Paige wanted some more exposure at AFW, so she managed to convince her manager to get her another match in the Friction arena. Julie would come up to her to strike up a conversion before the match. "And you're Julie may the best woman win." Paige said as she stared down Julie then Julie would make a comment about her bikini and she'd respond by saying. "I could say the same thing about your's. I hope you're not too attached your bikini, because it may end up as souvenir for a lucky fan." Paige said with some confidence before the referee would try to separate the women before she'd ring the bell to start the match.

If Paige didn't find Julie too intimidating, the same couldn't be said for the other way around. Paige seemed to be very focused, confident and experienced. Julie began to realise that this match was probably not going to be easy for her, and Paige's comments about the possible fate of her bikini made her blush. She liked to do new and exciting things, but still had a moment of hesitation about whether it was a smart move to accept this match.

As the bell rang, Julie was facing Paige. The Irish started to back off, probably appearing as if she was too scared to make contact with Paige. That was part of Julie's plan. She counted on Paige to confidently close in on her as she was backing off towards the ropes. And when she got there, Julie would try to surprise Paige with a sudden springboard dropkick.

The bell rang, and it was clear to Paige that she had intimidated Julie before the match even started. Julie seemed like she didn't want anything to do with Paige, and the Spunky Irish would back up into the ropes. Paige would follow her and would say. "Are you gonna fight or just run awa-What the-ARGH!!!" Paige would be interrupted as she became shocked by Julie's early offense with a Springboard Dropkick. Paige would feel her arms being pulled back as Julie's foot pressed on her back. Paige gritted her teeth as she felt the pain shoot through her arms and her back. Paige would try to stand up as Julie had the hold in to unbalance her opponent, and then Paige would try to turn her body and use her strength to try to break out of the hold with straight power to get out of the hold. If that worked Paige would try to Irish Whip Julie into the nearest corner.

Julie was happy to see her hold work, she could sense that Paige was not enjoying it. She wanted to tighten it even more, but it became difficult as Paige started fighting herself to stand up. Julie seemed to be unable to counter the brunette's strength, and soon enough had to release her holds. Paige would then turn around and before she knew it, Julie was swiftly being Irish Whipped towards a corner.

But honestly, that wasn't really bad for the Irish. Reaching the corner, she would return to the faking strategy again. Looking like the hit to the corner had somewhat hurt her, she would keep her head down in order to see Paige behind her through her armpit. Expecting Paige to be rushing towards her, Julie would then try to utilise the ropes to jump up at the right time, hoping to lock Paige's head between her thighs. If she managed to do that, Julie would then try to dive her upper body down by the ropes and drive Paige's head to the turnbuckle with her headscissor hold.

Paige wanted to keep the pressure on Julie and she'd rush after the Spunky Irish woman as she collided with the turnbuckle. However, Paige would be caught by Julie's legs which would wrap around her neck. "What the...Let go of M-ARGH!!!" Paige said in frustration as she was played for a fool by Julie once again as Paige's skull ricocheted off of the top turnbuckle. The force would make Paige slump down into a seated position in the corner trying to recover as Julie prepared to take advantage.

Julie was extatic after her moves turned out to be successful. They had been slightly risky, and definitely showy for the crowds to see, and managing to nail them like that could only mean good things for the rookie. The crowds seemed to like the show, and Julie was also happy about the fact that despite being smaller than Paige, she had managed to gain the upper hand for now.

Quickly getting back up to her feet, Julie could see Paige slumping down in the corner. She knew this was not a time to start being easy on her. Julie approached Paige again, jumping up in front of the brunette with her hands reaching for the top rope, then trying to kick Paige's upper chest with both of her feet in the momentum. Hoping to get Paige that way turn around to be leaning on the ropes facing the crowds, Julie would back off in the meantime and then spring back towards her, trying to hit Paige with a Leapfrog body guillotine.
