Black Cena, uhm, Darren Young on the other hand may have a problem. He is reasonably good in the ring, but being openly gay in any sport but especially in a sport full of guys rolling around chainwrestling will not be easy for him.

And Summer Rae, aside of her rather big nose (internet nerd 2/10, would not date issue^^) is also a very good looking girl and could look for modelling jobs too.

Maybe Anderson and Gallows are on their way out too. About time for the both of them.

As a Kane fan, I should be happy that he does a run again and to be honest I am happy, but it pretty much devalues his much younger and faster opponents. Maybe I even have the privilege to see him when I go to the WWE tour in some weeks now as Roman Reigns likely won´t compete.

The rumors about Gallows and Anderson being gone have already been busted.

Summer probably won't find a job elsewhere in the wrestling business, but that's okay. I think she's probably done with wrestling anyway.

Pro wrestling in 2017: Will accept Joey Ryan having an entire gimmick based off having people grab his dick with open arms, but an actual openly gay wrestler is still considered icky. Chris Kanyon would be so proud.

Why would Gallows and Anderson even want to leave? They get to make the same, if not better, money than they did in New Japan, only now they get to stay closer to home and their families, something both have stated to be something important to them. Not every wrestler is such a Japan-ophile that they feel they have to stay and live in Japan like Kenny Omega does.

Taking it and trying to rate it seriously is pointless, as it was never intended to be anything more than what it was, a fun little way to acknowledge Halloween and throw out something funny.

...I guarantee you that being able to make good money AND be closer to home outweighs how many tag belts they could possibly win in New Japan or Ring of Honor.

While you'll have certain exceptions like Neville (And don't even get me started on the whole "WWE never used him correctly" bullshit arguments with him), most wrestlers these days aren't worried about how their "used" so much as being able to enjoy themselves and make money. Ascension, for instance, have gone on record that they are having fun and making money. It's the indy marks that freak out about "use", because they feel if their precious Indy-fu isn't being made world champ, then its a travesty.

The rumor was going around because Anderson and Gallows removed all references to the WWE from their social media. A weird thing to do, but eh.

I am sure that only a minority of people who are asked if they like their jobs would say no. You would be automatically on the list of your boss. Maybe they are really ok with it and the argument of family and being close to home is a good one, then it is also ok for me.

It's rare that a wrestler doesn't get outspoken about their unhappyness in the company. Dolph Ziggler's been wasting his time tweeting about it for years.

man...sometimes, I really wish I could embrace and enjoy pro wrestling back when I was a kid. Growing up through the Ruthless Aggression era was just a special time.
