Hayasui was starting to wonder how she kept ending up in these kinds of matches. Surely the organizers weren't doing this on purpose and this was just some embarrassing quirk of fate, right? From the gorilla position, Bubbles and Mariah looked on and watched Hayasui make her way down to the ring, looking so nervous and timid. ”Yeah, I thought she’d be a good little snack for you.” Mariah gave her wife a quick smack on the backside, making her yelp as she was dragged out of her concentration. Bubbles nodded in agreement at that, rubbing her chin as Hayasui entered the ring. They’d taken some time off after Bubbles’ last match a few months ago, just to do some training and take a small press tour, bolstering support for a shot at the hentai title. Time would only tell how well that all worked out, but in the meantime, she needed something to chew on. This wasn’t the worst way to kick that off.


”Fair enough.” Bubbles gave her neck a good crack, as the announcer called her name and the crowd cheered along. ”I’ll try not to wreck her too bad.”


A few moments later and she was making her way down to the ramp, with Mariah following close behind. The crowd was happy to see her, throwing cheers and catcalls her way, but she ignored it all and kept her gaze forward, never wavering from Hayasui, looking at her like a shark with a fresh meal right before it.


Hopping up on the apron, she rolled in under the bottom rope and sauntered over to her opponent, leading with her chest, taking proud strides. Bubbles extended her hand with a devilish smile when she was close enough, licking her lips along with it. ”Nice to meet you.” She gave Hayasui an approving gaze from head to toe. ”You ready for me, honey?”

Hayasui's eyes went wide at the sight of her opponent striding down the ramp, her momentary expectations shattered before they could even really take hold. Putting aside the difference in height, the sheer confidence she practically radiated and the hungry gaze she could practically feel from here were completely at odds with the nickname. Not to mention she was pretty hot. Okay, really hot.

Taking a quick moment to steel herself and try to keep her eyes from wandering along those curves for too long, Hayasui watched as Bubbles climbed into the ring, stepping out of her corner to meet her opponent's approach out of habit more than anything, finding herself staring up at the girl with her face a tiny bit flushed. Despite herself, that slight bit of nervousness that came with facing someone that much taller was quickly overridden by excitement and anticipation for the coming match. A little embarrassment too, but that was almost to be expected with a match like this.

Then she spoke, and suddenly the nickname made sense, Hayasui meeting Bubble's smile with an eager one of her own, even as that flush dusting her face darkened a little at the way the taller woman was practically eating her up with her eyes. It was almost like the other woman's confidence was infectious in its own way.

"Ready as I'll ever be, thank you," Hayasui said, her own eyes alight with excitement, taking the other woman's hand and giving it a firm shake, "Let's have a good match, yeah?"

Bubbles lived for the look in Hayasui’s eyes, and it reminded her of a big advantage she enjoyed in Friction. Some people complained that it was too saturated with talent, that there were too many come-and-goers, that it was hard for anyone to get invested in the wrestlers, and they might’ve had a point with all that noise. But, on the flip side, it meant that, even though she was fairly popular and a known quantity in most wrestling circles, there were still women in the company who hadn’t seen her. So she could still get that look. That ‘oh, god, what have I just gotten into’ look.

Never got old. Especially when the face making it was so delectable.

Hayasui, to her credit, seemed more excited than afraid, looking all too eager to get that started. Good. That was a good thing. They were both on the same page. It would make things easier in the long run - it was always best to work with someone who was at least a little into what was about to happen. ”Oh, don’t you worry your pretty little head.” She giggled and kept her hand wrapped around Hayasui’s, prolonging the shake with a tightening grip. ”I will.”

That was the only warning - if you could call it that - before Bubbles yanked Hayasui in, wrapped her arms around the woman’s head, and pulled her into a tight kiss, smashing their lips together with raw passion. Starting off on a strong foot. Why not?

Hayasui cocked a curious eyebrow at Bubbles' reply, then the other one went up as she realized the tanned woman wasn't letting go. A futile attempt to tug it free of her grasp barely even delayed what followed, Bubbles grabbing hold of her and pulling her in for a passionate, overwhelming kiss, practically tearing the breath from her for a moment before she fought to keep it.

If asked, Bubbles could come up with all sorts of reasons for her kicking off the match this way. She could say she was trying to get some advantage over her opponent, attempting to psyche her out, gain that mental edge. She could say she wanted to be unpredictable, to make Hayasui unsure of what to expect. She could even say she was trying to drain her opponent of oxygen, make her more susceptible for what came next

And yes, all of that would be true, to some extent. But, really? She just wanted to kiss Hayasui. The girl was cute, she had to have a taste. It wasn’t anything more complicated than that.

The referee was confused at first, but called for the bell when it was apparent that Hayasui was trying to pull away - ‘trying’ being the operative word. While it wasn't really too long until Hayasui was released, to her it felt like that kiss had stretched on far longer than it should have. With what she'd been expecting, the reality of the situation had her mind whirling to catch up. The bell hadn't even rung yet- wait there it was.

The clear ringing shook some of the confusion free, the tones washing over her for a moment before the way Bubbles was holding her gave her a clear idea of what was next. A mixture of trepidation and excitement flitted across her face for a moment before it was replaced almost entirely with excitement.

"Oh-" was all she had time for before Bubbles jerked back and launched her, sending the raven-haired girl flying across the ring. While part of her completed that sentence in her head, the rest of her moved, well-practiced instincts adapting to the situation as she tucked in to turn the hard landing into a smooth tumble. It was enough to bleed off some of her momentum, Hayasui popping out of the tumble in one fluid motion and killing the rest of it against the ropes, grabbing hold with one hand to anchor herself there as they flexed outward with the speed she'd hit them at. Brought to a stop, Hayasui let go, turning to look at Bubbles with wide eyes, still a little breathless from the kiss earlier.

"Alright, that was new," the martial artist said breathily, relaxing and stepping away from the ropes, "I hope that sets the tone for the rest."

She took a deep breath as she settled into a fighting stance, one foot in front of the other, lower to the ground, fists clenched softly and her guard wide. She bounced slowly on her feet, weight sliding from one foot to the other as she waited, ready to move the moment the tanned titan did and carefully shuffling away from the ropes. Most of the embarrassment was gone now, thought the excitement still flashed in her eyes, it was matched with a focused calm as she honed in on Bubbles. An eager little smirk soon made its way onto her face again, a silent invitation to Bubbles to make the first move.

See? Successful strategy. Bubbles had the soul of a tactician. An extremely horny tactician, but a tactician all the same.

Her opening gambit did the trick, sending Hayasui clear across the ring and drawing a few Oohs and Aahs from the crowd for a bonus. Not enough to slow her attack down, anyway. She came straight towards her opponent with long, powerful strides, raising up her arm as she neared and swinging it forward, intending to bring the smaller woman down with a powerful lariat. Even if she blocked it, this blow was hitting, no question, and it would have more than enough power to put her on her back. And once that happened, well…

Yeah. There was a reason that Mariah was moving around the ring, trying to find the best angle to view this all at. Sooner or later, the show would start.

Hayasui's eyes narrowed a little as Bubbles pressed on the attack with barely any pause, finally bringing out that lariat. From the way the tanned titan had manhandled her earlier, it was fairly obvious blocking wasn't an option, and while dodging certainly was, she couldn't just let Bubbles have all the momentum. Hardly any fun in that for anyone.

So the raven-haired girl relaxed for a moment before dashing in herself, small, quick steps against the blonde's long strides. With the lariat coming crashing down from above, Hayasui would reach out to try to take hold of the arm, not to stop it, but more to guide it as she turned swiftly, her rear colliding with Bubbles just under the taller woman's hips with well-trained precision. Using that point as a fulcrum of sorts, Hayasui tried to use the leverage and the tanned titan's own momentum to guide her into a swift hip-throw.

”Huh.” Mariah perked up as Hayasui came dashing towards Bubbles. ”Brave, this one.”

An accurate observation, Bubbles would agree. Most of her opponents tended to give her a wide berth after the opening salvos, especially when they didn’t have the hardware to go toe to toe. Not this one. She was charging in, hard and fast, as if she wasn’t literally half of the Virgin Killer’s size.
