Ariel de Ruyter vs the debuting Asuna Fujino

Ariel was trying to avoid whatever Asuna had in mind as she lashed out with a kick , and luckily for the Dutch teen she would land that kick on her opponent's lower body. Soon after her ankle got released by the other wrestler as she tried to make the most of the situation as she went for another kick.Sadly it seems that the Japanese teen had expected that as she would leap out of reach , and assume a defensive stance as the redhead would have to climb back to her feet.

After she made it to her feet she would then whisper ''Seems your pretty quick on your feet''while bringing her arms in front of her as she circles around Asuna while looking for an opening.

"Don't want to take too many hits, especially on my first match. " Asuna replied. She circled around, keeping an eye on Ariel, however the Dutch didn't seem to be attacking either, leading Asuna to belive she had her a little scared with her good opening.

With that in mind, Asuna decided to go for an attack. She stepped up to Ariel and tried to grab the one of the girl's wrist to Irish whip her into the ropes. If her plan succeeded and Ariel bounced back towards her from the ropes, Asuna would meet her with a lariat, hoping to bring her down to the mat once more.

Ariel was surprised by the honest answer she got as neither wrestler seemed to want to make the first move.Then at the moment she did not expect it the Dutch teen would feel the Japanese teen grab her by the wrist , and send her towards the ropes with an Irish whip.After rebounding from the ropes she would walk right into an lariat as she got knocked down once again as the crowd got behind the newcomer.

''Damn I need to get some offense in''thought Ariel as she was looking up at the lights for the second time in the match as she tried to make it to her feet.

Asuna hooked her arm around Ariel's neck and brought her down to the ground, however she miscalculated her momentum, leading her to stagger a few steps forward, losing the chance to follow up on the move. She would quickly spin around to Ariel but the girl was already standing up, not leaving an opening for Asuna to act on. "Seems like I gave her a chance to do so..." Asuna thought to herself as she got ready to defend.

Ariel had just made it back to her feet after she got knocked down with a lariat as she wondered why her opponent was not attacking her at the moment.Still the redhead did not think about it to long as she would get into a defensive stance , and slowly start to circle around her opponent. When the Japanese teen was in reach the former swimmer would crouch down and attempt to knock Asuna down with a legsweep.

Asuna would slowly move towards Ariel, once more being careful before launching her attack, however just as she was about to do so, she could feel her legs getting swept out from under her by Ariel, and soon Asuna came crashing down to the ground, laying on her back, right in front of Ariel. The fall wasn't comofortable, but of course it wasn't enough to take Asuna out of the fight completely, as she awaited Ariel's followup, ready to put up a defence.

Ariel had bin able to strike first as she crouched down and caused the Japanese teen to fall to the canvas with a legsweep. Trying to stand up after crouching down for the legsweep the Dutch teen would get her elbow into position.After that she would descent towards her opponent as her elbow was position so it would drive itself into Asuna's stomach as she went for a standing elbow drop.

Asuna grunted as Ariel's elbow dug into her stomach, without leaving her any room for defense. Once the move was over she clutched her stomach with one arm, as she tried to put her other one around her opponent's neck, hoping to stop her from getting up for another strike, and keep the fight on the ground.

Ariel would hear her opponent grunt as she drives her elbow into Asuna's stomach as she was about to get up when she feels an arm wrap itself around her neck. ''What the hell''thought the Dutch teen as she had expected to easily make it to her feet , but now was struggling to remove the arm that was around her neck as she attempted to pry it off her.

Asuna fought to keep Ariel down on the ground but before she could reinforce her hold, Ariel managed to remove her arm from her neck, and was ready to get up. As a last resort, to try and break Ariel's momentum Asuna aimed a punch at the girl's stomach, however, having to act quickly she was unable to put too much force in her attack. She didn't want to let Ariel take control in the match, especially after getting a great start.
