Nanako and Seraphim: Broken maiden.

Haha, now that was the spirit! Seraphim could see that this girl certainly had some personality, confidence, and was a skilled fighter who just ended up against the wrong opponent. With a grin of her own, Seraphim entered the medical facility, offering for the doctors to take care of her for now. However, Seraphim decided she would stick with her for the time being, at least for today, since she wanted to talk to her about a few things. It seemed like lately, Seraphim had spent a lot of time here, but never for herself, as it always was for another person. Kind of ironic actually.. but certainly nothing to complain about. After all, she seemed to be making a lot of friends this sort of way, and really didn't mind.

"Hey, once they patch you up and find a bed for you, I want to talk to you about something, okay cow-girl?" Seraphim said with a smirk before offering for the medical staff to help take care of her, especially with that broken nose of hers and the bleeding. She knew that Nanako would be okay though, and planned to stick around for now.

The doctors hurried to check on Nanako's condition. The redhead barely had time to nod and yell at Seraphim before they carried her away. " Sure...! " Before the operation to fix her nose started, Nanako had been wondering what Seraphim wanted to talk with her about. And then, the anesthetics made the girl sleep in a few seconds.

About three hours later...

Nanako woke up in a bed. Still confused and dazed by the effect of the anesthetics, she sat up on the bed and rubbed her eyes, looking around with halfly open eyes. Her vision was still blurry, and she could barely recognise where she was. Memories of Seraphim carrying her to the hospital made her realize that she was in a hospital room. Her red hair was all messy, and she was only wearing a white, long nightie.

For the first hour or two during the time Nanako was being taken care of, Seraphim tried to find out what she could about Nanako from the basic files about the wrestlers in the league. Seraphim always did have a sense of paranoia in her, and at times she did want to know more about someone to have the advantage, but in this case, it was all for the simple fact that she wanted to know if this girl was worth talking to about the... offer Seraphim had planned, and if she was someone that she could trust.

The girl checked out though, everything seemed okay in Seraphim's point of view, and for the next hour, she took a much needed nap in the waiting room until she was told that the girl was okay. It was strange really, but just those sixty minutes she rested and took the time to nap, it made Seraphim realize just how much she needed it. For so long now, Seraphim had been pushing herself, and really never took the time to slow down, so this helped more than she thought it would. In fact, Seraphim thought that maybe she should soon take a day off for herself before she ran herself dry.

When she finally had the chance to walk in, Seraphim let out a casual yawn, entering the medical facility now wearing her casual clothing at this point. It was a basic pair of black dress pants with a belt, tucking in a long sleeved gray collored shirt, buttoned up and fitting her form with a slightly sophisticated look. For someone who grew up in the streets, Seraphim certainly seemed to desire putting her best foot forward and even dressing well for certain occasionas, and this seemed like as good as a time than any.

Being brought to Nanako's bed as a doctor showed her the way, Seraphim stopped just short at the foot of her bedding, waving towards her as she spoke softly, noticing the girl was just waking up. "Hey, rest well?" She said lightly, trying to ease her into a more casual awakening.

The redhead heard a familiar voice. "Seraphim..? Is that you? " She asked, her vision still a little blurry, not allowing her to know where her 'friend' was. A few minutes passed before Nanako could recognise Seraphim's figure, standing beside the bed. Nanako couldnt remember very well about the things that happened after her match with Sarah, but she could surely recognise the one who saved her from being a slave.

" ...It could have been better, but hey, as long as it is a bed where I'm sleeping on, it's okay for me. " Nanako sarcastly said as she giggled a little and smirked at Seraphim. She was still a little dazed, and wasnt able to think straight at the moment, but that'd pass in just a few minutes. " Oh my... what's this on my nose? " Nanako wondered out loud as she touched the gauze covering her fixed nose.

Breathing a casual sigh of releif, Seraphim was glad to see that Nanako was awake and generally doing okay. She had certainly seen better days, but overall, Nanako was going to get through this all just fine it would look like. With the most casual of smiles, Seraphim just gave a casual thumbs up towards her, conirming with her that she'd be fine, before she got a bit closer, noticing now the girl's... strange behavior. Was she effected from the medication? Seraphim had seen it happen before, after all, Alison had her share of medication and was often loopy from it, but Nanako certainly didn't take it in such a hyperactive form as she had.

"Er.. you broke it, remember?" Seraphim said with a light sweatdrop as she rubbed the back of her head, not sure how else to answer that. "It should heal just fine cowgirl, don't worry 'bout it." Taking a moment, Seraphim sat herself on the edge of Nanako's bed by her waist, and took a short breath, cracking her neck a little beore holding back a yawn as she spoke, trying to fill her in on everything now. "I was going to ask you to.. join something important, but if you need to rest some more, I'll go for now."

"Huh? I broke it? Oh, right.. It was Sarah..." Nanako thought out loud as she rubbed her chin. Some scenes of her match with Sarah crossed her mind like a flash. The redhead looked down at the white sheets of the hospital bed, letting out a disappointed sigh. But, to dismiss the fact that she might be depressed because of her defeat, she muttered out to herself. "Damn... I forgot my hat in the ring." Anyway, though she wasnt someone to hold grudges against people, she swore that she'd defeat Sarah Gatt some day. She couldnt simply leave things like that.

As headstrong as she was, she tried to stand up from the bed. She reached to get on her feet, but only lasted 2 seconds before falling face first onto the floor. Her body was too weak to move yet. And she'd probably need Seraphim's help to stand up. "Ermm.. Seraphim? You still there? Can you help me?"

'Damn.. she's really out of it right now.' Seraphim rolled her crimson eye a little when she saw how loopy Nanako was right now. The girl was a bit off because of the medicine she had taken and the anesthesia she had been given earlier, but Seraphim wasn't bothered by it. Heck, she actually found it kind of amusing, getting a soft chuckle out of it that she tried to hide. Honestly, Seraphim wanted to cut to the chase and make her offer about White Gale to this girl, but she'd wait until she was a little more... stable minded than anything.

Adjusting her eyepatch for a moment, Seraphim thought back on the match, recalling that the girl's cowboy hat was taken by Sarah Gatt, and knowing that the girl had kept little 'treasures' to herself over her victories, and so she tried not to think about it. If anything, the girl would be better off just getting a new one, because Seraphim didn't think this girl had a chance to get it back against Sarah. At least.. not right now anyway.

"H-Hey, you should really lie-" Seraphim protested against the girl getting up, only to stop mid sentance when she fell, causing Seraphim to facepalm herself. "...down. Eh.. nevermind." She went over and bent down to pick the girl up, being careful as she picked her up bridal style, carefully easing her back into the bed, not allowing herself to get any ideas as she pulled the covers over her again. "You need more than help if you ask me." She said with a sigh, shaking her head a little, but still managing a tiny smile from the corner of her lips, like this whole situation amused her. "You need some friends to help you."

Nanako was still under the effect of the painkillers. Seraphim wouldnt need anybody to tell her to notice that. The redhead really appreciated that Seraphim was helping her. She smirked as her white haired friend lifted her, carried her to the hospital bed bridal style and placed her softly upon the bed, covering her to the neck with the sheets. Nanako looked happily at Seraphim as she giggled softly.

"Thank you very much, Seraphim~!" Nanako playfully thanked her friend for helping her so much recently. Considering that she was still too weak to move, and also dazed and confused, she wouldnt have been able to get back up without her help. But not even that kept her from listening to Seraphim's comment. "Friends? Hah! I dont need them. I can take care of myself." The redhead said with a mixture of a confident tune first, with a much sadder one at the end.

That little thank you meant a lot to Seraphim. She had been hearing it a lot lately... ever since she joined this league, she had been slowly changing, finding herself becoming a lot more helpful and kind to others. It felt.. good really, even if it was from a stranger. The girl certainly was odd, but maybe that an effect from the drug. Either way, she unique enough to grab Seraphim's interest, and now she found herself helping the girl, sitting at the edge of her bed with a light smile. However, that smile faded when she heard those last words from Nanako, and Seraphim let out a short sigh as her shoulder's sank and she shook her head slowly.

"..You know, if you weren't hurt already, I would slap you upside the head for saying that." She said with just a hint of sarcasm, not really wanting to hurt Nanako, but letting her know how she felt about it. "Why in the Hell would you say something like that though? That.. doesn't make any sense."

Nanako let out a sigh after hearing Seraphim sarcastic comment. She'd have liked not to remember about her past, but she needed to convince her white haired friend that she had reasons to think that she didnt need any friend. "The only things friends are good for are breaking your heart, and destroying your future." The redhead said with a pretty serious tune of voice. That wasnt any kind of joke. In fact, it was the reality she had to go through all over her life. Friends were the last thing she could think of needing. She turned her head to face Seraphim. Her eyes reflected everything she was thinking of. 'Dont go further, please...'.
