Past/History:
All of her life Korra has lived within sight of the ocean. Her father was a fisherman and every day her home was filled with the scents and trappings of the sea. Her childhood was filled with days of running along the white sand beaches and adventures into the surging tides. As soon as she was old enough she took to surfing and it became her major passion. Faring decently in the competitive circuit Korralyn took up a job as a “native dancer” and fire dancer performing at all sorts of parties and events, mostly for tourists, as a means to support her passion.

Eventually her failure to rise to the rank of World Class Surfer took its toll on the girl and she gave up her dream of surfing professionally, at least for the time being. Disgruntled she took out her frustration at the gym, shifting her focus onto martial arts. With an athletes physique and a dancer's dexterity she was a natural fighter. Sparring in the gym one day she caught the attention of a promoter who was struck not only by her talent, but by her beauty. He offered her a job at his club where he hosted softcore erotic matches; mostly bikini wrestling and “foxy boxing” sorts of things.
