Breaking the Tension!™ Episode 11: Clyde T. Gastin

Things had been going great. Swimmingly, even. Patty was well on her way towards one of the best, most important interviews of her short yet illustrious career, about to hit Clyde with a few more serious questions before letting him go in grandstyle.

She was all set to make history, when out of nowhere, wrestling happened. Patty was of two minds on what to do about this.

On one hand, there was a lot of potential here. She was essentially seeing an exclusive confrontation, a battle that only her cameras would catch. That meant more views. That meant more eyes on where they were supposed to be. That meant more sponsors.

On the other hand, they were trashing her set and ruining her property and endangering her wellbeing. So, while she was happy this was going down, she wished it to stop. Soon.

”Security!” Patty popped up and bolted for the door, waving her arms around in a furious fit.”I need security out here, right now!”

With the ambush totally planned out and well coordinated, the execution was a breeze. The wrestling prince walked up to the champ, looking for a classic staredown and the champ knew, just by the appearance of Daisuke, that trouble was soon to follow. With Clyde focusing on Daisuke, it was easy for Ami to blind side him from behind, clobbering him in the back of the head and mid back, only for Daisuke to grab him by the head and fling him over the set onto the studio props.

"Think you're pretty tough huh cowboy? Well, you're nothing! You haven't faced any real competition with that championship" Daisuke barked with Ami stomping down on Clyde's shoulder and head to keep him down while the two stalked him.

With Patty calling security over, the Takeuchi siblings didn't want any trouble with guards or any legal trouble. Ami looked over her shoulder "Come on Nii-san, let's blow this set....I think he know's whats up"she said, stomping him down one last time, Daisuke nodded and the two began to hop off step, looking behind time to time as they made their escape.

Thrown through the stupid background after being assaulted, the dazed champion tried his best to stand right back up, only to get shut right back down and take a series of hellacious, brutal stomps from the the Takeuchi siblings that blasted his head and shoulders, over and over and over.

"UGH! Augh!! GH-!!!" Cries of pain grew quieter and quieter, as he felt the weight of their shoes slam down across head and turned face until all Clyde could do was twitch and sputter in the broken heap of the studio background, left alone and barely conscious in the wreckage, the last words of the two Takeuchi's still ringing in his ear as everything went dark, with millions looking on and seeing the Tension World Champion being assaulted and left out cold by Tension's most notorious duo!
