Idol vs. Amazon: Alaina Sanders vs. Sakura Hagiwara

Alaina was backstage, excited to get this match. Sakura was talented and not to be taken lightly however she felt that the rookie needed to be knocked down a peg or two. Alaina was in her tiger stripes one piece swimsuit with matching kneepads and boots. She was tense, she couldn't get to the ring fast enough.

When her music played she heard the cheers of the crowd as she made her way out. Alaina was all.smiles, high fiving fans as she already thought about how she would knock some respect into Sakura. Alaina struck a couple poses at the bottom of the ramp before climbing into the ring, waving to the crowd before standing in the middle of the ring. She crossed her arms and stared up at the top of.the ramp, waiting for Sakura to join her in the ring.

After their interview last week, Sakura Hagiwara was eager to prove to her opponent and the wrestling world that she was no flash in the pan, that she was not going to run on the success of her idol career and who she was associated with as a trainee with. Sakura was in her standard red and white one piece attire, with matching wrestling boots.

Her music played and she came from the gorilla position, making her way down the ring ramp she entered into the ring and climbed up the turnbuckle to pose for the crowd before dropping down and making her way to meet her opponent, right in the middle of the ring. She glared at her opponent, looking determined.

Alaina smiled at Sakura as she came into the ring. "I am going to make you eat your words in that interview. You are good but you are about to step in the ring with someone out of your league."

Alaina stood tall as the bell rang, wasting no time in stepping up to Sakura and trying to wrap her up in a grapple to start thing off!

Sakura was in no mood for smiles, she wanted to show a more serious and determined side to the Amazon as she glared back with a determined look as Alaina smiled at the Idol. "Don't get so cocky just because you have spent more time in the ring than I have. I am going to show you the result of my training" she would say.

As the bell rang, Sakura and Alaina went straight at it, the two grappled up in a grapple battle. Sakura seemed to struggle against the more muscled Alaina but tried her best to hold her own.

Alaina was making progress but not as quickly as she had hoped. "Ngh..... not bad..." Alaina said before shouting out loud, trying to ride her war cry as she did her best to burst forward against Sakura's strength and crush her against the turnbuckle!

If successful Alaina would step back landing two hard chops to Sakura's chest, spinning around and bringing a hard spinning backhand strike to Sakura's face to cap it off!

Sakura held her own for a bit in the grapple, even though Alaina was clearly the stronger female, Sakura wanted to show the Amazon that just because she was the underdog in this match, the idol would not back down. After a valiant effort, Sakura was eventually pushed back into the corner turnbuckle.

Sakura's back hit the turnbuckle as Alaina pressed into her and sending a couple of stinging chops to Sakura's chest before striking her with a spinning backhand strike which made the young idol scream in pain as she fell on her knees in front of the amazon.

Alaina saw Sakura crumple and fall to her hands and knees. She reached down to grab Sakura by the arm and position herself to try to Irish whip Sakura across the ring into the ropes as hard as she could! Alaina would give chase, hoping that Sakura would bounce off the ropes and run back at her, right into a running clothesline! Alaina hoped Sakura didn't have the presence of mind to counter or dodge this, banking on her chest hurting from that chop she just hit her with. However, there was the possibility that Alaina's plan would end up back firing on her...

As Sakura went down on her hands and knees after being struck by a strong backhand, the idol gritted her teeth in pain and anger as she tried to get back up on her feet but was aided by the Amazon who grabbed onto Sakura's arm and pulled her up before whipping her towards the ring ropes. Sakura bounced off the ring ropes and came running back to the Amazon who was ready to follow up.

However, the anger in Sakura was building up, she managed to duck down under Alaina's arm to avoid the clothesline and ran towards the oppostie ring ropes, the Idol bounced off those to increase her speed and momentum as she leaped up high and attempted a dropkick aimed at the Amazon's face as she would approach her again.

Alaina took a swing and missed! She bounced off the ropes and ran right back at Sakura. The combined speed of the women left Alaina without enough reaction time as Sakura devastated her with a running missile dropkick to the face! Alaina's head snapped back as she fell hard to the mat. The amazon was left in a daze by the singer, looking up blankly at the lights as she weakly kicked the mat in pain as her face throbbed.

Sakura's gamble worked, she managed to barely duck underneath Alaina's arm as she ran to the opposite ring ropes and came back to the  Amazon, raising high enough to open her legs and smack her feet against the Face of the former Entropy champion.

Alaina fell down on the ring mat as Sakura smiled in delight, "YES!" she yelled, fist-bumping the air. Sakura would get up on her knees, looking to grab Alaina by the arm to pull her up with her as she looked to send a flurry to chops aimed at the Amazon to push her back into the corner turnbuckle.
