Aisha Love "The Pink Bomber" vs Katherine Hart "The Super Kitty": Best 2 out of 3 falls - No Disqualification!

Today, Katherine found herself booked in yet another grueling contest. She had worked up a decent reputation even before coming AFW. One such that she'd be booked in mid to high profile matches consistently during each of the shows she attended. And tonight was no different. She had the honor of facing off against the up and coming Aisha Love in a match with quite the set of stipulations! A No DQ, best two out of three falls match! The Super Kitty prepped the way she usually did, hanging out backstage stretching before readying herself to come bursting through the curtain full of life and energy, with an attitude that communicated she was excited and ready to take on anyone and anything! And she did just that.

Katherine Hart:

The purple clad wrestler with the feline theme was received quite well. Earning a sizable pop from the crowd just for her entrance theme and appearance alone. She hopped towards the ramp with enthusiasm towards the beat of her catchy theme song before casually walking towards the ring and giving out high fives and the occasional hug to a child in the audience. Soon, she would hop onto the ring apron before slingshotting herself over the top rope and taking her place in the ring. Truth be told, until she had read Aisha's name on the card, Katherine hadn't heard of her opponent before tonight. But the energy in the arena and clamor from the audience suggested that many of the fans sure did. Katherine would look towards the entrance ramp with an expectant smile in anticipation. She was eager to throw down with The Pink Bomber!

It had been a rather busy time for Aisha in the AFW Friction ring. While tough, she had managed to persevere through it all and fight her way through to respect with the fans and a decent position in the company. While still low on the card she felt she was at a good place right now, rising through the ranks and getting things done, just how she liked it. It was why this had come as a surprise that she would face someone she had thought to be higher than her, accepting it as possibly a chance to improve her worth against an opponent that hadn't heard of until now.

Katherine wouldn't be an easy opponent and like her, had risen through the ranks to reach where she was now, beating opponent after opponent. However they were rather opposite in style, her a more aerial and light combatant and Katt the brawler and strength sort of wrestler from what she could gather.

Hearing her music come on, guitars blaring, she got on stage, crowd cheering her on as she came out. She posed for her audience, shaking it up a little as she spun around towards the ring, clapping hands as she went towards the ring. Once to the ring she ran up the turnbuckle to pose up for the fans again and then in a show off her athletics, flipping off it back to the mat. She sized Katherine up, walking up to her and immediately noticing a difference if size, being an inch or two shorter. She smiled however and kept it cordial.

Katherine didn't know what to make of her opponent at first. The audience seemed receptive enough to her. And Aisha carried herself with confidence. The Super Kitty felt that this girl had an air about her, one of a tried and true wrestler in the making. As the guitars continued to blare and Aisha effortlessly made her way up the turnbuckle before flipping into the ring, Kat whistle to show she was impressed. As Aisha sized her up, Katherine approached the Pink Bomber. She offered the women a handshake and a few words, and a confident smile before their contest began.

"You sure seem like a tough, cookie! I'm Kat and it's awesome to meetchya!"

Although the difference in size was immediately apparent to everyone in the arena, many in the audience were convinced that, after Aisha's aerial display, she'd more than hold her own. Tensions rose and the AFW officials scurried to finish preparations and announce the match so that things could get underway. The purple and pink wrestlers met face to face for what was sure to be an exciting, engaging, and very physical match, tonight!

Aisha smiled, grasping her hand in in a friendly shake, "I've watched some of your matches, I'm pretty excited," she ends the shake backing up and beginning to get into a common wrestling stance, "Aisha by the way, like the mask, do something myself like that too."

She was ready for the match as the bell rung, trying to get her into a simple test of strength. Once in it, she'd counter her, going for a surprise hurricarana on Kat. Yes it was a little bit underhanded, but she had to pull out the stops to beat her opponent, clearly not able to beat her alone on strength alone and would have to make sure Kat was never able to get a hit in.
