Great Kali vs. The Black Fang - Wrath of the Goddess [FWC]

Things had been going so well, too.

Relatively speaking, at least. Yes, the match had been rough and intense and even creepy in spots, but with the Ankle Lock secured, the Black Fang thought victory was within her reach. She knew from personal experience how agonizing the hold could be, and her mentor had always advised her to tap out to it rather quickly, knowing a single loss was easier to recover from than a broken ankle.

Great Kali, however, didn’t seem to get that lesson. She was holding on, and she was holding on stubbornly.

”No...no!” The Black Fang struggled as her opponent crawled forward, trying her best to anchor the woman, but stopping her forward movement proved to be a fleeting hope - she got there, finally, and it was all for nothing. She let go of the hold the second the rope break was called, since heroes didn’t strech counts, but that didn’t erase the fact that she really wanted to milk it. She’d been so close…

”Come on, come on…” With a low growl, she reached over and grabbed Great Kali’s head, standing up and dragging her strange, stubborn foe up with her. One way or the other, she was going to end this.

"Nngh..." Despite finally being let go from the hold, Great Kali did not escape the hold unharmed. It hurt like hell around her ankle, and despite her best attempt to get up, her strength seemed to have left her almost entirely, leaving her unable to get up on her feet. And due to this, the Black Fang went in to grab her by her head, going to drag her along.

Not wanting to lose against her opponent, Great Kali would bring her hands to the Black Fang's hands that were holding her head, and with defiant growl, she attempted to pry those hands off of her head. While there was no way she could get up at the moment, she would display her defiance to her, and there should be nothing the masked heroine could do about it.

To make it harder for her opponent, Great Kali would attempt to claw at the Black Fang's hands while trying to pry those hands off.

Stubborn.

That was the word that kept repeating through the Black Fang’s head as she attempted to pick Great Kali off the floor. Not only had she withstood the Ankle Lock and more besides that, but it seemed like there was no end to the woman’s stamina. Every time the Black Fang put her down, she kept fighting her way back up. It would be admirable, if the woman wasn’t such a colossal bitch.

Even something as simple as lifting her back up became a task, as the Black Fang felt claws digging deep in her skin when she tried it. She cried out at the pain and immediately let go, thankful that her gloves would keep it from breaking skin. A moment of relief, before the anger set back in. It was time to retaliate.

The Black Fang spun around fast and lashed out with arm, giving Great Kali a wild chop on the chest. If she was going to make it such a tempting target, she’d have to deal with the consequences.

When the Black Fang released her, Great Kali was a little relieved. She would try to take this chance to recover her lost strength so that she could fight back, but before she could do so, her masked opponent went to deliver a wild chop on her chest, causing her partially-exposed breasts to jiggle upon impact. "Grkh!!" Still, it kind of hurt, and the Indian woman let out a pained grunt from the hit.

Somehow, the pain she experienced upon having her chest chopped had somewhat helped her to regain her clarity. Of course, her strength had yet to return to her, so she couldn't exactly push herself up in order to stand on her feet. Her leg was still throbbing due to the Ankle Lock earlier, which prevented her from standing up.

But, the Black Fang was close to her after delivering the chop on her chest, so with a pained growl, Great Kali went to her opponent's knee, attacking it with a strike of her elbow, hoping to make her lose her balance as well as to deliver more damage on her.

The crowd rightfully winced at the Black Fang’s strike, as it landed flush on Great Kali’s skin and with enough noise to make the ears ring. If anyone doubted how powerful a properly applied chop could be, all the had to do was look at the anguish on her foe’s face. She’d be feeling that one for a while.

But Great Kali was nothing if not resilient, and even on her knees, she was still dangerous. A lesson the Black Fang should’ve learned well.

She was just starting to reel back for another strike when a harsh block cracked against her knee, filling it with pain right to the bone. An elbow strike, and a harsh one at that, locking up her leg and forcing to heroine to her side with a loud cry. That was where she stayed for the moment, too, taking the time to rub the injured spot and hiss under her breath.

Hearing the loud cry of pain from her opponent made Great Kali grin in pleasure. But she would not just stop there as she would attempt to grab the leg of the Black Fang's knee that the Indian woman had struck earlier. After rising up to her knees, Kali would attempt to have her own legs trapping the masked heroine's leg while securing that leg with both arms so that the Black Fang's kneecap would be pointing towards her body.

Great Kali wasn't one to always use submission holds, but it's not like she's unskilled in that regards either. Grinning, the Indian woman would apply pressure with her hips, forcing her opponent's leg to straighten, hyperextending the knee joint. Considering that she had struck her knee earlier, the kneebar would be more painful than one might expect!

Things didn’t go well for the Black Fang after that. She was tired more than anything, exhausted by the demanding match, and that made everything she did slower and less impactful. Maybe, at her best, she would’ve been able to avoid what was coming next. Maybe not.

It hardly mattered now, though. Great Kali was quick to seize the moment, and the next thing the heroine knew, her vile villain had secured her in an excruciating kneebar, twisting her bones in ways that they were never meant to go.

The Black Fang screamed. She tried to hold it back, sure, but she could only go a few seconds before nature had its way. Frantic, she started to look about, searching for any release. The ropes? Too far away. Far too far. She had no chance of pulling to them in time, and even if she did, she could feel her ligaments starting to give, her bones popping. Something was going to give if she didn’t escape soon.

And there was only one real way to get free, wasn’t there?

With a deep, guttural groan, the Black Fang began to rapidly tap the mat, submitting to Great Kali.

Hearing the Black Fang's submission, Great Kali would finally stop applying pressure on her knee joint before releasing her. Letting out a grunt, the Indian woman moved back, panting slightly. Finally, she had won, and she couldn't help but grin. She had to admit that the Black Fang was quite a formidable opponent, but ultimately, the one who emerged victorious was her, Great Kali.

The referee would soon come and raise her arm, announcing her as the winner. After that, Great Kali tried to stand on her two feet before she let out a grunt, one of her feet still in pain due to the Black Fang's Ankle Lock earlier. Still, she walked over to the Black Fang, limping slightly before she grabbed a handful of her hair and leaned down, giving her a last, forceful take-that kiss right on her lips, asserting her superiority as well as to remind her who the loser of the match was. After that, she would shove her down to the mat before slipping out of the ring, heading to the exit.

There were some among the crowd booing her, but the Indian goddess didn't seem to care. She had won her first match in AFW, and she didn't care what the people watching the match thought about her. As she walked down the ramp, heading to the exit, she would stop for a while and give one last glance at the ring, a mocking smile on her face before she finally left the arena.
