I never said I disagreed with him. I said flat out that other promotions get it right more often than WWE does.

My point was that, when WWE does get it right, they do it better than anybody else does.

Last years RR PPV was pretty damn good, this show might have actually topped it. Great show. I'd argue it was even better than Takeover last night.

So WWE does this big historic thing with Womens Royal Rumble...then takes all the spot light off of their own women in order to give it all to Ronda Rousey, who then hogs all the spotlight to herself, pretends she looks cool, comes out to shitty music and rips off Roddy Piper.

Not a fan of that ending.

I know people don't like Rousey (I don't either and hate that she ruined the ending), but as far as the Roddy Piper thing goes...

Piper was a fan of Rousey, and in fact gave her his permission and blessing to use the Rowdy nickname.

I can't hate on her for wearing the Piper-styled gear, he probably would have gotten a kick out of seeing it.

Fake edit: AND I just found out that the jacket she wore was actually one of Piper's jackets. That's pretty cool, I gotta admit.

I am ok with Shinsuke as RR winner although I would have prefered if it would have been someone I actually like.
Not surprised but still disappointed by the setup of Brock vs Reigns by having a match of Bork Lazer vs BRAUN vs the man formerly known as Kane.
