The Return to the Land of the Rising Sun

It was a bustling day at Tokyo's International Airport at Narita, many people were either heading to their flights or heading to baggage claim to retrieve their luggage. Among these people was a woman who stood out from the rest, with bleach blonde hair and an imposing stature as she was dressed in a white blazer and white khakis, made her way through the airport. Mariko Tojo, known predominantly as Jackal in the wrestling world had made her return to her homeland from America, having been contacted by a manager of the internationally known promotion, AFW that offered her a place in the roster. Jackal was quick to sign up when it was revealed to her that her other dates in Shangri-La back in America would be fine so long as they did not overlap with one another.

The last time she had been in Japan was for an exhibition match in her first home of Berserk to test the mettle of an bright up and comer which she was greatly impressed by. Now back on a more daily basis in her homeland, she was ready to remind everyone who Jackal Tojo was. She was excited, the advent of AFW had brought many women to the Land of the Rising Sun, far too many that Jackal was unable to keep track of them all.

She was going to have to do extensive research on just who she wanted to fight in this new home of hers....

Roxy couldn't say that she enjoyed air ports a whole lot, or flying for that matter. Well, actually....as long as she could sleep on the air plane it was okay. Though considering she was going to California for a few days, she could probably catch a few z's on the plane.

She had didn't really have a bag to check in. Everything she wanted to bring she kept in a dufflebag, which she was carrying with her as her carry on luggage. The green haired beauty walked through the air port, hair tied up into their usual twin tails as she walked with her dufflebag slung over her shoulders.

She wore a pair of tight fitting jeans and a gray tank-top with a black jacket slung over her shoulders and left open. A pair of shades just above her bangs. and ready to be pulled onto the bridge of her nose with a simple flick. She had a bottle in her free hand, a plastic bottle of sprite, the bottle's color made a good match to her hair and eyes.

She started hearing the hustle and bustle of perhaps someone important making their way to Japan. As there were a few journalists and paparazzi hanging about. They were in her way though, so Roxy would quickly find her way through them and make it towards the moving sidewalk. Only for her to catch the glimpse of a tall blond. For a moment she thought it was Cecilia Northman...though if it was she was sure that she'd get right in her face. The blond Gorilla would without a doubt still be salty about her defeat, at the moment though, Roxy had her eyes set on Misaki Toyoda. To mess with the woman a bit more, but that would come after she returned from California, since she had defeated her already, she wasn't in much of a rush.

Wait a minute...Roxy recognized this blond from somewhere....

Standing on the moving walkway en route to baggage claim, Jackal had a busy day ahead of her as she was to meet her liaison, the manager who contacted her, to AFW where she would finalize her contract with the promotion.

Just as she got off of the walkway, she was about to proceed down the terminal before something caught her eye. It was a green haired beauty that Jackal could've sworn she seen somewhere. Upon further inspection, Jackal knew who this beauty was.

While in America, she was still keeping tabs on what was happening over in Berserk to see how her home was doing. And old friend, Misaki Toyoda who was also contracted with AFW was recently defeated and humiliated by this woman. After she had beaten Misaki, this woman, Roxy if she remembered correctly, took it upon herself to go a step further and locked Misaki between her breasts while also shaming her venomously. She wondered just what kind of woman Roxy was, knowing that Misaki was much more than a normal wrestler to be beaten like that.

Her interest was peaked.

She would take a sharp 90 degree turn to make a beeline for this Roxy, greatly interesting in seeing if she could back up that performance again. "You. Are you Roxy Ashworthy?"

Roxy would turn her head to the side as she was just about to step onto the moving sidewalk, when she heard the voice of that blond. She stopped in her track and stepped in so she stood at the area where the two opposing sidewalks met.

The green haired woman would move her hand up to her sprite bottle and open up the cap to take a sip out of it as the blond stepped right up towards her. Getting right in her face and asking her if she was Roxy Ashworthy. Where did she know this woman from? She looked pretty important, the journalists and paparazzi had them surrounded and was taking pictures. The buzzing words of them seemed to indicate that they were going to have a match. Where they?

Roxy scoffed after taking another drink of her sprite before placing the cap back on. " Yeah. Who wants to know?" Roxy asked in a condescending sounding tone towards the woman. As if she was important and the one asking wasn't at all.

Jackal was oblivious of the little crowd that had gathered, granted she was far too used to fans clamoring around her and even more so now that she was back in Japan. No doubt this was going to hit the internet before she even left the building, but none of that mattered to her. Right now standing in front of her, this brazen woman had all of her attention even if she did not respect her in the least. Jackal didn't mind, she would take that respect later when they were in the squared circle.

The way she held herself made it clear that she held herself with such confidence, a trait that Jackal respected as she let out a soft laugh. "I'm Mariko Tojo. Jackal Tojo." she announced herself, she wasn't betting on the fact that Roxy would've heard of her but that was going to change very little. "I saw you gave Misaki quite the thrashing. I wonder if you could pull that off again, or was that just a flash in the pan performance."

That soft laugh, this woman was not easy to rile up. Then when Roxy heard the name of the blond woman before her, the green haired babe would tilt her head to the side. " Oh? Is it Mariko or Jackal?" Roxy asked in a confused manner. She never really understood wrestlers who made their ring names their own names? Like the whole concept of a nickname was to be something to define them a bit more clearly and usually given by the commentators. At least that was the case with Roxy's nickname.

" Misaki?....hmmm." Roxy let out as if she had to think about it for a moment. " Oh right, the little monkey. Yeah but that shouldn't be something impressive, after all. Defeating weaklings isn't something to brag about." Roxy said as she would shrug her shoulders in a condescending manner. " What's it to you anyway, Miss doggo?"

"I prefer Jackal, I hear it more than my real name to be honest." Jackal joked as she let out a small laugh, it was a weird feeling being known as her ring name more than her actual name. She wasn't going to get drawn into her emotions, especially with the way that Roxy was acting as it looked like she was fishing to get a rise out of her. She wasn't going to fall for that tactic. Even if her friend was being insulted in such a degrading manner.

"Ooooh ho? A monkey? That's the first time I heard someone call Misaki that." The ego on this girl was off the charts, making Jackal believe that she had plenty of experiences to back that up. There was a difference between blustering up and being arrogant, and Jackal was interested in seeing which side of the line that Roxy fell off of. "This doggo wants to see want happens when you face against someone who isn't a 'weakling.'"

Jackal Tojo huh, the way that this woman acted and spoke made it seem as if she was going to be a tough challenger, part of her was getting interested in the words as the woman she'd just called a dog stepped forward and said that she wanted to see how the Conqueror faired against someone who wasn't a weakling.

Roxy couldn't help but chuckle, she would roll her eyes and then open the cap to her sprite and take a sip, right in the face of Jackal. Taking a gulp of her drink she'd then shrug her shoulders. " Well, when you find someone who isn't a weakling, feel free to send them to me and I'll give them an ass kicking." Roxy said, as she would smirk at Jackal. She couldn't help it, she enjoyed teasing these stuck up wrestlers she'd been meeting since she came to AFW.

The tongue on this girl knew no bounds, Jackal continued to find it amusing to see someone who could talk so much that it made all the more interested in seeing if she could back it up in a fight. She reveal her bemusement with another chuckle in almost disbelief at the green haired woman in front of her. Even as Roxy continued to be rude blatantly in her face, Jackal didn't bat an eye at the action even as Roxy took a sip of her drink.

"There's no need to call anyone, I'm the one issuing the challenge." she said with a smirk, returning the confidence in a controlled manner towards the Conqueror. "But seeing how you're on your way out, it don't feel rushed. Take your time in getting ready, I'm not going anywhere."

This blond woman seemed the enjoy chuckling, she was starting to wonder if Hyena wasn't a more fitting nickname for her than Jackal. The green haired babe would continue to stand in front of Jackal Tojo and after a few more seconds of listening on to her, the buxom green haired babe would simply shrug her shoulders. 

She turned her head towards the side, cranking her neck at Jackal's words. The buxom green haired woman couldn't help but smirk. She would simply chuckle back at the woman at the challenge and the following words of hers. " Nah, I don't need to head anywhere. We can dance whenever you like. After all, you seem to think you're tough enough to keep me entertained." Roxy said as she would then scoff a bit. " I'll try to not get my hopes up though." Roxy said as she would then take another sip of her sprite and then close the lid, before tossing it to Jackal. " Mind tossing this for me, I've got to go clear up my travel plans." Roxy spoke out as she had just no respect for the world famous Jackal Tojo, to her she was like any other bitch she'd beaten up.
