Does ANYONE care about Goldberg vs. Lesnar? Is there anyone that's honestly excited about that?
...if I say yes, can we still be friends?

I'm excited to see Goldberg wrestle once more.
I'm not excited to see him fight Lesner. Because, let's be honest, the whole beast bit bit is getting really, really dry. The person he's fighting could be the most interesting person on the planet, and it would still be boring because he's involved.

Re: Topic: Wrestling?
I am not excited at all for some reasons.
*It´s a one off. Nothing bores me more than a guy that comes out of retirement for one match. A really cheap way to get ratings.
*Goldberg looked already tired from entering the ring. He may have been excited and therefore gassed, but I am not so sure about that.
*He wants to be like Cena at the worst moment of his career again, and that is something I find pretty sad as a wrestling fan.
*He is what, 50?
*He wants to be a hero again, has he agreed to lose the match? Probably not. Not that it matters much because Lesnar is just one step above anyone else since he returned, but it´s quite funny that Lesnar beats the current superstars with relative ease but should be troubled by Goldberg.

They literally were only able to put on the PPV because they were able to borrow money from a third party at the last moment. That's hardly something any of them should be proud of.
As for Goldberg coming back....meh... a one trick pony who couldn't work a good match, lost his shine at the end of 1998, and has spent the last 12 years bitching and whining how the WWE "tried to ruin" his character, just because they didn't put the world belt on him from the get go and let him kill everyone?
Dude beats The Rock in his first match, gets wins over most of the Raw roster, gets pinned a grand total of TWICE in his time there, main evented 5 PPV's of the 8 he could appear on, and pinned Triple H clean for the world title, and did so again in a rematch, then gets to beat Brock Lesnar clean at Mania as send off, and doesn't even bother putting in even a half ass effort for it, then spends 11 years bitching and whining about how they ruined his character because of 1 segment they did with Goldust and because they didn't just let him rehash his 1997-1998 run, even though WCW booked him into oblivion from 1999-2001.
Not interested.
Besides, Lesnar's been crushing everybody, including WWE's ultra mythic figures like Taker and Cena and Orton and such...so now I'm supposed to feel like this washed up has been from the 90's who hasn't had a match in 12 years and isn't in the shape he used to be in because he's an old man and stopped doing steroids a decade ago is somehow a big threat?

Re: Topic: Wrestling?
I still enjoyed the ppv and the fans clearly did too. So yeah they have some reasons to be proud.
It is an odd situation since I doubt there going to have Lesnar lose, but id be shocked if Goldberg agreed to job for his one-off. hen again hes always expressed interest in wrestling one more time for the sake of letting his kids see him in action so that could be one of the bigger driving forces.

Heyman and Goldberg are two good hypemen for a match.
I am willing to give this one a shot, given Lesnar doesn't win.

Lesner. Losing a match.
You speak sins my child. You need to cleanse yourself.

- Spoiler:
- But seriously, WWE would never let Lesner lose and ruin their precious "monster man" formula. The don't have the creative talent to come up with anything better.
