Bethany Maroza vs Natasha Rostovik - Acceptable Targets

Bethany was getting prepared for her match tonight, truth be told she was wondering while she was still here. Her debut had her getting obliterated, Beth had been sent to the AFW by her circus to help promote it. But she hadn't been able to do that with the higher ups seemingly forgetting about her. Bethany was preparing to pack up and go back to the circus where she'd be happy, then she got the call up for a match. Perhaps she had gotten a small fan following, maybe they wanted her to get squashed or something.

Still the circus girl figured why not? They say you never got a second chance to make a good impression, in her line of work that was often the case. Wrestling might be a different ball game though, in addition to practising her acrobatic routines Beth picked up some extra tools of the trade. She decided that everything was going to be brought to the table, not just herself.

Checking her ringleader's coat Bethany had an array of goodies stashed inside of it, decked out with the top hat as well. With exotically patterned black stockings and attached ballet flats, a black skirt with a see through fabric near the bottom of it. Topped off with a white crop top. A stagehand informed Bethany that it was time, her cue so to say.

Wordlessly Bethany made her way to the entrance ramp, she almost considered peeking her head out the curtain to see everyone in attendance. But decided against it. Her theme song would blare out from the speakers, Fantastic Theatre played and out burst the circus babe. With her practised motions Bethany strode out and bowed gracefully while removing her hat, after which pyro effects blasted out a pink love art above the young woman.

Donning her hat again Beth strode to the ring with a skipping step, ribbons slid out from her sleeves and flowed gracefully alongside her as a golden lighting effect made it appear that glitter descended from the ceiling above. Bethany would enter the ring and tap her hat, whereupon it seemingly disappeared by shrinking! The crowd gasped in awe at this, but the how and why was Beth's secret. Never to be revealed.

Ms Maroza removed the ribbons from her outfit and flung them out the ring, before securely placing her coat on the iron post of her corner. With a small smile she turned to see what her opponent for tonight would be........

Natasha could barely believe her luck tonight, after some heavy losses tonight she would have someone who seemingly had little experience within AFW. It played to the Russian's way, she could toy with the girl, test out her skill and more importantly she could attempt to dominate a rival and raise her standing on the federation.

The Russian watched on from the backstage area as Bethany made her entrance. A slight smile formed on her lips. Natasha certainly appreciated her rivals fine figure, curves in all the right places and an attitude that was mysterious. She did love a challenge, and it suited her that they struggled before giving themselves to her.

The sounds of Prokofiev rumbled around the arena. Natasha emerged wearing her familiar black boots, matching black bikini that left little to the imagination, or the strength of the material given how it stretched. She topped it off with her collar and behind her, the flowing long soft luxurious purple hair. Natasha ignored the fans who reached out for her and walked, fixed focus on Bethany toward the ring.

Climbing up the stairs she paused, letting the atmosphere soak into both her and her rival. Slipping through the ropes, Natasha grabbed a mic off a stage hand, as was customary and addressed the crowd and both her audience.

"Ze Princess iz here. I, Princess Natasha Rostovik will give you a display of wrestling tonight. I am ze dominant Queen of AFW, and to you..." She took the time to point at Bethany. "... You will need more than ze magic to beat me. Perhaps you should have learnt from ze Great Houdini, as only he could ezcape my holds... I promize you will end up pinned in ze most humiliating way pozzible!"

The crowd loved the trash talking from the Russian. She tossed the mic aside readying herself. She wanted to see the reaction of Bethany and was eager to make good on her promise. So many times, Natasha talked a good game, so many times she wanted to win, but also it was her biggest downfall, as often she ended up exactly how she threatened.

Bethany was waiting to see what this chick was like, based off the name alone she was Russian. Beth never really liked them much when her circus went on tour, too many bearded dudes and girls that were aggressive. They could dance though so Bethany would give them that, now just to wait for this Natasha girl to show up so they could start the fight.

Catchy song, out comes Natasha. Dressed to show off her goods, fancy coloured hair and all that. The folks at the front row giving the hoots and cheers that Bethany thought would happen with a getup like that, well looks were down. But how was Natasha going to fight? That was the main question. Bethany sized up the Russian with a small bemused smile on her features, something told her that Natasha was.....

Yep, soon as she opened her mouth Natasha was bragging. Calling herself princess first and then Queen, probably deciding that the latter one was better. Going on about how Bethany would need to be Houdini himself to escape her holds and saying that Beth was going to end up getting humiliated here tonight. The circus girl folded her arms with her bemused smile, before giving a little laugh.

"I don't think his training would help, Houdini died from a simple punch to the gut after all. But trust me babe, Bethany Maroza has all sorts of tricks planned for you. Be happy mind, your going to be my lucky volunteer" the circus girl stated, this girl was gonna talk trash well it was all part of the show in Bethany's mind. She cracked her neck and hands to get herself ready for this upcoming fight, for now Bethany was going to take it slow. Use her acrobatics first.

It wouldn't be long until the bell rung, once it did Bethany was going to come running right out the gate to try and take Natasha by surprise right from the get go with a sudden running dropkick to shoot her right back into her corner. What better way to start off the show than with an excellent display of agility after all......

Natasha watched intently but was somewhat bemused and annoyed by the response of Bethany, who seemed less worried or even scared, and more like this was a joke or a game. The one thing Natasha hated above everything, even losing was rivals who were happy, and treated wrestling as something to have fun with. To the Russian, it was all a power game, and those who seemed immune to her threats and in some ways, her charms.

"Harumph!" Natasha gasped, before following it up with a lot of expletive mumblings under her breath that were better unheard. As the bell rang, Natasha noticed the top strap of her top digging in a little to her soft white skin. She cursed and turned to look at it, moving her hand to adjust the troublesome garment support. Unfortunately she took her eyes off the Magician and soon felt the whack in her large chest, and the turnbuckles at her back.

"AGGHHHH! NIET!!" Natasha hung like a wet towel with her arms over the top rope, her legs sprawled under her. She had been taken completely by surprise by the sexy magician's attack. Her purple hair flopped all around her face and the Russian blew it away with a puff. She was not happy, and even through the blow winded her, she wanted to punish Bethany for daring to even cheap shot her. (Ironic given cheap shots and cheating was Natasha stock move set)

She eventually and gingerly found her feet and eased herself from the turnbuckles, to at least stand, looking to move out, albeit wobbly and unsure. In her mind she was already feeling the doubts, she couldnt lose, not again......

"Zat iz your lazt miztake...."

And the first hit went right to Bethany, Natasha having been so focused on her top that she failed to take into account the speed that the circus girl would have, spending years on acrobatic training granted Beth legs that could allow her to move and bust out some intricate actions. Natasha had been perfectly set up for a fast opening attack on behalf of the circus girl, not a bad start. Bethany had a grin on her face as she bolted in and blasted the snooty Russian right back into her corner, sure Natasha might proclaim that Beth took a cheap shot there. But Bethany learned that honour was for chumps.

Sure the circus girl had a sense of right and wrong, but the show must go on. Beth landed on the mat with a thud, she grunted quietly as she kept her focus on the Russian and admiring her handiwork. Natasha muttered about how that was Ms Maroza's last mistake, to which the young trickster would respond as she stood back up with "My last? But I've just started!" Bethany was so confident in victory that she put herself down, sides with the tricks in store for Natasha she wouldn't know what hit her.

Seeking to capitalise on this Bethany would try to run in close and jump up onto Natasha, so that the circus girl could get her feet on Natasha's legs and then grab onto her head and move backwards to take her lucky volunteer for a loop with a monkey flip!

The Russian had a lot of pride, not long because she knew everyone in Russian was rooting for her. No matter who she faced, historic friend or foe, to Natasha it was personal. Very personal. She moved out away from the turnbuckles and tried to think how best to strike to stop and slow down Bethany. The problem was, the magician was very quick and as expected, full of tricks. What worried Natasha the most was she hadnt even pulled the rabbit out of the hat so to speak. She hadnt seen what was hidden and that worried to  former Soviet beauty.

Natasha's eyes went wide as Bethany was all over her and in the blink of an eye she was sailing through the air. THUMP!

The Russian landed hard and immediately held her back, arching for a moment as she tried to sit up. She slammed her other hand down on the canvas and felt really out of her depth. Usually rivals who engaged Natasha came unstuck, purely because she could overwhelm them with her body, or her verbal taunts to get under their skin. This was a whole different match however. Bethany was using more than slight of hand, it was like an illusion

"Niet NIET!" Natasha berated herself in her native tongue getting visibly annoyed

Since coming to the AFW and losing in her debut Bethany had chosen to actually brush up on her wrestling skills, she certainly had the time to practise after all. She wasn't the biggest girl but thanks to her lithe figure she could get in quick and send her opponent for a loop. Besides Bethany had to admit she'd been getting hooked on moves like that monkey flip, given that they were pleasing to the eye and fun to watch. Natasha was being such a good volunteer, a probably unwilling one sure but it was all part of the show.

After sending the Russian flying for the loop the circus girl lay there for a second, before putting her hands so that the palms were on the mat. Then pushing herself upwards with her legs going up into the air, before completing the full motion to go to a full standing position with a smile. Earning several loud cheers from the crowd, at this point Bethany practically had them eating out the palm of her hand.

Bethany then turned to where Natasha had fallen, no doubt the Russian had gotten annoyed at being the subject of Beth's performance. Bouncing on her feet Bethany would size up Natasha, eager on attempting her agile attacks. Deciding to play to the wrestling style once again Ms Maroza would run in as Natasha got up to try and rush at her opponent with a leaping clothesline!

Natasha was furious which was never a good sign. It meant she would either go nuclear in her attacks or would try too hard and slip up, leaving her wide open. She didnt like anyone to showboat against her. She should be the one to showboat, she was the one who punished rivals. She hated being outwrestled, and Bethany was all tricks and playing to the crowd.

As she got up and saw Bethany flying toward her, with her arm dead set on colliding with Natasha's impressive chest. Displaying some gymnastic moves of her own, the Russian dropped to the canvas, looking to move out of the way and let the circus girl collide with either the ropes or the corner behind the pair. Natasha wasnt sure given how everything had to happen quickly, otherwise she would be flattened and humilated. If the move all worked as planned, Natasha would show this girl exactly what it as like to be part of the show

Bethany had never been trained as a wrestler, there was a strongman in her circus sure but having a really bulky frame would have made her acrobatics much harder to perform. But this match was the second chance to make a first impression, hence why Bethany in spite of her usual showmanship was taking this more seriously. The circus girl wouldn't mind going back to her home, but after all the effort that it took to come to Japan Beth didn't want to head there empty handed. Besides Natasha was just screaming for someone to take her down a peg.

Still though Natasha wasn't going to take any of this lying down if her nature was anything to go by, the lariat caught nothing. The Russian probably telegraphed that attack, Bethany grunted as her arm passed harmlessly through the air. She was going straight into the corner thanks to her own momentum, Bethany prepared herself as best she could.

Using her acrobatics training the circus girl braced herself for impact, getting her arms up in place to cover her chest. Bethany winced as she hit the corner, the padding doing little to soften the impact. Ms Maroza took a step back and rubbed her chest, she was left stunned for the moment as a result of crashing there. But it was just going to be a momentary mistake in the start of the performance as far as Beth was concerned....

Natasha was pleased with her duck, it was almost martix-esq which showed off her flexibility and poise. She was highlighting the fact that it wasnt only Bethany who had the circus like skills. The sound of her rival crashing into the corner was music to the Russian's ears and she quickly scrambled to see what had happened. Unfortunately her duck and bend had left her virtually on her bottom on the canvas, not as graceful as the Russian had imagined.

The Russian's eyes narrows as Bethany took tentative steps backwards. She wanted to capitalize on this mistake in what had been a fairly even match so far At least now, the circus girl couldnt pull any annoying tricks or make the Russian look foolish.

Moving in close Natasha wrapped her arms around the waist of Bethany and let her lips come close to the girls ears. "Zis is what you get for making fool of Mother Russia!" With that Natahsa tried to hoist Bethany up and if successful, get her over, and arch for a German Suplex pinning combination. So keen was Natahsa to put Bethany into a pin that she hadnt considered just how close the ropes were to the pair, and as Natahsa tried to lift the girl she cursed herself for not thinking clever enough. Maybe Bethany wouldnt notice?
