"Ingrate," Annelle chuckled. She grabbed Seraph by the chin and pulled her closer. "From hereon, you are mine. You shall do as I say, and I, in turn, shall do as I please with you."

She released Seraph's chin. "Not that I discourage you to struggle for your freedom," she added, smiling. "I do enjoy it when you struggle."

Seraph merely whimpered in response, lowering her head to her silently.

Annelle stood up, staring down at the whimpering girl below her. "Get ready," she said softly. "I have a match in a few minutes. You shall accompany me, girl, and you shall see firsthand what it means to be in control."

With that, Annelle turned and left the room, leaving Seraph alone in the darkness...
