Tombstone Match: Josey Wales vs. Valrie Constance

Knock. The sound of bone on bone reverberated around the arena and the hardened cowgirl cracked a smile. The blow didn't drop the zombie woman but it did stagger her to a great degree, all the way back to the ropes. The goddamn ropes. Those cords of nylon or whatever the fuck they were along with the ref girls constantly harangued Josey with the brazen attempts to make her follow the rules and act like a civilized person. No, the Outlaw was as free as the wind and she rejected their confines.

Josey blew a breath of air outwards before leaping into action. She charged forward, full of bluster and confidence, before springing into the air. A girl who was a little bit more clever would have had some awe inspiring throw or some clever little submission cooked up, but no one had ever accused the Outlaw of being too smart. Josey was nearly upon Valrie in a few steps and leaped into the air at the critical moment. Two tree trunks of legs extended towards the zombie in a powerful missile dropkick.

Valrie was still reeling from the uppercut, luckily she had the ropes to help her stay on her feet. She would start to open her eyes only to see her opponent charging at her. Before she could react she would be hit in the chest by a brutal dropkick and, as a result, she would be sent over the top ropes and then tumble out of the ring and landed on the ground. The Canadian rock star would groan as she laid on the ground before attempting to grab onto the tombstone in order to help herself up. Though the match had just started, it wasn't looking good for Valrie.

Josey fell back down to earth with a resounding smack. There was nothing in the world like the sound of a body hitting the mat and Josey loved it. It wasn't quite as nice as brass knuckles hitting a skull or a boot grinding against a stomach, but the Outlaw still favored it. In most circumstances, it would have been a shame to hear, but Josey didn't particularly mind it now- she had just sent her opponent flying over the top rope in a spectacular fashion. She was feeling charged up and erected herself in a flash.

She stood at the edge of the ring and peered over it. There washer opponent, clinging to a tombstone like it was life itself, trying to get up and get back in this match. Josey didn't particularly feel like hopping out of the ring. Seeing that the match had gone decidedly in her favor thus far, Josey was going to try and get the zombie woman back in the ring.

"Say, gurlie. Y'know this is suppos'd to be a wrestlin' match. Why don't you come back in here and get that purty little head bashed in?" Josey's words were full of hate.

Valrie would start to grab the tombstone as she heard her opponent comment. Her entire body was aching in pain from the fall and drop kick she had taken. It wasn't a good way to start a match but she was still confident that she could turn it around and win it. She would take a moment to catch her breath as she then gave a smile before finally giving a response. “What's wrong? Afraid to follow me out here? Scared other zombies might come out to get you?” stated the Canadian rock star as she got to her feet.

“Besides fuck wrestling, I'm here to fight and beat the crap out of you, which means...” stated the zombie looking wrestling as she would then attempted to throw the tombstone she was using for support right at Josey's stomach. “...I can use whatever the fuck I want as a weapon and don't have to fucking follow whatever silly rules you may think we have to.” stated the Valrie in arrogant tone hoping the attack would bring her back in the match.

Josey's mouth had gotten her in trouble, like it had a thousand times before. Taunting an opponent was rarely in the playbook for more cautious girls and Josey paid the price for her impertinence. A tombstone sliced through the air and hit Josey right in her gut. Her abs were as hard as granite but that didn't help her much as she doubled over and then collapsed onto the mat.

Valrie was right. It was a no disqualification match and Josey was unbound by any obligation to any rules. That didn't help her much as she lay on the mat, and tried to pick herself back up.

Valrie launched the tombstone at her opponent and it was a direct hit. She watched as her opponent would cry in pain and double over. Valrie would make her way to the ring, wanting to take advantage of the damage she had just done. She would slide into the ring, hoping that her opponent would still be to hurt from the attack to fight back at the moment.

“This tomb doesn't have your fucking name on it but I think we can still use it for you.” stated Valrie as she would then pick up the tomb and would lift it over her head. If her opponent did not press her advantage, Valrie would then attempt to bring it down on Josey, trying to gain the early advantage and pay her opponent back for previous hits she had taken.

Josey rolled over to her stomach and was in the process of getting on her feet when her progress was brought to a sudden halt. She was on all fours as the tombstone came crashing down over her back and completely flattened her. The wood sent splinters everywhere, including down her back and Josey grunted from the pain. The match had been going so well thus far, and now her fun came grinding to a full stop.

Her limbs were splayed wide on the mat, but the Outlaw did her best to gather herself together and pull herself up. The pain niggling her whole back made the act slow and harrowing, but Josey was a tough girl. Even if she had just been walloped with pain.

Nailing her opponent with the tombstone felt so good. She would close her eyes for a second as all the wood went splintering everywhere. The match had now made a total 180, as Valrie was now in total control. Her body was still hurting from the fall but she could now move pretty well again. Seeing her opponent trying to get up, the Canadian rock star would attempt to give a few stomps on her back before running towards the ropes before bouncing off them and making her way back to Josey and attempting to kick her right in the face. She wanted to make sure her opponent stayed on the ground and knew her place.

Josey had been making good progress. She was nearly all of the way up before Valrie got to her. One solid stomp ensured Josey's acquaintance with the mat, and a few more all but made her and the canvas best friends. The Outlaw thought she was granted a brief respite, maybe even a sporting one but it was not to be. A swift kick to the face sent her loopy, and Josey was down.

The cowgirl tried to fight it. An unconsciousness crept towards her, slowly. But Josey was mad now, and she wasn't going to let this show stealing bitch give it to her the whole damn match. Josey gritted her teeth and grunted. She was going to get off this goddamn mat, even if it killed her.

Getting in several stomps before kicking her opponent right in the face felt so good for Valrie after everything Josey had done to her. The Canadian rock star would move away from her opponent as she then raise one of her arms in the air and yell to the audience as she now had total control of the match.

She would then look back at her opponent who she saw trying to get back on her feet. It seemed that she didn't want to stay on the canvas, well if that was the case, Valrie would help her out. The Zombie like rockstar would then make her way to her opponent and attempt to grab her hair and pants. If successful she would then attempt to drag her to the edge of the ring before trying to throw her out towards some more wooden tombstone, attempting to do more serious damage. Though she had to say one thing, her opponent was pretty tough.
