Re: Silver Ace vs River Styx: Tables Match
Owwww...just...fuckin...owwwww....
Such was the kind of thoughts racing through Aces head, laying on the floor in a breathless daze, her entire body aching and throbbing all over. Geez, this high flying thing was nowhere near as easy as her girlfriend Valley Doll made it look!
While her fans would have liked to help, they stayed back. Culture and tradition among the native fans kept them from interfering with a fight, while tourists were simply scared of getting in Styx's way, for good reason.
With nothing and no one to stop her, the tank of a woman easily picked Ace up and rag tossed her back over the barricade, Ace groaning and using the announcer table to start pushing herself back up onto shaky legs after her botched diving attempt.

Re: Silver Ace vs River Styx: Tables Match
The fans were right to keep their distance from Styx, knowing full well that she had a penchant for collateral damage. This was a woman who once used a referee as a weapon in a hardcore match. Anything and everything was fair game with her.
That didn’t stop a few of the bolder fans from booing her way as she stomped after Ace, an act of defiance that she squashed by bucking at them. It put enough fear into the nearest fans to make them shut up for the time being, and then it was back to work.
Since Ace had so helpfully pulled herself up near the announcer’s table, Styx decided she’d take advantage of the position. Coming up behind her foe, she grabbed the woman by her silver-hairs and threw her face forward, ramming it on the top off the desk. The announcer’s started to protest, but a quick, iron gaze from Styx told them that wouldn’t get anywhere. Instead, they wisely collected their stuff and promptly moving several feet, giving them plenty of space to work.

Re: Silver Ace vs River Styx: Tables Match
Ace's attempt at getting her wind back and get back to her feet, leaning against the announcers table, looking down at the top of the table, was interrupted, as the table suddenly got a lot closer, Styx smashing her face into the table, hard enough to actually audibly crack a piece of it, Ace dropping to her knees and groaning, leaning against the table, upper body still on it.
"Owwww....fucking....bitchhh..."
She muttered, trying to push herself back up on shaky arms, having been knocked for a loop by that last attack.

Re: Silver Ace vs River Styx: Tables Match
”What was that?”
Styx stayed close to Silver Ace as she reeled from the blow, pacing a bit, making sure to never let her out of her sight. That was the mistake she’d made when fighting Angel and Adrian - giving them too much space, too much time to work their little tricks. Ace would be getting none of that. Just pain, pain, and more pain on top.
”Didn’t quite catch that.”
After backing off a bit to let Ace regain some feeling, Styx moved again and grabbed her by the shoulder, spinning around her around and pressing her back against the table. She reeled back and hit her in the face with a powerful chop to the chest. Though, coming from her meaty arm, it was more like a clubbing blow.
”Speak up!”

Re: Silver Ace vs River Styx: Tables Match
Ace staggered her way back up to her feet, shaking her head, trying to clear the spots that had been in her vision since her botched high flying attempt, face numb and head buzzing from having her face slammed into the announcers table, blood leaking from her nose.
Suddenly, she was spun around, and Styx's arm smashed into her body, a loud "SMACK!" sound heard, causing the crowd to wince from the force of the impact, as Ace let out a loud yelp, the sheer force of Styx's chop knocking Silver Ace onto her back, legs kicking upwards into the air, before they fell back, the sheer momentum rolling Ace backwards, until she was laying on her front, on top of the announce table!

“Come on!” Styx roared, her spittle flying into Ace’s face after the blow sent her reeling. “Speak up!”
Ordinarily, Styx would’ve been fine with just continuing to wail away on Ace, hammer her into the table with relentless fury...but the placement interested her. She was already on top of the table, in a position that could be so easily taken advantage of. Why waste it?
“Don’t go anywere.” Styx gave Ace another hard, clubbing blow in the face, dropping her skull hard into surface, before she moved past her, heading towards the barricade with deadly intentions.
Tai
Things...were not going well, to say the least. Thanks to that ill-advised last dive, Styx had regained full control of things, shrugging off the damage Ace had managed to do to her, and delivering hard damage of her own, including slamming Ace’s face into the announcer’s table yet again as she lay on top of it, leaving the silver haired fighter groaning and writhing, trying to push herself up to see what the hell Styx was planning to do next!
acuya
The first step was getting up on the barricade. This was actually a bit harder than it sounded, since Styx was an exceptionally big woman and the barricade didn’t exactly have much standing space.
The second step was standing up straight and maintaining her balance. This was, also, a bit harder than it sounded, since Styx was not exactly known for her sure feet and tight sense of balance.
But the final step, that was easiest and the most fun: Styx jumped off the barricade, drew her legs in, and tried to stomp Ace clear through the table for a devastating attack. It wouldn’t win her the match, she knew that, but it would be much easier to put Ace through a table when she was knocked out.
Tai
“W-What the...HOLY SHIT!” Ace screamed, as the big tank River Styx suddenly became a FLYING tank, leaping off of the barricade. At the last moment, before she could be utterly crushed like an insect, Ace rolled off of the announcers table onto the floor, just barely avoiding that flying stomp. The table however, wasn’t so lucky, getting smashed and crushed under River Styx’s weight, collapsing and breaking into several pieces, to the shock of the surrounding fans!
acuya
Styx had opted to go with the flying stomp, as opposed to a belly flop or a back drop, figuring it would do more damage if she drop down on Ace’s lithe, limp body with all of her weight behind it. She also figured it would save her, in case her target managed to move in time. Which she did.
It was a sound theory, but she neglected to consider all the weight that would be put on her ankle from the jump. So, when Styx came down and got nothing but table, she heard a very audible SNAP, and the pain surged right after that.
“Shit!” Styx cried out, as she rolled around in the debris, grasping her right ankle, hissing and cursing up a storm.
Tai
Ace had gotten lucky as hell, only her impressive speed allowing her to get out of the way in time to avoid that stomp. Grabbing the edge of the ring, she pulled herself back up to her feet, limping as she turned herself around, eyes widening at the sight. The announcers table was utterly destroyed, monitors and wires laying all around, damaged beyond repair. But laying in the middle of all that wreckage was River Styx, cursing and holding her ankle, having apparently hurt herself, though the referee was too scared, it seemed, to come check on her. Having bought herself time, Ace limped over to the nearby table, still laying on the floor. She grabbed it, using the time while Styx was down to set it up!
acuya
“Styx!” The referee called out from the ring, leaning over the ropes to get a better look. “Are you okay?”
Styx just groaned as she tried to push her way up...and failed, having to fall back down to her knees. She ran her fingers over the hurting ankle, grunting at the mere touch. Broken, probably. Definitely wouldn’t be good for those amazing high kicks and aerial maneuvers that she loved so much.
Hating Ace even more - and herself, a little - she pushed up on her good leg and turned about, trying to see what her enemy had gotten up to while she was busy wallowing.
Tai
Getting the table set up, Ace stood tall. Finally, her head was clear, her body, while aching, was still good condition, and Styx was down for the count at the moment. This was her chance. She could put this big tanky bitch down, through a table, and get payback for herself, Angel, and Gallium.
It was time to end this.
Ace slammed her fists on the table repeatedly, amping both herself and the crowd up. Feeling fired up and ready to finish this fight, she turned towards Styx, and began limping her way towards her.
“Cmon Styx! Time to finish you off, you big dumb bitch!”
acuya
Styx was used to broken bones - both from creating them and incurring them. That didn’t mean she was completely new to the pain, however. In her experience, that was the nasty thing about breaking them: they always hurt in a new, fresh way. This ankle felt like a sharp, slicing pain, like someone was digging into it with a knife every time she tried to put a little weight on it.
But she wasn’t so distracted by the fight that she didn’t hear Ace getting ready for the big plunge. She had a good idea what was coming, and she’d be ready for it.
She discreetly took out a little bag from her pocket, her patented Black Tar solution, and started to swirl it around in her mouth, getting the powder nice and wet. It was a nasty taste, spicy and hot on her tongue, but on Ace’s eyeballs? Oh, it’d burn like a thousand hells.
The second Ace was close enough, she spun around and spewed the concution, letting the inky black substance explode all over her face.
Tai
“Alright, cmon you-GAH! Son of a...What the fuck!?” Ace yelled, having gone up to Styx, about to grab her and pull her towards the table to put her through it, when the woman actually spat-fucking SPAT- at her, like some dirty uncouth bitch! Only this spit, didn’t seem like regular spit. Ace’s face was covered in a foul black liquid powder, filling and blurring her vision, making her unable to see anything but darkness...a sickening, dizzying, foul smelling darkness. Then it started burning. Oh god the burning. The heat grew, hotter and hotter, on her eyes, feeling like it was burning, searing, on her skin and eyes, causing her to scream! “AGHH! FUCK! FUCK! My eyes! Oh my god it burns! I-I can’t see!”” Ace screamed, stumbling around blind, hands pressed against her eyes, rubbing at her face, trying to rub the sticky and blinding away, not realizing that, like someone who had been hit with mace or pepper spray, she was just making the damage worse!
acuya
Even after she hit Ace with the mist, she couldn’t help but watch and wait for a moment. She always liked this part, right after she hit someone with the mist. They were panicking, trying to figure out what had happened to them, worrying that they might never see the light of day again. In all that furor, they tended to forget that blindness was only one of their problems. She got the opportunity to take them totally off guard.
Time to see how well Ace flew.
Styx reached out and grabbed Silver Ace by the throat, holding her in a tight goozle. She lifted her up - making sure to focus on her good leg for support - then hurled her back down like so much trash, trying to put her straight through the table.
Tai
In her panic, Ace had blindly stumbled over to the very table she sat up, bumping into it and nearly falling over. She couldn’t see a thing, nothing but a blurry, burning darkness, blurred up from her own tears, as her eyes tried desperately to clear the sticking wet powder on her face, the silver haired girl writhing in agony, completely forgetting about her opponent. At least, until a pair of hands clamped down on her throat, stopping her in her tracks, the former Entropy champion’s arms flailing and grabbing at various parts of Styx’s arms, unable to see what she was grabbing or what was going on. Then, suddenly, she was airborne, a brief, terrifying moment with nothing around her, in freefall… ...and then down she went, crashing straight through the middle of her own set up table, landing hard on the padded concrete below, broken pieces of wood crumbling on top of her as she lay on the floor, as the referee signaled for the bell to ring, the ring announcer lifting up her microphone.
“Here is your winner of the match: Riverrrrr Styyyyx!”
The announcement, and the tank of a woman’s music playing, gained loud boos of disapproval from the crowd, angered and upset by the woman’s cheating ways and cheap victory. Ace would have felt the same, but all she felt at the moment was the pain of splinters in her back, and a burning in her eyes, begging the referee girl, who was checking on her, for some water to wash it away.
acuya
Styx raised her fists to the air in glory, savoring her sweet, sweet victory over Silver Ace. No, it hadn’t been as clean as she would’ve liked. She would’ve been much happier grinding the bitch into paste, and she would have an unpleasant reminder of the battle with every other step she took.
But she won. When the record books were written, they wouldn’t put down anything else but the fact that she’d triumphed over Silver Ace, the rising star, the former Entropy Champion. What more did she need out of life?
Basking in the glow of the audience’s hate, she limped over to Ace’s fallen body. Styx shoved the referee away and loomed over, smiling down at her despite the fact that she couldn’t even be seen.
“Angel. Gallium. Now, you.” She had a chuckle, then spit on her foe’s chest. “Hope you learned the lesson, bitch. I’m getting tired of teaching it.”
Styx gave Ace a quick kick in the side, then grimaced at the pain it caused her ankle. Worth it. Totally.
The damage now completely done, she started to hop towards the back, where she could hopefully find someone crazy enough to examine her.
“Come on!” Styx roared, her spittle flying into Ace’s face after the blow sent her reeling. “Speak up!”
