Noriko Yamamoto vs Olympia Starr - Moving Mountains

With Olympia’s adamant refusal for aid from the sumo earlier as well as Safia, the offer for assistance was said more as a token gesture. When the blond brought all of them to a rather abrupt halt having something Noriko could so to help, it caught her a bit by surprise. As she said though, she kept to her word and nodded in acknowledgement waiting to hear what the blond had to say.

“You mean an onsen?” She asked almost ulin unison with Olympia clarifying the name. She bowed her head apologetically for having interrupted. She was a bit overzealous to be of some assistance. “Ah… I know of a few here in Toyko, though only through word of mouth. I am far more familiar with the ones in the Kyoto region…”

Noriko quieted down at Safia’s dismissive take on Olympia’s question, leaving her slightly confused. “Onsen are actually used for therapeutic means just as much as general relaxation.” She knew full well. After competitive meets it was something she would always partake in personally. Safia was right though. Actual rest would do Olympia good right now… she just the need to clarify they were just “hot springs”.

“Yes of course.” She bowed deeply again as Safia excused the two women. Noriko quietly watched them leave, returning a small wave. As Olympia left, what she said didn't seem to come across with any secret meaning. After all, they were friends now and the girl wished to see an onsen. It was best to go with a local as depending on the establishment the rules could be rather strict, especially for a foreigner She couldn't help but feel the blond may have been a bit too enthusiastic though. Maybe she was loopy at the moment? Who knew. With a smile she made her way out, she had some scouting to do to find the perfect onsen to visit.
