Notification error?

Is anyone else noticing that there notifications have stopped working?

It's always been sort of off and on for me. Most of the time it works fine, but sometimes it will give me a notification long after the actual post has been made, or when no post at all is made, or just not at all.

Must just be a breif spell then it was weird. My notification tan just stopped even though I was making much more posts afterwards and I was still watching the topic.
