Lucky vs. Jinx 2: Unexpected Difficulties

Sakura winced as Jinx cocked her foot back, the toe of which aimed right at her side. She could see it's path, how it would drive into her body and cruelly smash into her ribs... The dark-skinned woman almost seemed HAPPY they way Lucky appeared: weak, soft, submissive... But then their eyes locked... And Jinx seemed to hesitate. Sakura's emerald eyes flickered with the tiniest bit of hope, a hope that Jinx might not want to do this... to beat her down savagely as her baser desires seemed to demand! Sakura didn't want this... She didn't want to be hurt, to hurt Jinx or anything else... Even now, with that boot hanging over her stomach, Sakura only wanted to make this right... She...

"Mmmph!" She grunted, shocked as Jinx instead redirected her foot, using it to PUSH into Sakura's cheek as if to force her eyes off of her... She couldn't see her rival's face... but she could hear the outrage in her voice, the hostility, the outright ANGER building up in the tone and trembles... Jinx DEMANDED to know why Sakura was refusing to fight her, why she wouldn't stand UP to her like she did before and attributed that weakness to her failed tricks... Lucky said nothing, her eyes now focused hard on the floor... and that only seemed to enrage Jinx more...

At first, she tried to pick Sakura up, Lucky being ready to move with her... only to be swiftly dropped back down on her belly after a long... and almost awkward pause. Again, Lucky looked up at her rival, their eyes locking for but a moment, Sakura asking a silent question... that was met with a HARD stomp to her spine!

"AAAAH!" She screamed in pain, convulsing in sheer agony, flipping on her back in the same motion! The muscles along her spine knotted up and twisted aching in the face of Jinx's merciless attacks. DEMANDS for battle, for Sakura to FIGHT blasted into Lucky... Sakura opening her eyes slowly, soft tears rolling down her cheeks as she stared up at her opposite.

"I'm sorry..." She muttered, her body spread-eagled, vulnerable.

This was suppose to be her big moment. All that careful planning and preparation... She had gone to a costume shop for heavens sake! Why was it never fair when she fought Lucky. There was always something getting in the way. In the past it had been her less than career favorable choices that lead her to defeat, and not it was the fact Sakura was reduced to a simpering punching bag. This wasn't the fun she had wanted, this wasn't how she envisioned taking back her win. There wasn't any pride to be had in this... the entire thing was just sad and pathetic. She scowled down at Lucky, nostrils flaring in disgust. This was sick. If she wasn't going to put up a fight, Jinx was just going to put her out of her misery. The sooner she could end this and move on the better.

"Stop apologizing!" She snarled through clenched teeth, stepping over Lucky to get behind her. She reached down, slipping her arms under the other girls shoulders to jerk her upright to a sitting position as forcefully as she could manage. Dropping down to a knee, she swept an arm around Lucky, drawing her bicep and forearm across the girls throat. Her other arm hooked up under her arm and slipped her palm behind her head, locking in a choke hold. If Sakura still didn't resist, she would lean away, dropping onto her backside. Her legs extended out to wrap around the cheerleader to entrap her in a scissor hold as well, applying pressure at both holds to make the girl tap or pass out.

Jinx let out a hot huff through her nostrils, trying to block out the issues she was having with this whole situation. She wasn't some kind of a masochist or anything... yeah she came here to beat Lucky up. Had daydreamed about her great victory, lording it over Sakura the next time they met backstage or in the ring. It all seemed tainted now by her unwillingness to defend herself. It wasn't Jinx's fault though. She didn't do this to her, the other girl had done this to herself! At least that is what she was telling herself within her mind.

"Just give up." Her rage has started to burn out leaving her feeling drained over this whole encounter. She was tired now and just wanted this to all be behind her. The referee waited on hand in silence, looking for signs of a tap and checking is Lucky was still awake.

If breaking into Lucky's home and then breaking Lucky's heart was how Jinx expected to obtain a match-of-the-ages... She had severely miscalculated. Lucky didn't like getting mad... She didn't like fighting with hate or anger in her heart! She didn't want to hurt anybody or start anything with anyone when she fought... She just wanted to make friends! She had thought Jinx was her friend, under all that sharp, hostile exterior, having seen and felt the person that hid beneath it... She had been so gentle, so sweet and loving... Lucky hadn't felt much like it, honestly! Yes, there are a LOT of girls (and guys for that matter) that would love her because she's cute or because she arouses them... but Jinx... when they kissed or when they had laid in each other's arms... It felt so... different... Lucky prided herself on making her hentai-opponents feel like they'd found love with her in every match, that this act was more than simply screwing the other person for a win but with Jinx... she didn't know if it was her or Jinx herself but....

...It didn't feel like Jinx was faking it... It felt.... real....

That's why it hurt so much when Jinx stabbed her in the heart like this, how she so CASUALLY trashed Sakura's home, destroyed her precious collectables... and almost seemed happy about it! Lucky KNEW she was a better woman than this, that, if Jinx wanted to be, she could've been one of her closest friends if not her closest friend (sorry Maddie) in the whole world! She could feel it inside... a connection... A connection that only made Lucky hurt more and more as Jinx casually betrayed her...

It seemed, however, that evil part of the Bad-Luck girl didn't last for very long, the woman growing frustrated and ANGRY as Lucky continued to apologize... The heart that rested inside her chest seeming to ACHE and that pain manifesting as anger. Before the cheerleader could do anything to escape Jinx's wrath, she'd already been pulled into a choke-hold/Scissor combo, her body being STRANGLED from two points!

"G....aaaaah...." She choked softly, hands SHOOTING up to her throat... her eyes flicking back towards her captor. Now Jinx sounded tired... exhausted... Not physically but... some other way. She'd fought Jinx much LONGER than this and under much more even circumstances so... something else was wrong... It... It almost sounded like she didn't want this anymore...

Even while being Jinx's punching bag, something for Jinx to take her anger out on... Lucky had failed. With her lower lip quivering, the Cheerleader lightly tapped her hand upon her opponent's forearm, signalling that she gave up, fresh tears rolling down her cheeks... Was there nothing she could do... to make this woman not hate her....?

Jinx wrenched in the holds, not even trying to be playful with her application of them. She wasn't gloating or teasing as she might when gaining the upper hand in a real match. It all just felt so empty when her opponent wasn't fighting back. She loved to win, wanted it more than anything when she completed, but not like this. She felt like absolute shit and didn't know why her mind would make her feel this way when she had put so much hard work into this moment. Life wasn't fair.

The referee had been watching closely, not wanting to be here as much as either woman did in this case. When Lucky tapped, she called it out immediately, declaring Kind the winner to no one but the three of them and the record books.

Jinx unwrapped her arms and legs from around Lucky, giving the woman a cold shove to send her back to the floor. With a huff, she sat herself up, then stood to her feet, trudging away to collect her costume bits and bobs bitterly. The storm loud hung over her head as she quietly made her way around the apartment, looking at the destruction she had caused.

It had been fun when it started. Coming in hot and wrecking havok. Seeing the aftermath now after winning on such a sour note really put it all inter perspective. This was Sakura's home. These were her things… she paused near the shelf, looking at what she assumed were toys on the floor. Some manner of collectable bauble… nudging an amiibo with her toe. She frowned. This was sad… she was sad… this isn't how victory was supposed to feel.

She wanted to take something as a trophy of her victory, but even before she reached down to pick up one of the figures she stopped. Her conscience screaming at her that she had already done enough and for a change... she found herself listening to it. Turning on her heel she moved towards the door, going out of her way to avoid even looking at Lucky as she made her way to leave behind the AFW official.

With Lucky's tapping out, Jinx practically THREW Lucky off of her, pushing her away before standing up to her feet and surveying the devastation she'd caused. It looked like a break-in, like somebody had TOSSED Lucky's house upside-down, inside-out and backwards in an effort to find something she didn't have. Almost all her precious collectables were in ruins, their ceramic faces in pieces on the floor, their limbs broken off and broken again all around Sakura's feet.... As the cheerleader got to her knees, cradling her head weakly in her hands... She saw Jinx staring at something... something not reduced to rubble among the pieces of Lucky's valuables...

...and it was her most expensive one!

Sakura's eyes widened, opening her mouth to protest as Jinx seemed to reach for it... but no words escaped them. They tightened in her throat, knotting up into a jumbled mess of incomprehensible nonsense that was better left unsaid... She could only watch with sorrow as Jinx reached down to take one last punch at Sakura's stomach, to not just destroy... but steal her precious amiibo...

...Only for the darker woman to stop... Her back was turned to Lucky so her expression was unknown... but something had stopped her from stepping on the cheerleader one last time... Without a word, Jinx left the same way she came in, swift and fast, her movements deft and agile to avoid the pockets of sharp ceramic left on the floor. With the ref following suit, Lucky was left alone, door open, her room destroyed along with some of her most prized possessions. All the poor girl could do was reach out and take hold of her last remaining collectable... and cradle it to her chest as she cried.
