Mako Adachi:

Mako was in the locker room as she threw punch after punch in the air. She was getting herself pumped up by shadow boxing before the match, which was only a few minutes away. Tonight would be a fun fight, seeing as she’d be facing a newcomer in a FCA PoW match. Mako liked how her opponent’s body was built, so she was very eager to get her hands on it. Heck, even if she lost tonight, being this woman’s prisoner wouldn’t be a punishment. But Mako wasn’t going to let herself be taken. Not when she had a huge match coming up in an Elimination Chamber. Momentum was far too important to lose at this point, with that match being only a few weeks away.

Suddenly, an employee would knock on the door before opening it and telling the shark it was time. So, with a big smile across her face, Mako would put on her black robe and head towards the gorilla position.

The shark’s theme would begin to play as she came out of the entrance. The crowd burst into a frenzy as they saw her, roaring loudly as stopped at the top of the ramp with her fists raised. Mako wouldn’t stay there too long, as she’d walk down the ramp soon and give a few fans a high five. Then, when she reached the ring, the badass woman would climb up the apron and step through the ropes. Once inside, Mako would get up in the corner, before bringing her hand to her ear like she wanted them to get louder. Then she’d throw off her robe and start showing off for the crowd by flexing her arms and showing off her incredibly toned abs.

As soon as Mako fed off of enough attention from the crowd, she’d get down from the corner and lean back against it. Her music faded soon after, leaving the audience and the shark herself to eagerly watch and wait for her opponent to make her big entrance.

Brünhilde Larsson:

Brünhilde sat backstage, finishing up her last sip of green tea as she reflected on her time in the AFW thus far, and her upcoming match. She was honestly a bit suprised at how quickly she got her first few bookings, and given the stipulations of her upcoming match, a Falls Count Anywhere PoW match, just how quickly the severity of the matches escalated as well. She definitely didn't mind the paycheck though, as this next match would probably end up paying her a lot more than her debut match, right...?

She set her cup down, leaning over to adjust her thigh bands. She had never met her opponent prior to this, but she had heard lots of rumblings about her -- they called her The Shark, and she had a large following online of fans who considered her one of the fiercest competitors the AFW had to offer. It wasn't going to be easy, but the challenge was a great motivator for Brunhilde. She wasn't going to get better by fighting pushovers in the ring, and beating a fan favourite at her own game in such a fashion that comes with the territory of a No-DQ Hentai match would be a great way to prove herself.

The intro keys of her theme song begin to echo through the arena, and she made her way to the stage, stopping just before the curtain. She checked the zipper on her ring jacket, closed her eyes, took a deep breath and gave each of her cheeks a slap to hype herself up before bursting out onto the stage, taking in the crowd. She was still a relative unknown to them and didn't garner much of a reaction, but she was definitely hoping to turn that around sometime soon. She raised her arm to the sky in some sort of pose at the top of the ramp -- she still hadn't really thought through any sort of special entrance, she was more focused on telling her story in the ring rather than on the way to it, but she was trying.

She made her way down the ramp, climbing up the ring stairs and brushing her feet against the apron while she locked eyes with her opponent for the night. While she couldn't speak from first hand experience just yet, she knew at first glance that this girl was fierce. Even though Brun was a tiny bit taller and larger, the shark did not look like a woman to fuck with. At least not in the streets...

Keeping eye contact with the opponent, Brun stepped into the ring and removed her dark green ring jacket, revealing her very small, tight and form-fitting attire that fully flaunted her curvy, muscular body. Knowing how badly her last attempt at pre-match banter went, she instead opted to keep her mouth shut and look as intimidating as possible, her hazel eyes exuding confidence. Even after she backed up into her own corner, she kept eye contact with Mako the entire time.

Mako is watched as her opponent walked out and made her way to the ring. She looked to be about as tall as the shark, but when she removed her green coat, Brun revealed far more. The woman was built like a tank, the kind that Mako drooled over. So when Brunhilde got in the ring with her, the shark was quick to speak up and praise the woman's hot, muscular body.

“Hey sexy!~ That top looks tight…maybe you should strip it off?” Mako asked with a wink as she walked up to her prey. Pick up lines aside, the shark wanted to tease her opponent some more.

“So...Brünhilde right? Do you think you’ve got what it takes to make me your prisoner?” she asked before stopping inches from her face. “Well I wouldn’t hate it if you did~ That doesn’t mean I’ll go easy on you, though! Tonight I’m going to beat you down! And then...I’m going to reap the rewards~ So...let's have some fun!~” Mako would say before backing away from Brun’s corner so that the cute ref girl could start the match.

The shark was really pumped to begin as she bounced eagerly on her feet in the corner. Her eyes were locked on Brünhilde as she waited. Then, when the bell finally, rang Mako would charge forward and try to lock up with the bulky woman. Sure Brun looked stronger than her, but the shark wanted to test that strength out for herself!

Even completely discounting the stipulation of their match creating a much different dynamic and atmosphere, Brünhilde could immediately tell that this was going to be much different from her debut. She barely even was able to toss aside her ring jacket before her opponent began to get in her face, hurling trash talk and...compliments about her body? This shouldn't have been much of a surprise, given the subject matter of the match they were about to partake in, but it definitely left thoughts in the back of the Swede's mind of whether they were genuine comments or just head games.

After the quick flurry of trash talk, her opponent returned to her corner, but Brünhilde's head was racing. She went into this match wanting to play the strong, cool, calm and collected angle, but there was no way she couldn't repond and let this woman think she had a mental leg up on her. Brün's father had always taught her never to judge someone by their appearance, but it only took one quick glance at Mako to see just how bold, brash and boisterous she was. It shouldn't have been a surprise that trash talk would have occured, but here she was. Finally, Brünhilde smirked at Mako as she took her own corner, reaching out her arm to point at her as she delivered the toughest line that popped into her head:

"So, you want this body, huh?" She said, giving Mako a wink as she ran her hands across her curves.  "Listen up! They call you the Shark, yeah? By the time I'm finshed with you and I backbreaker you into oblivion, you're going to wish you were just about any other sea creature! You know, because most other things under the sea are invertebrates... and don't have spines and wouldn't ^{really worry too much about backbreakers and stuff......}"

... what the hell was that? Yeesh. Good thing Brünhilde's poker face was stronger than her pre-match banter, because she felt like her entire being was cringing on the inside. Looks like she was going to have to fight extra hard to bail herself out and not let her mouth make her look like a total dweeb again.

Brünhilde locked eyes with Mako, raising her arms into a grappling position as she waited for the bell. As soon as it rang, she made her move just as quickly. As Mako was coming towards her, Brunhilde attempted to psyche her out by wiggling her eyebrows and licking her lips.

However, that wasn't the only ruse she had up her metaphorical sleeve. As she charged towards Mako, 'Hilde had her arms up to meet her in the lock up, but at the last second, she deked and thrust out her knee, aiming a rough Kitchen Sink directly into the oncoming Shark's stomach!

Mako chuckled as her opponent began to trash talk her. Clearly Brünhilde wasn't used to doing that sort of thing, though, because while she started out strong, she faltered completely by the end. Sure the wink was pretty sexy and the way she ran her hands along her curves was hot, but the strong looking woman definitely needed some practice.

"Ooooh...Back break me to oblivion huh? Heh...that sounds pretty rough~ Good thing I'm into that sort of play~" Mako purred roughly with a playful wink. Then as they locked up with one another, the shark would start to talk to her opponent. "So...If talking isn't your thing...don't worry...It's kinda cute to watch you ramble on like that~...Besides, I can do enough talking for the both of us-ACK!" The shark said before being caught in the stomach by the woman's knee. The blow nearly knocked Mako up and off her feet, but she managed to keep herself standing by holding on to Brünhilde's shoulders. Not to be outdone, though, the shark would smirk as she tried to retaliate by drilling her own knee into the woman's midsection.

"Ok...that was...a nice one...buuut...here's a REAL knee strike!" she yelled before attempting the strike to show her opponent it wouldn't be easy to take the shark down. Then, if successful, Mako would continue to shoot her knee like rapid fire at Brun's iron abs. They wouldn't have the same force as the first, but they'd build up a lot of damage over time. And while there was no doubting that the muscular grappler was built like a muscular, but still curvy tank, it wouldn't be enough to protect Brünhilde from the full force of her repeated knee strikes.

Brünhilde couldn't help but smirk as she thrust her knee into Mako's stomach, feeling her opponent slump over and lean up against her. Any lingering awkward thoughts of her failed attempt at trash talk quickly faded as soon as she felt her knee collide with the Shark's gut. It's funny, really, just how heavily one good strike can swing the momentum of a match.

"Cute, huh?" Brünhilde shot back, puffing her chest out and pressing it into Mako as she held onto her shoulders. "I'll show you just how cute..." Before she could finish her statement, however, she was interrupted by her opponent yelling in her face and nailing her with a knee strike of her own!

"Oof!"

Brünhilde doubled over, catching Mako's shoulders in a fashion quite similar to how Mako was standing just earlier. Before she could retort or react, her opponent continued to hit her with a series of knee strikes, peppering her stomach and abs with rough shots. She wasn't quite expecting this, but she found out pretty quickly that getting into a striking war with Mako was NOT going to end well for her at all. In an act of desperation, she reached her arm down and grabbed Mako's leg, attempting to break up her strikes with a capture suplex.

Mako could tell she was putting Brünhilde through some intense pain as she delivered knee after knee into the woman's midsection. The way she grunted and gasped from each blow told the shark that her opponent was close to doubling over. At least, that's what should have been the case. After several of the strikes landed, Brünhilde would suddenly latch onto her leg as it hit her abs. Keeping it secure as the shark tried to yank it back.

Mako couldn't get free, though, as she balanced herself on one leg. The shark would try to throw a few punches at Brünhilde's face, but before she could even land a second blow, she'd let out a yelp as the muscular woman would start to lift her up before slamming her back down with a capture suplex! The impact was stunning, and Mako could only sit up from the momentum of the slam. Her back was still arching from the stinging pain, but she was better of sitting than laying flat on her back.

So trying her best to roll onto her hands and knees, the shark would struggle to get back up quickly. It wasn't easy by any means, but Mako was trying her damnedest to get the job done.

Even after Mako landed the first punch, Brünhilde couldn't help but smirk at her, giving her a wink as she lifted her up and flipped her over her head. The loud thud of their backs hitting the mat was satisfying, but not being repeatedly kneed in the stomach certainly was a bonus, as well.

Brunhilde managed to get back up, but she quickly found that Mako was trying to make her way back to her feet as well. Maybe it was rash thinking, perhaps it was adrenaline, or maybe it was just another rookie mistake, but the Swede was filled with a sense of urgency to keep up the attack.

"Hey now, Ms. Shark, you're not going anywhere!" Brunhilde called out, before attempting to dive down upon Mako while she was still on her hands and knees. It was a bit of a long shot, but if she managed to catch her she was going to attempt to roll through into a rear naked choke.

Mako didn't have much time to get up as she noticed Brun going back after her. The swede was tough, and seeing how she was so strong, the shark knew she couldn't let the woman grab her. So just before Brunhilde started to put her in the rear naked choke, Mako would latch onto the ropes and start pulling herself forward. This way, as the swede started choking her out, she could pull herself through the ropes to freedom. Her opponent tried to roll them over, but the shark held onto the bottom rope and refused to be moved.

"Urk! Well...we'll just... have to see... about...that!" Mako barked back with difficulty as her opponent squeezed that muscular arm around her throat. It wouldn't be easy by any mean. After all, she couldn't rely on a rope break since this was No DQ. Mako had to drag herself through the ropes and fall to the ground below to break the choke. Luckily this played right into the match type seeing as it was falls count anywhere. However, she'd still need to do a little bit of offense  while she was in this position.

So as soon as she was half way though the ropes, Mako would let go of the rope with one hand and start to fire some elbows back into Brunhilde's side over and over. That way she could weaken the swede's grip before peeling herself away. The rapid strikes should be enough to get Brunhilde to back off, or at the very least to lose her grip from the damage inflicted on her ribs.

At this point, Brünhilde didn't know what she was more impressed with -- that she managed to land the diving choke, or Mako's, for lack of a better term, Shark-like reflexes. She attempted to roll through and latch on the choke, but her opponent was thinking two or three steps ahead, grabbing onto the ropes and yanking them toward it.

The sudden, unexpected lurch forward threw Brünhilde off, and her grip loosened up a bit as she tried to steady herself. And then came the elbows... skit! If Brünhilde wasn't already going to try and avoid staying within striking distance with Mako, she certainly was going to start now.

Between the elbow shots to her ribs and the shift in Equilibrium, Brünhilde ended up losing her grip and tumbling out of the ring, landing face-first on the padded mats below!
