Shibita Aruku vs Suzumi Ishikawa: Raging Sea!

Shibita already figured that Suzumi was waiting for her to get up for something, but she didn't think she's go for it so quickly! The pirate queen as in no position dodge, soon enough Suzumi's legs wrapped around her head like an anaconda. She felt the weight of her body shift as Suzumi leaned backed and flipped her into the mat! Timing its self slowing down for the pirate girl as she felt weightless but not for the right reasons! "GUAH!" She crashed pretty hard into the canvas and just putting her into a position to be caught again by Suzumi... Almost out of instict her body would try and push its self away from Suzumi in order to get some distance. If this worked the pirate would get crafty and try to use her quick yet weakened legs to keep the distance with lighting fast kicks.

Suzumi sent Shibita crashing to the mat but before she could do anything the pirate scrambled away, smashing into Suzumi's body with a peppering of kicks! The strikes weren't knock out but they did succeed in keeping Suzumi at bay leading to her backing off and rising to her feet. While she wasn't happy about it Suzumi did reset herself, preparing for whatever retaliation Shibita had in mind for her. She figured it was a strike of some kind, most likely a kick. She would do her best to be ready.

Shibita succeeded in giving her self a bit of breathing room as she showered the Tsunami with kicks. She glared as her as she watched her back off, ready to throw her self in any direction if she did try to charge at her. Eventually standing her self up the pirate girl was much more alert now, her body language said it all as her more casual strut was nowhere to be found taking on a pure striker stance. Shibita would slowly close the gap with Suzumi ready to bolt away if she tried to grab her. This was gona be a game of movement as the pirate girl would try and bait the Tsunami into whiffing attacks and counter with quick barrages of strikes!

Suzumi watched as Juno also seemed to back off, and it was up to Suzumi to end this inaction. She moved in and kept her guard up. She inched closer until she was within arms reach, stepping forward and reaching out to grab hold of Shibita in order to wrap her up in a grapple! Suzumi wanted to get so close that she couldn't just try to kick her way out, and if she did Suzumi would either get her in a hold to turn it into a technical battle or she would land some strikes of her own! At least that was the plan at the moment. Only time would tell if things actually worked out for Suzumi!

Shibita was being careful not to get caught, lord only knows what submission Suzumi had ready for her. It seemed she was no slouch in striking either tho, as the pirate girl got pelted with a kick and a punch every now and then. Each time staggering back in pain before bouncing back to prevent Suzumi from gaining the momentum. It was only a matter of time before the pirate girl was caught tho and sure enough she had a miss step... Like a tidal wave Suzumi closed the distance to the point where shibita couldn't kick her way out! The Pirate Queen's eye's widened as she felt her self locked in a grapple! She wasn't going to let this happen tho and almost instantly the Pirate girl resisted trying to break free! It was a technical battle now!

Suzumi felt Shibita struggling and fighting but she dropped to her knees, lowering her shoulder into Shibita's abdomen. Suzumi tried to lift and toss Shibita over her shoulders for a quick foreman's carry toss to send her to the mat.

If Suzumi was able to pull this off the should try to grab hold of an arm and pull it back, attempting to lock in an arm bar on the pirate!

Shibita was fighting back as best she could but Suzumi dropped to her knee's and practically lifted her like a paper weight! "GUAAAH!" The pirate girl felt the wind knocked out of her lungs as she was tossed into the mat once again in Suzumi's grasp. Shibita already knew what was coming and tried to fight it to no effect. "No! No! No! Stop! AAAAAHH!" The pirate girl screamed out as she was put into an arm bar! Like a fish out of water she jsut failed about in pain as Suzumi apply'd pressure.

Suzumi had assumed correctly about Shibita. She was a great talent with energy, speed and the strikes to back it up. However whatever her background was, technical skills as well as holds had not been a focal point to her offense. Or more importantly her defense. Suzumi yanked back and really began to put the screws to Shibita!

"You are good, but you are out of your league against a technical wrestler! Just tap out Shibita! Give up!" Suzumi urged as she grit her teeth, doing all she could do get a submission out of the young pirate woman! Suzumi began wrestling at a young age and early on in Wrestle Angels she had matched up against top women, knowing what it was like to be in a match where she was completely in over her head. It was a nasty feeling but one she learned a lot from, and she hoped Shibita was beginning to see her in that light as well.

The pirate girl would only grit her teeth in pain as Suzumi applied more pressure to her, the pain now really reaching some intense levels. It was only now starting to hit Shibita that Suzumi had was an entire level above her in terms of experience. She was too stubborn to admit it tho and toughed it out through this submission. Maybe training in defense more might have been useful against quicker foe's like Suzumi but right now she needed to get out of this arm bar. She would attempt to use her free arm to reach over and try and fight for control of her arm, if this worked she would use the momentum to try and shoot her self up and Suzumi into her back! The legs would probably still be an issue but at least she could lay into with strikes!

Suzumi cranked and did her best to get Shibita to tap out but the stubborn pirate kept trying to escape! Finally she rolled Suzumi on her back nearly putting her in a pinning position and rained punches down at her! A few hit harmlessly but some rocked her jaw and really made Suzumi reel! She had to abandon the hold, but to try to get some recovery time she coiled her leg closest to Shibita's face and attempted to rocket that foot back up into the side of her jaw! If Suzumi could connect with a solid kick she could shove Shibita away before rolling the opposite way herself as she tried to buy enough time to rise to her feet once more!
