Tension World Title Match: Emi Keyes Vs. Clyde Gastin (C)

Emi bit her lower lip as Clyde cranked up the pressure on his submission hold. Emi would try to reach back to hit Clyde in hopes of getting him to back off. However, Emi couldn't take the pain anymore and she began to tap out. "Let go of me you asshole. I give up." Emi said as the pain had finally become too much for her to handle.

The bell rung loudly throughout the whole arena, signalling the victory of the Tension champion. Any champion worth their salt had to succeed in their first title defence, to help in setting the standard that the rest of the competition would need to try and surpass. Emi in spite of all her talk and actions, just didn't have it in her. Sure she liberally took advantage of the no DQ rules, but even so she underestimated the grit of Tension's cowboy. And paid for it with the bitter taste of defeat.

Eliza loudly applauded with her clapping, a big grin on her face. It was real nice to see that smug bitch get taught a lesson in manners, would Emi perhaps reconsider her life choices? Nah, probably not. But it concerned Eliza naught, because the opponent was someone Ms Harenwood cared little for.

One of Clyde's first actions was to request that Eliza procured his old hat that Emi had taken from him, the dancing passion gave a little laugh. Obviously it was an item that held important personal value to Mr Gastin, Eliza could certainly oblige. She'd grab it from where it was and then proceed to enter the ring and would face Clyde while offering the hat and say "Here you go champ! Good show!"

If there was one thing Eliza enjoyed the most with wrestling was the feeling of victory, it was partially why the dancing passion preferred fighting the men of Tension. Where she was often at a disadvantage, usually height and weight. It made the win all the more sweet when the setup was as such, even though today the British woman hadn't officially been a part of tonight's bout she did get a right good kick in on Emi. Something that had been long overdue.

Eliza was a little taken aback by Clyde's celebration, though perhaps she should have expected it. Ms Harenwood gave a little giggle as the cowboy spun her around tightly, though it was in a manner of celebration at least. The quick peck though had been something she didn't expect, her eyes widening slightly in response with her mouth slightly agape. But Eliza quickly recovered, after all she knew it was important to keep up public appearance.

And so Eliza would simply smile and wave at the fans, she was pleased for Clyde tonight. After all it had been his first real title defence and it was a sign that the cowboy was indeed worthy of defending the gold, whoever was next Eliza believed that Mr Gastin would be ready to handle them and knock em down one at a time.
