bell eventually rung, signaling the underworld jailer to break into a headfirst sprint as if the sound alone had shattered her restraints. Her purple locks swaying behind her as once within range, she'd attempt to ensnare her arms around Violette's midriff and continue onward into the turnbuckle behind them for a gut-busting shoulder tackle to her hardcore adversary.

Violette would roll her eyes when Persephone made her statement. So it was going to be one of those wrestlers, the ones who took their gimmick to far. Well at least she had a nice body, now it was time to see if she could fight. Once the bell ringed, it seemed Persephone would charge right into Violette and send her right into the turnbuckle, sandwiching her gut between the shoulder and turnbuckle. Though it was a painful attack that took a bit out of her, it was going to take a lot more than that just to stop her. Placing her two hands together, she would then bring it down and try to smash Persephone back with a mighty blow. She would try to repeat the process for a bit if the first attack landed but didn't knock her opponent down.

Rational thought clearly having little say in Persephone's opening gambit once the she'd recognized the chiming of the bell toll. It's sound unleashing her with savage intent aimed directly upon Violette...one who reeks of a gladiator's spirit, undaunted and fearless towards whatever challenges awaits her in the fighting pits. Persephone demonstrating the same such voracious appetite for violence by thrusting herself head first into danger and ramming her shoulder into Violette's defined abdominal, clasping onto the middle ropes whist remaining hunched over until her plan for further shoulder thrusts met it's end via the axe handle smashes pounded into her upper spine. Each one causing the Underworld Jailer to shutter and tremble with a stifled groan until she'd suddenly started backpedaling. But still arched over herself, arms drooping down with her fingers gliding across the canvas, her eerie and ghoulish movements still unsettling to those in the audience...

Violette's axe handle smash seemed to do the trick, causing her opponent to stop her assault and retreat. Her chest was still hurting at the moment but she was not going to let that stop her. Persephone from the looks of it was the type of wrestler who would enjoy brutalizing their opponent. As such, Violette could not give her any time to recover or show any type of mercy, not that she usually would. Deciding to close the distance quickly, Violette would leave the turnbuckle and charge towards her opponent. If she managed to close the gap she would attempt to grab the purple hair wrestler hair before trying to deliver a running knee strike right to the head as Persephone was still arched over. It was a brutal attack and Violette felt that she could gain control of the match if it connected.

Retreating though she may be, Persephone seemed at ease despite being wailed down upon by one of such savage temperament as the one named Violette. This one had no qualms with letting her inner demons run rampant, it seemed. A barbaric and thuggish aura surrounded Violette...a theory compounded upon when the cerulean-haired brute tugged Persephone by the strands of her hair into the unyielding surface of her knee smashed into her visage. An impact akin to having a brick clocked into her face, and one that had the Underworld Jailer recoiling sharply to an upright position with cheeks puffed and blinded vision directed towards the ceiling. The mysterious woman well and duly rocked as she began stumbling backward under quivering legs and halfway slumped down to the floor...seemingly motionless otherwise...before in a blur of spinning purple hair, Perse would retaliate out of nowhere with a roundhouse kick from her lengthy legs right to the side of Violette's head...

Violette managed to grab onto her opponent's hair before delivering a brutal knee strike right into her head. She saw her opponent recoiling, it was a harsh strike after all. The blue hair wrestler was now feeling confident and ready to start to dominate Persephone. Though suddenly she would see her purple hair opponent leg in the air. The attack took her totally off guard and hit her right in the head. The blow rocked her world and as a result, sent the blue hair wrestler down on the ground where she would then groan and start to shake her head as she tried to regain her senses once again.

No fault should be assigned to the one known named Violette for thinking Persephone to be defenseless. She was indeed shambling about like a ghoulish apparition after getting her face caved in by the ruthless knee strike...but her senses had never been more acute as a result of her foe's salaciously violent indulgences. Perse lumbering over towards Violette with an undead gait, stepping over her before dropping down to straddle this one's abdomen while gazing down upon her. As if needing to ascertain she truly existed in this reality, Perse would reach down to gently caress Violette's exquisite face, the Underworld Jailer humming blissfully throughout...until she suddenly started seething and clamped onto her foe's blue hair, relentlessly slamming the back of Violette's head into the up and down with hopping motions until the pin-striped one to the side threatened disqualification...to which Perse would relinquish her grip.
