Chloe liked to be on top of matters. Wherever it is her with business matters or inside of the ring, she is always prepared and has the experience to back it up. It's something of a tick with the former commissioner, Chloe could admit to that but it also has brought some success in her own ventures. But recently there have been things happening that are out of her control but have ended up being something for good.
