Honestly, the only thing I dislike about it is the padding on the "unforgiving steel" that they added. Apart from that, it's essentially the same old chamber. In other news: yes, very happy with tonight's PPV as a whole. Naomi deserves gold, albeit the timing is off, and Bray... Finally! Other matches were pretty solid. Smackdown is still proving why it's the better show.

Bray needed that win and I'm glad he got his moment. Luke looked damn great as well cant wait to see where things go for him from there.

While I don't love the changes they made to the chamber

(Love the new shape, like the glass corners, not sure about the new height, not a fan of the new padding, though I understand the reason for it)

That being said, this was a really good show, and a GREAT EC match

You had:

The start of a new feud with Dean and Corbin

Fun heel work from The Miz

Additions to the Cena/AJ stuff

Fun high spots using the chamber, but without overdoing it and being spammy on it

Cena not being in the final two

Bray beating Cena and AJ "clean" (so to speak) to win the title, which he deserves.

Add that to a fun Tag Team Turmoil, good to really good womens matches, and a great Orton/Harper match, and it was a fun night.

For years, they tell everyone and their grandmother how big the record tie of Cena is despite earning only hate for the guy. Then he wins it and loses it 14 days later to a guy who should have won it several times but never has. If WWE had only already come to their senses while Wade Barett was hot, maybe they could have avoided a lot of the hate they earned with Cena.

they didn't hype up his 16th win specifically because he was dropping it tonight.

and yeah, if Bray had just pinned Cena at Mania 30, we could have reached this point 3 years ago.

Edit: But hey, fuck it. Let's just enjoy that he's champ now, not lament that he wasn't earlier.
