Panther Risako vs. Beauty Ichigaya - Eye of the Beholder

Two chops the chest. Actual, correct that. Two Panther Risako chops to the chest. Those were a bit harder than the usual brand, bit as hard as the woman’s namesake, left a blazing red streak on Beauty’s chest. It wasn’t a coincidence, either - Panther could’ve struck in so many ways, ways that would’ve done just as much damage, if not more, but no. She just had to target Beauty’s bountiful breasts.

Jealous. So little had really changed with Panther.

Regardless, if she thought she could bully Beauty around, she was about to be sorely mistaken, and that was about to be proven. Beauty was pulled out of the corner, but instead of letting herself be flung about like some wasted weakling, she twisted around and pulled Panther along instead, attempting to reverse the Irish Whip and send her opponent hurtling into the corner.

Risako considered it to be more than a little bit of poetic justice to hit Ichigaya in the part of her body she was the most proud of. Even as Icighaya's breasts quivered from Risako's previous onslaught, Risako was already on the move, grabbing at Ichigaya's hand and whipping her across the ring--

--only for Ichigaya to anchor herself, and suddenly use all of that pent up momentum against Risako, reversing her with a whip of her own! Risako cursed under her breath: sometimes, it was easy to forget that Ichigaya was not only a veteran wrestler, but a skilled one at that. Spinning gracefully, Risako grabbed for the ropes, catching herself on them at the last moment, sparing herself a painful impact as she spun to face Ichigaya.

If the other girl was already charging at her, then Risako would use the ropes to kick her legs up, hoisting herself up on her arms like a gymnast as she tried to latch her legs around Ichigaya's head and pull her head-first into the corner! Otherwise, she would remain in her corner, watching Ichigaya carefully if the other girl was biding her time...

In the back of Ichigaya’s mind, she knew that all she’d just done was reverse an Irish Whip. It wasn’tanything special, wasn’t some big move, just a practical reverse of centripedal force used to her advantage.

Or was it centrifugal force? She alwasy confused the two.

Either way, it was a momentary shift, and she realized that, but she was glad to turn the tables on Panther and finally get things under control. Panther would come running back, right into her range, and from there…

”...bitch.”

She just had to grab the ropes and mess it up. Beauty had a lariat waiting to go, one that would’ve made Bomber envious, and Panther ruined it when she stopped all the momentum. Looking to rectify the situation, Beauty came charging forward, and that was when things quickly dovetailed. The next thing she knew, Panther’s gaudy things were around her head, she was getting shoved forward, and her prim features were promptly introduced to the turnbuckle in the roughest way possible.

Sufficently stunned, there was little Beauty could do but kneel in the corner for the moment, shaking her head, trying to get some sense back into her brain.

"Takes one to know one."

Alrught, as far as retorts went, that had, admittedly, been a pretty bad one. So I'm not the best at ring banter. Sue me, Risako thought to herself as she introduced Ichigaya's pretty blonde head to the turnbuckle. Hopping down to her feet, Risako nonchalantly brushed her hair back-- a signal to Ichigaya, and to the audience, that she was in control of this situation.

Grabbing at Ichigaya's arm, Risako seemed at first like she was going to whip the blonde across the ring...that is, until she used that built up momentum to suddenly whip around behind her opponent, folding her arm behind her back while wrapping her own free arm around Ichigaya's belly. Holding her breath, Risako tried to arch back, trying to nail Ichigaalya in a back body drop leading to a pinfall!

Okay. This was not a good start. Beauty could concede that much. She was currently in the corner, woozy and vulnerable with an aching skull, so it wasn’t like she could really deny it. But she was still the stronger woman here, could turn this all around with a single powerbomb. She knew it.

She just had to get Panther in a good position for that. And, well…

The nosey little bitch didn’t know when to let up, that was the problem. Before Beauty could get her bearings back, she was already on her again, whipping her away. Before she could react properly to that, Panther pulled her in from behind, lifted her up, and…

”Guh!” Beauty cried out as the ring shook with her impact, but she barely had a second to even react from that before she heard a rather disturbing sound.

”1…!”

A pin. Panther had her in a pin. Annoying, irritating, disgusting little…

Beauty kicked out just as the referee’s hand hit the mat for a second time, escaping with only a second to spare. She flopped over to her chest and started to push herself up, but not before she gave the canvas a good punch. She had to hit something to vent her frustration, and it seemed like she would have to wait a while before she had that opportunity with Panther.

But it would come. Oh, would it come.

Ichigaya kicked out. Not a suprise, really: Ichigaya may have been a stuck up bitch who hid vanity and cruelty behind several layers of makeup, but she was also a competent and resilient fighter. It wasn't for nothing, after all, that she had gotten the reputation she had in Wrestle Angels. But then...well, the Queen of Queens had a reputation of her own to live up to.

She rolled after Ichigaya as she was slowly puahing herself up, and moved to straddle her back. "Uehara says hi, by the way," she said coldly, before draping Ichigaya's arms over her knees. If she managed that, then she would waste no time in wrenching back on her opponent's chin in a camel clutch!

And here was the trouble with dealing with Panther Risako: the woman was good. Too good.

Most wrestlers would’ve given Beauty a moment to catch her breath after failing a pinfall, which would’ve let her get up, recoup and regroup. It was an opening she’d exploited many, many times.

Not Panther. Not her. Before Beauty could even think of mounting a comeback, she was pulled around, maneuvered, and locked into a camel clutch, with a little quip for the cherry on top. Irritating.

Beauty struggled, twisting left and right in an attempt to wriggle her way free, but it become all too apparent that she simply was not going to get out that way. The only method of escape was forward, and that was where she went, pushed her feet out hard behind her, straining and struggling to drag them towards the ropes for her salvation.

Risako knew Ichigaya well enough to know that she should never underestimate the other girl, no matter how haughty she was, how overconfident she seemed or how ridiculously she dressed. Beauty Ichigaya was a powerful and skilled wrestler, one who had put down the likes of Bomber Kishima and Mighty Yukiko in the past. The best way to deal with someone like her, Risako knew, was to be relentless, to hammer her again and again and keep her on the defensive. Then, and only then, she might be able to score a win in this one.

And so Risako cranked hard on the camel clutch, lifting Ichigaya's upper body off the mat. She wasn't blind to the fact that the motion gave the audience a very good view of Ichigaya's generous bosom. She smiled, and leaned her head over so that she was looking down into Ichigaya's eyes, almost flirtatiously so. "What are you going to do, Reika?" she asked even as Ichigaya pulled them towards the ropes. "Are you going to do the sensible thing and tap, hmm?"

As confident as Beauty was in her training, her abilities, and her skills, she knew there was a distinct possibility that she could lose this match. She had been beaten before - not often, sure, but it had happened, and the short-sightedness of management wasn’t the only reason that she had yet to hold a major title. She could lose this match.

But there was no way she was going to tap out to Panther Risako. She would sooner live with a broken spine.

...okay, perhaps not, but even so, pain alone was not enough to override her unwillingness to give Risako the satisfaction of making her give up. ”Kiss...my...ass…”

Beauty ignored Panther’s juvenile taunts and kept going, dragging them closer and closer to the ropes, fighting for every single inch.

Risako's violet hair was spilling down, willow-like, onto Ichigaya's face as Risako looked down into the eyes of her opponent, continuing tonstretch away at her even as Ichigaya pulled them towards the ropes. "Stubborn as always I see, Reika," she purred. "I'd admire you a lot more for that...but after what you did to Uehara, I'm going to break you before this night is over."

It was then that Ichigaya grabbed the ropes. Giving an irritated curse, Risako released Ichigaya and grabbed her by the arm. "Ready for more, Ichigaya?" she purred, before whipping Ichigaya towards the ropes...ready to grab her by the head as she bounced back and drop backwards, hoping to ram her knees into Ichigaya's chest or gut!
