History/Personality
Hibari is a ditzy and clumsy girl. She is always happy but a bit of an airhead. Though she has a great personality and cute appearance, she was often bullied for her clumsiness and this followed her throughout her childhood and into high school. But she revealed she is very good friends with Yagyu as Yagyu often took care of her, fending off bullies and actually allowed Hibari to live with her when Hibari ran away from home after getting into fights with her foster parents. After finishing highschool, Hibari decided to follow Yagyu and joined the AFW with her but was placed in the kawaii faction.
