Roxy Ashworthy Vs. Adrian Kytes - Submission Match

Squaring off with a boot to Adrian's chest did the trick as it sent the cosplayer down onto her back no doubt coughing out from Roxy's hellacious kick. The green haired fighter would start to gather herself as she would push herself up towards her feet, rubbing her knee join a bit as she would then try and reach down and grab a hold of Adrian by her brown hair.

Looking to prop Adrian up onto her knees before the Conqueror would try and swing her leg up, trying to nail the Hardcore Icon in the side of the head with a wicked kick, almost as if she was trying to take the cosplayer's head off of her shoulders. Of course, it wouldn't get Roxy of scott free, as she would feel the stin in her knee from kicking that head, but it would be worth it.

Adrian rolled backwards onto her chest, leaving her shaking her head to try and remember which way was up before pressing her palms to the canvas and pulling up to her knees with a little help from the sudden pain in her scalp from Roxy yanking her up by the hair, pulling her ponytail apart in the process.

Nothing good followed being yanked upright, even if it was while kneeling, so trying to forget the hair pull shock Adrian raised her arms in front of her. It was something to soften the immense blow, but given that the former cosplayer was kicked around the side of the head instead of directly forward, the protection it offered was minimal. Adrian's arm was knocked down to the side, followed by the rest of her as she slumped back down to the mat.

Dropping Adrian back down onto the mat with that kick to the side of the former Hardcore Icon's head, leaving the brunette stunned on her side, as the buxom green haired fighter dropped down onto one knee. She would growl out a little at the pain in her joints, but she'd keep going for now.

Moving down to grab Adrian's dominant right arm, she would try and lay herself down against that shoulder and start to wrap her arms around said arm, she'd then proceed to start wrenching, attempting to lock in a nasty fujiwara armbar!

Adrian was left face down groaning into the canvas after that last kick snapped her skull to one side looking as though she was going to be out for a long time if anyone was going to rouse a submission out of her. Roxy didn't have a bottle of water to spill on the fallen former cosplayer's face or smelling salts to put under her nose, but the Conqueror found a way to wake her up all the same.

Adrian bit her tongue to stop herself from screaming as Roxy straightened out her arm behind her, the brunette trying to twist her body towards her green haired foe to reduce some of the pressure, but this was still a big problem if the cosplayer wanted to move her arm again, let alone win!

Having stunned Adrian there was plenty of time for Roxy to act, but she chose to act quickly and put the woman in a painful fujiwara armbar, as she would try and wrench on that arm in the painful hold.

She could feel how Adrian started to struggle in the hold, but with the position that the green haired woman had that wouldn't be easy. Roxy would let out a low chuckle, before trying to straighten that arm up further, looking to really wrench the hold in and try to make Adrian either tap our, or potentially make that arm useless.

"...Kuso..." Adrian grunted into the canvas as her arm was tortured, picking up her head she saw that crawling to the ropes was not an option: Roxy was literally on top of her and she was in the centre of the ring, it would take too much effort and too much time to make it worth while. That meant she had to try and counter a hold that the green haired woman had already got on nice and tight. Not good.

Grunting and whining with pain and effort, Adrian did her best to roll onto her side and then to roll Roxy over top of her as she brought the extended arm down to the canvas with some assistance from her free arm and a kick of her hips. She may not have gotten 100% free and her arm hurt like absolute hell, but the conqueror no longer had the same pressure or the better position, she was just holding Adrian's aching arm.

Roxy had the hardcore icon trapped firmly in her fujiwara armbar and she had no intention of letting the brunette get free any time soon. Though it looked as if Adrian was going to find a way free, she managed to buck around and of course roll to the side and roll Roxy over her. It made the armbar kinda useless....but, Roxy was nothing if not quick to adapt when it came to ground combat.

Quickly altering her hold to fold Adrian's arm against her's as the green haired beauty would try and lock the former Hardcore champion's arm up into a painful kimura lock as she would press her weight down on Adrian's frame, front against front - somewhat. " Let's see how long it takes for this arm to snap." Roxy teased Adrian as she would try and make sure that the pressure and strain on the arm would feel as close to snapping as she could in the current hold.

Adrian was out of the frying ban but Roxy had every intention of throwing her back in the fire as she moved to twist her already hurting arm into another painful position, this time trying to do some muscle tearing rather than straight up arm-breaking. Fortunately for the brunette she was already on the move as Roxy tried to twist her arm into submitting to the conqueror. Reaching out with her good hand to grasp her own arm, she tried to put off the worst of the hold as she kicked her hips again trying to roll over back onto her front and pull her bad arm away while she was free to pull back and escape. "More time than you got..." she wheezed as she pulled herself free and away, the crowd applauding the display of technical skill to escape a dire situation.

Roxy locked up that arm but it looked as if Adrian wasn't too bad on the mat either, her mat skills were impressive for such a goofy little thing. As she managed to free herself and then roll out from underneath Roxy. The Conqueror would let out a mock version of an impressed whistle. As she rose up towards her feet, dusting herself off a little.

The Conqueror would wait for Adrian to look as if she was beginning to rise, before attempting to charge in and run at the brunette, aiming to come in and drive her knee straight into the face of the golden clad wrestler, trying to keep the former Hardcore Icon down and dazed.

Adrian cradled her arm as she pulled away. Roxy had all the time in the world to get that Fujiwara armbar on properly while she was out from the Conqueror's heavy kick, and she was feeling it bad. It could have been worse if the green haired woman had managed to slap on a kimura, maybe she wasn't expecting the former cosplayer to be as with it with her grappling skills so quickly after being woken up from a KO, but being merely an awful situation wasn't good enough for Adrian as she got back to a squat, not with Roxy charging back at her to try and send her back to dream land.

With a surprising vertical leap, Adrian went from crouching down to mid-air as Roxy charged in, coiling back her legs again before thrusting both boots towards the green haired woman's skull, see how she liked being kicked in the head for a change.
