Paying Homage (Open)

"-OH I'M LOVIN THIS!" Kelly interjected as she continued to dance about while Julia and the crowd raged at her, only to stop her dance and take a step forward with a clearly angered expression on her face the moment she was told to leave.

"Cut the music!" She commanded and it did rather quickly, keeping the mic close to her lips ass she glared at Julia and Alaina, the last The Higurashi Dojo.

"You. How dare you tell Me, to leave. If ANYBODY has a right to speak about them, It's me because I tell it like it is and I don't pull punches! IM the hero here who the people need to NOT take for granted when my time is up!" Snarled the former champion with a hateful stare.

"You people like to act like these two were so great!? Bah! Look at me! Look at my head! Look at me knee! I had me knee torn up and my head busted open by those two BACK to BACK and I'm still here fighting while those two has-beens are crying back in the states about their 'feelings'!" Kelly began to run her fingers through her hair angrily, pulling at her long locks.

"You hold memorials for these quitters when you're looking at the one wreslter who's done it all, WON it all and lost it all! Where's my memorial!? Where are my cheers!? Where's all the young girls who say 'Kelly Conway is my hero!'" Kelly spat on the entrance ramp in disgust.

"You don't see them! You don't hear them! Their voices are drowned in the delusional sea that was The Dojo fans! The Akashi Fans! The Taylor Fans! But now... Now that there gone, I can be the star on the cover of posters and commercials... Not those two bitches! It's MY AFW now! " Kelly breathed heavily, a pleased smile on her face as she pointed towards the back with her thumb.

"They might have beaten me... But I won in the end because I'm still here and I'm on my way back to the top unlike you TWO losers.... So why don't you mourn the past somewhere else because you're taking up valuable TV time!"

Every word that left Kelly’s lips drove Julia’s anger and frustration up another notch. Ever since the cowgirl had joined the dojo this woman had been like a cancer that just wouldn’t go away no matter what. And even now, with the dojo gone, Kelly still wouldn’t back down.

“We ain’t out here just to honor two people! We’re out here to honor a group of people who together have contributed more to wrestling than you ever will!” Julia roared back when Kelly finished. “You wanna know why there ain’t any little girls callin’ you their hero? It’s because you’re the dirties, sleaziest piece of shit that’s ever stepped foot in this ring, and there ain’t a damn thing admirable about ya!”

Julia had had it with Kelly. The disrespect. The trash talking. The arrogance. She wasn’t going to tolerate it any longer.

“I said ya got ten seconds to get the hell outta here, and I’ve already been generous enough to wait a lot longer than that. But now I’m gonna start countin’. You really wanna know how a memorial for ‘yerself would turn out? Well if you ain’t gone by the time I get to ‘one,’ we’ll find out real soon.

TEN...... NINE......EIGHT......”

The countdown had started, and the final warning had been issued. Whether Kelly would heed it or not Julia didn’t know. But if she didn’t, then things were going to get ugly very quickly...

Alaina sat by silently keeping her eyes on Kelly as she ranted like a fool, and Julia tried to put her in her place. Alaina stood with her arms crossed, bringing her mic up for a brief second. "You really don't want to be here when the countdown ends. If you mess with Julia you mess with me so you'll get way more than you bargained for." Alaina said as she threw her mic down and walked to the edge of the ring, putting her hands on the ropes and leaning forward as Julia counted down.

Deep down she wished Kelly would just go away, and stop being an insufferable bitch. Admittedly, part of her hoped Kelly would stick around to Alaina could smack her around.

"Blah Blah Blah..." Kelly muttered as she opened her hand and closed it to mock speaking, her eyes rolling while she heard Julia get angry with her, which only pleased the former champion as she frustrated the other blonde that 'tried' to berate her. But in the end, all she got was a smile out of Kelly.

She barely even paid attention to Alaina, she was outnumbered two to one but she was far from intimidated. Far from it.

"Count all you want, Cowgirl. I won't be long." Kelly said.

"Not too long ago you your crony, Alaina both tried to beat me up in a public place but I, I survived that beating! Just like I survived my losses against Akashi and Taylor! And while I never got my satisfaction in beating them one-on-one, I know of the next best thing!" Said Kelly as she pointed right at Julia.

"Alaina might be busy at Avalanche and that's just fine... But you. You're the only one left to PAY for the crimes Akashi committed when she busted up my beautiful face! And atonement is exactly what will be in store for you at Avalanche jumping bean! I want you! One on One!"

Now that got Julia to stop counting. Not the ridiculous bit about her and Alaina ganging up on Kelly. No one had seen Kelly jump the cowgirl that day in the supermarket, or Alaina arriving near the end of the chaotic brawl. But anyone with an ounce of common sense knew better than to take Kelly’s word on it.

No, what made her stop was the challenge that followed. For Julia this was a no brainer. After all the hell Kelly had put the dojo through, Julia now had a chance to make her pay for every bit of it on AFW’s biggest stage! What was there to even think about? Not a damn thing.

“Ya want me at Avalanche? YOU’RE ON, CONWAY!” she answered, pointing right back at Kelly. “You’ve had this beatin’ comin’ ‘fer a LONG time! There’s a few others who probably deserve the chance to do it more than me, but it’ll be an honor to do it in their place!”
