Luckily her agent was also a family friend, who kept her safe during those vulnerable times. As he was also a martial artist, a master of Karate and Judo, he also began to teach Miyuki ways to defend herself when she left on her own.

Miyuki, though, did not want anything else but the path of a gravure model, and sincerely desired to become part of Japan's adult industry. When she turned 18, she began doing adult films. Her extraordinary body and good looks grabbed her lots of attention and plenty of jealousy from other models. During one shoot, she got into a fight with another actress, which all got caught on camera. The leaked video drew the attention of some AFW talent scouts, who were impressed by her fighting ability and the extremely lewd way she humiliated her opponent.
