Isafold Hjalmarsdottir vs. Kaede Komatsuzaki - Cold As Ice

Okay, so, on the surface, things might have looked bad for Kaede. She could concede that.

She’d started off strong, but that surge was starting to grind to a halt. Isa was turning out to be a little trickier than she’d initially expected, getting the better of her with this simple hold. It wasn’t a big problem, not for someone with Kaede myriad of talents, but it wasn’t the way she wanted things to go in these earlier stages. Heck, even the crowd seemed confused - if she didn’t know any better, she could’ve sworn some of them were actually cheering for the blonde bimbo giving her problems, instead of propping up their hometown heroine.

Well, it wouldn’t last for long. Kaede thought she could get freedom after her arms were released, but it just meant Isa was trading up for another - more dangerous - hold, pulling her back in for a sleeper. Kaede’s opponent wasn’t the beefiest blonde of the roster, but you didn’t really need all that much force to make a sleeper dangerous.

Breathing was difficult, fatigue was setting in, and Kaede didn’t like the way Isa was whispering in her ear. So this situation needed some changing.

With her arms now free, Kaede reached up and started pulling on Isa’s forearms, trying to make some separation. So she could breathe, sure, but also so she could jerk her head forward, then yank it back, attempting to hit Isa in her nose with the back of her skull.

Hometown heroine? Well, had Isa known those thoughts, she would have most probably laughed out loud. Unless the concept of a hero in Japan differed considerably from the way Isa had used to it being, Kaede was something totally opposite from a hero. More like a hometown punk from the dark alleys and backstreets of shady neighbourhoods.

If someone was the heroine, that was Isa. Well, officially, she was the angel. But angels were kind of heroes, right? At least this blonde angel was enjoying teaching a lesson.

With Kaede struggling on the sleeper hold, Isa wasn't really worried about the punk's hands pulling some separation. She could breathe for a second, before the heroine would deprive her from air again.

The heroine thought stuck in Isa's head for a moment. It could actually be really fun to be portraited as such. She could dress up for matches as the Supergirl, teaching bad girls some lessons. Or maybe Wonderwoman, who seemed to be really strong...

"ACHH!" Isa cried out in surprise and pain, as the back of Kaede's skull suddenly hitting her nose broke her thoughts. The hit came seemingly out of nowhere, and was much harder than the blonde could have thought. Instantly she gave up the sleeper hold, backing off holding her face. Kaede had managed to free herself now, and Isa had to allow some space between them, reverting to a defencing stance.

Ha! It worked!

Isa thought she’d gotten Kaede trapped, that she had this thing won, but she should’ve known better. She wasn’t dealing with some two-bit, no-name wrestler - Kaede was a bonafide badass, and there wasn’t a situation the pink punkette couldn’t fight her way out of. Now she had the initiative and she could...could…

Ah, crap, she didn’t know what to do.

Kaede did not have what the nerds called a ‘varied moveset’. She could punch, she could kick, she could knee, but she hadn’t learned too much beyond that. Still, she had a wide-open opponent to work with. Couldn't’ be that hard.

She decided to try a pretty basic wrestling move, albeit one she’d never used before. Reaching out, she tried to grab Isa by the head and pull her over the shoulder for a snapmare, looking to dump her flat on her butt. That was the idea, anyway...what actually happened was a little bit sloppier, as she wound up falling with Isa’s weight halfway through the move and tumbled to the mat beside her. Not the most graceful moment of her career.

Kaede seemed to be all about striking. Isa had already gotten a taste of her fists and head, and it seemed certain kicks would be included in the core of Kaede's repertoire of moves. Actually, as Isa was backing away, a kick would have been something the blonde was expecting next.

All that meant that Isa needed to get this punk grounded.

However, Kaede's next attempt was somewhat surprising. Although it was more of a traditional wrestling move that Isa had gotten used to, at this point she wasn't expecting that kind from Kaede. The teenager really didn't seem to be built for using a lot of throws, and her style seemed to be much more unsophisticated.

Isa soon found her head pulled in to Kaede's hold, and it seemed that the blonde would be promptly sent down by the Snapmare.

And so she was. But not quite the way as everyone was expecting. It seemed that Isa's doubts about Kaede's throwing capabilities turned out to be true as her pink-headed opponent tumbled to the ground right next to the blonde.

However, the surprise element of the Snapmare still meant that Isa was dealt some damage. Holding her lower back Isa rolled around laying on the mat, and Kaede could be at least somewhat proud of her achievement.

Now that the blonde was grounded, it seemed even more likely that Kaede would be tempted to kick her. Deciding to stay laying on her belly, Isa wanted to act even more exhausted by the slam than she actually was. Her plan was hoping to tempt Kaede to come attempting kicks. Isa would then suddenly try to grab the teen's ankles and pull, hoping to send her seriously off balance.

As Kaede tried - and failed, kind of - to execute the snapmare, she couldn’t help but think how easy it always looked on TV. She could picture it all so clearly in her head. She’d just grab Isa, pulled her over, and plop her right down on that cute little butt of hers.

Reality, however, disagreed with all of that, and the result ended up with her collapsing next to her opponent, with the two of them making a great mess of the whole thing. Isa was the one who came away hurting the most, so there was that, but Kaede could’ve slapped herself for mucking it up. And, if she hadn’t been painfully aware of it, the audience was there to remind her.

”YOU FUCKED UP! YOU FUCKED UP! YOU FUCKED UP!”

”No, I didn’t!” Kaede quickly rose to defend herself, shaking her fist to the crowd. Okay, the move hadn’t gone without a hitch, but Isa was down and she wasn’t. Looked like success to her eyes.

Still, it might have been best if she didn’t try anything too fancy from that part on. Best be safe, and what could be safer than literally kicking someone while they were down?

Kaede took a step back, then lunged forward with her foot swinging, attempting to hit Isa right in the side. Which she did. Sort of. The main problem was that she didn't get her leg back afterward, leaving her flailing about as Isa stubbornly held tight.

”Hey!” She awkwardly squawked, as she teetered, then tottered, then teetered again. ”Let the fuck go!”

Well well well... Sounded like Isa wasn't the only one to despise Kaede's brash behavior. Based on what she was hearing, the audience seemed to be overwhelmingly enjoying the punk's inability to deliver properly what she had attempted. And Isa had to admit, that getting such a support from the audience felt good, and it raised a small smile on her face.

That smile having to remain hidden though, as Isa was trying to appear feeling worse than she was. If anything, the crowds' reaction only played for her benefit. Kaede would certainly get even more pissed off by their mocking, adding to the trouble caused by her seemingly short temper. Isa was becoming all the more sure her plan would work.

And so the turns of events played out just as Isa had predicted. The punk's instinctive reaction was to come kicking the blonde when she was down. And for that Isa didn't even need a crystal ball.

Kaede could have used one though. While Isa had to admit taking the kick wasn't fun, she was prepared. The blonde managed to get a perfect hold of Kaede's leg, and she wasn't about to let go of that. No matter how insistingly the punk was demanding for it.

Instead, Isa tucked the leg tightly in her armpit. Her other arm could then grab a hold of Kaede's remaining leg, and soon enough she would be sending Kaede swiftly down on her back. From there Isa could try to lock both of Kaede's legs in her armpits, while moving her own legs around the teen's waist for a good old scissoring squeeze.

Kaede was trying not to think of the crowd too much, ignoring their taunts over her kinda/sorta/not really failed move. It was just some good natured ribbing, no harm, no foul. She wasn't going to let it distract her, particularity when she had far more pressing things to focus on. Like Isa grabbing her legs, for instance

With just one foot, Kaede might have managed to keep a stable base for a little while, but once she grabbed the other one, things fell apart. She tumbled to the floor and joined Isa in a tangle of limbs, though it could've been worse, she supposed. She wasn't caught in any sort of move, and it would be easy enough to get back up and return to dealing damage. Little Miss Perkybreasts was just delaying the inevitable.

And she was wrapping her legs around Kaede’s waist, for some reason.

And locking her ankles.

And…

Kaede let out a long, loud howl of anguish as Isa attempted to bring her legs together, seemingly heedless of the human body between them. It was all she could do to stay there and squirm, frantically pushing at the blonde’s legs as they transformed into fleshy iron, sputtered curses flying from her lips while she flailed.

Kaede didn't seem to have a clue of Isa's plans. Or then she was just plain stupid. And with the blonde's experience of the punk so far, Isa really couldn't tell which one was true. Probably both.

Well, it all made it just so much easier for Isa. The moment Kaede fell splendidly to the ground, she was doomed to get a taste of Isa's leg power. Without even really encountering any resistance, Isa was able to lock up her scissor hold tightly around Kaede's waist. Maybe that would make the punk shut up.

The effect turned out to be really the total opposite of that. While hearing the punk howling in agony was definitely a welcome sound, the barrage of curse words following that was making Isa shake her head.

"Fáviti..." muttering to herself, it looked like Isa just had to stand Kaede's brash mouth for now. If anything, she just wanted to increase the pressure of her scissor hold in retaliation for it.

Still, Isa thought she could get the position even more comfortable for herself. Kaede's hands were a slight nuisance on her thighs, and soon the punk could begin striking harder. Consequently, the blonde decided to try rolling the two around, all while keeping her holds on the Japanese. If she got where she wanted, Kaede would end up on her belly against the mat with her legs folded from the knees beneath Isa's chest, with the punk's waist still suffering from the scissor hold of the blonde keeping her down.

”Fuck! Fuckshitfuckgoddamnitfuck!”

Kaede was never one to temper her words during even the best of times, but something about being nearly squeezed in half from the waist was bringing out the worst in her, believe or not. She’d noticed Isa was fairly gifted with the glutes the moment she came out. It was kind of hard to miss with her outfit. But she didn’t think it would be that big of a problem. Maybe a good thing. After all, how fast could someone with legs like that move?

Well, as she was finding out, it wouldn’t matter when both of them were on the floor. Here, Isa had a big advantage, and while Kaede was far from the most strategic wrestler, she damn well knew her best chance was getting back to her feet. Preferably while her ribs were still intact.

How could she do that, though? That was the question.

Isa maneuvered around and put Kaede on her belly which made things twice as difficult right away. Now she wasn’t just trapped, but getting to the ropes would be a pain in the ass, if not impossible. It was all she could do to suffer and squirm and hope that Isa might just get tired of the hold and move on to something else. That was looking increasingly unlikely, though.

There seemed to be no way to shut Kaede's mouth. So probably the best bet for Isa now was to punish the punk as efficiently as she could. The sooner she would manage to leave the ring, the sooner she didn't have to listen to Kaede anymore.

And based on what she was hearing, it could have very well been that Kaede didn't even want to stay in the ring that much longer herself. Maybe the brash punk was realising her striking game would not be enough against the blonde's leg power.

At least for now, Kaede didn't seem to be capable of doing anything. While it was definitely a good situation for Isa, it was still somewhat boring. But with leg power being her premiere asset, that's what she needed to work with.

Taking support from Kaede's shins beneath her, Isa decided to move her scissor hold just a bit. The blonde moved her thighs slightly upward on the teen's sides, reaching her armpits, so that the pressure was now squeezing around Kaede's chest. The blonde wanted to keep the squeeze there for a moment, and let Kaede get terrified of what would happen if she decided to move the scissor hold even further in the same direction. Surely the punk would have been afraid of the thought of getting Isa's thighs around her neck...
