Rekindled Rivalry

Yukina Aogami, ring name Yuki Onna, had been coming to the AFW gym frequently to improve herself, training herself regularly in order to be a better wrestler. She had gained traction lately, after reinventing herself by using new moveset, and she had become quite a big deal after defeating two big names of AFW, Ami Takeuchi and Alaina Sanders. While the latter was mostly an upset victory, her win had become a frequently-talked topic among wrestling fans on the internet.

Wearing a baby blue sports bra and shorts, Yukina had just finished doing her rounds of training. Taking out her towel from her bag, she went to sit on a bench so that she could take her time to rest. She also took out a bottle of drinking water and drank it. As she sat there, she thought about her future as a wrestler in AFW, not realizing that there might be someone who might recognize her.

Kasumi Hertz had just recently signed up with AFW, for the friction stable. She had been rather prominent over the past few years in the Indie scene here in Japan and finally she had been recognized by the big leagues. It had made her incredibly excited. She had heard a bunch about this place and a bunch about the wrestlers, she frequently watched the show and looked on at the amazing matches that were being put on.

In truth, it was rather daunting to join this place. To join Friction and battle it out with wrestlers of a caliber that could perhaps be way above her head. Though there was one woman that Kasumi already knew, from a few years ago when they were very much younger, the two of them had participated in a few martial arts tournaments, where they had clashed a few times. Generally with the other woman coming out on top, but Kasumi had a win or two over her as well!

Yukina Aogami! The biggest rival in Kasumi's life, the woman that Kasumi had decided she wanted to beat. Seeing that very woman have a rough start in Friction had put a pit in Kasumi's stomach before she even heard anything from the talent scouts, yet....seeing her old rival overcome the odds and her own misfortune in the company to defeat two prominent wrestlers in the company in Ami Takeuchi and Alaina Sanders, that was enough to bring a sliver of hope to Nebel Schwarz!

Kasumi was dressed in a pair of tight fitting black lycra shorts, an a matching black sports bra. It hugged her generous frame as her long blond hair was tied up into a beautiful pony tail, she had a towel draped over her right shoulder, a bag draped over her left shoulder and a bottle of water in her right hand that she brought up to drink out of while she walked through the gym. She was planning to get in a monster of a work out before her upcoming match here in AFW!

Though as she walked down the gym, she found the sight of the beautiful blue haired woman! Yuki-Onna herself. Kasumi smiled, her heart fluttered and a slight blush appeared on her face! She hadn't expected to find her number one rival here, so soon! She quickly turned around and would place her hand against her chest, taking a few deep breaths as she tried to gather herself mentally and physically.

Turning around and then starting to walk up towards the seated Yukina Aogami, Nebel would pocket her water bottle into her bag and place her now drape her towel over her neck, placing her free hand on her hip as she stepped right up in front of Yukina, a smirk on her face. "Well Well Well, we meet again." Kasumi said, putting on a cocky and brave front as she looked down on her old rival.

After drinking her water, Yukina put the bottle back into her bag before she used her towel to wipe her sweaty face. She had been working hard these last few weeks, and she would make sure to keep this up. But, her personal trainer and a few friends had told her to not overdo it, or else she might end up breaking her body. Knowing that her body wasn't made for such heavy training regiment, she made sure to keep herself from overdoing the training.

Things had started to look better for Yukina in AFW. She had suffered two particularly humiliating defeats, one in the hands of Gwendolyn DuPont Bettencourt, and the other by one named Manami Kuroda. Still, instead of quitting, Yukina persevered and worked hard, improving herself by training hard. And the encouragements from her family and friends also helped her to move forward. Now, she could see the fruits of her labor, and she would make sure to keep moving on, not stopping no matter the obstacles waiting ahead of her.

Then, a voice directed to her broke Yukina out of her musing, and she blinked her eyes before she looked at the source of the voice. She was unsure whether it was even directed to her or not. When she turned her head, looking at the direction of the source of the voice, she saw a beautiful blonde clad in a tight-fitting workout attire, and she blinked when she tried to make sense of what she just heard from her.

Somehow, despite the implication that the blonde cutie might know her, Yukina had no idea who she was. The cerulean-haired heiress spent a few seconds to study her face, tilting her head and blinking in confusion when nothing came up. "Umm... a-are you talking to me?" Yukina asked. "Who are you?" She added before she realized that question might sound rude, so she tried to add some more. "I-I mean... do I know you?" She had a feeling that the question didn't help her situation even a bit. Still, her eyes were still focused on her, trying to recall whether she really recognize her or not.

Kasumi smirked as she looked on at Yukina, eye's fixed upon the beautiful woman's face as she looked down on her, she narrowed those eyes as she was just awaiting the much deserved welcome she expected to receive! She was expecting for Yukina to jump up and get in her face, just so that Nebel could begin and talk smack to the Yuki-Onna and they could spin off into the imagined great rivalry that they've had since years past!

"W-wha?..." Kasumi let out in utter confusion and surprise when Yukina let out those words to her, the eyes of Kasumi became glazed over for a moment....dreams shattered, heart broken. She turned disheveled for the very reason that her eternal rival hadn't recognized her! Wait! There was no way! She was clearly playing her!

Shaking her head, Nebel would straighten herself up and step in a step closer to Yukina! "Haha! Very funny Yuki-Onna! You forgetting about me? That's the biggest joke that I've ever heard. HAhahahaha!" Kasumi started to laugh out loudly.

Yukina sincerely couldn't recognize the beautiful foreign girl no matter how hard she tried to recall. When her expression changed, Yukina gave her a worried look, thinking that she might have offended her with her words earlier. Still, when the foreign girl took a step closer and started talking about her joking and started laughing, the azure-haired heiress could only give her a blank, confused stare.

"Anoo... I apologize if I offended you somehow, but I honestly don't know you..." Yukina said, bowing her head. She had a rather traditional upbringing, so it's only natural for her to speak politely like that. "Umm... or rather, I might have forgotten about you, and I apologize if that's the case..." she added. If this foreign girl was someone whom she knew from her past, she might as well try to remember who she was. "Have we met before? I really want to know..." she said earnestly, studying the beautiful face of the girl. She could barely recall meeting someone like her before, but the details were pretty hazy it was hard for her to remember them.

Kasumi continue to laugh haughtily as she was sure that this was just a ruse of Yukina Aogami to throw her off of her game! That wasn't going to work, she was here to become the best like no one ever was and with it defeat her old rival as well!

To her surprise though she got another punch right into her heart, her hopes and dreams taking a gut punch that knocked the win out of them. If she had been a ship at sea then she would be stuck there cause there was no wind in her sails. Kasumi slumped forward, arms hanging down as she would look down at the ground. "Uuuuuhhh.....forgotten huh....."

The Japanese-German girl said as she would look once again rather disheveled, she would slowly pull herself up to a normal stand and pout a bit as she looked on at the azure haired beauty. All of a sudden, Kasumi would try and reach forward, looking to grab a handful of Yukina's sports bra top and try to yank the woman up to her feet and up close to her. "Forgotten about me huh? I'll make you remember!" Kasumie let out as she would then shove Yukina back and gesture towards the sparring ring, dropping her bag down onto the mat, the beautiful blond would start to walk towards the ring, looking over her shoulder to make sure that Yukina understood what she meant, as she would climb up into the ring and get to the center, where she would start to do some light stretched to limber herself up.

Yukina was worried that she might have offended the beautiful foreign girl, but then, the girl suddenly yanked her by her sports bra, causing her to yelp when she was then pulled up, bringing her up on her feet and close to the girl. "Ehh?? Eeeh?" Yukina blinked in confusion, unable to understand what was going on at the moment. And when she was then shoved back, she looked at the girl gestured towards the ring before heading over there.

Well, it seemed that the girl was challenging her for a spar. Thinking that this might help her to jog her memory, she followed after the girl, fixing her sports bra along the way. She looked the girl going to the middle of the ring, stretching up. Slipping under the ropes, Yukina also entered the ring, doing a little stretching up a little.

"So, um... what kind of fight would you like to have?" Yukina asked. "Also, umm... what's your name?" She asked again.

Kasumi would shake her head and start to move towards the ring, it wasn't long enough until she had gotten to the middle of the squared circle and was waiting for Yukina who seemed busy fixing her sports bra right now. Rolling her shoulders, Nebel's stomach felt as if it had a swarm of butterflies in it, flapping those big wings of theirs around and causing up a storm.

She was excited, nervous and frankly a bit worried. If she couldn't measure up to Yuki-onna, then did she have a place here? No, she could and she would! This time she would defeat her old rival! No matter what!

When she watched Yukina get into the ring and start to stretch, Kasumi would roll her eyes at the words of the beautiful blue haired woman. putting on a little act.

"Tell you what, if you win I'll tell you." Kasumi said with a smirk on her face, she would then start to drop down into her wrestling stance and begin to circle Yukina. " How about...first to tap loses?" The Japanese-German girl spoke out to her rival.

Yukina didn't know why she got into this kind of situation in the first place. Well, might as well go with the flow. Moreover, this also sparked a little bit of competitiveness in her, feeling more fired up now that she was in the ring with the beautiful foreign cutie.

Still, she was a little worried that the condition to win here was to make the opponent tap. After all, while she might consider herself a good martial-artist, she's not too good with submission holds. Still, that wouldn't stop her from agreeing as she would take a stance, dropping into position as she would face the girl before her.

"Here I come!!" Yukina shouted as she would rush over to the blonde, going to lock up with her to have a contest of strength so that she could ascertain her strength in order to decide her next course of actions.

Kasumi narrowed her eyes a bit as she saw the blue haired woman drop into her wrestling stance and begin to move towards the Yuki-Onna, the blond would push forward as Yukina shouted out. The two of them rushing at each other and crashing body to body against one another.

The blond groaned out as her arms wrapped around Yukina's neck and her shoulder. Pushing her frame against Yukina as the two of them were locked in a collar and elbow tie up, getting to go strength to strength against the woman.

" Nnh....Not bad Yuki-Onna!" Kasumi managed to get out, as she would quickly try and twist them around and snap her arms around that head, looking to push that face right up against the side of her breast, as she aimed to catch Yukina in a side-headlock! " But not good enough!"
