as of now, I've finished helping my irl girfriend make a character for this league. she had the general idea, i urged her on with questions and she built it, I wrote most of the bio. she's still pending approval, but seems to have a real interest here.

so, vague as you like, has anyone had people reacting to this sort of thing? if not the board itself, then anyone who knows others who found out about the wrestling fetish, or the fact that you have one. I'm not real tight-lipped about being a fan of the stuff, but not bad enough to ramble on to people. my girlfriend found out about it, laughed at me for a little while, then started noticing how talking about it affected me. she went through my folder, laughed a little more, then paused and went "....well, that's a good one."
she's quietly gotten interested in it, and well, here she comes...

any other reaction stories? will understand the few responses, in respect of privacy, but know there's at least one or two couples on here...

I'm very secretive about this wrestling fetish to the point where my cyber life here is completely separate to my real life. I've made very minor indications on my likes to some people, usually in jokes... But these usually only reference the computer game Rumble Roses.

I also did indicate with my ex that I might be interested in trying out something along these lines, but these very faint hints weren't really taken all that seriously. Apart from that, all my wrestling stuff has been stored away in a folder that is hard to get to (but I've become sloppy and lazy off late, keeping things on my desktop). Yeah, I'm the paranoid kind.

At the moment new members now need to have their application approved by me before they can join... I've checked all the recent applications and approved them, hopefully your gf was among them because I'm going to be off until Sunday and haven't figured out how to give Yatori or Psychopatrick the rights to approve new applicants (which is a bit of a nuisance). If not, I'll approve her on Sunday

I'm in the same camp with Kelsea >.< which really sucks when you can't have your own personal access to it and have to be extra sneaky about it >.< I have told one or two people and they seemed alright with it and semi encouraging but I think it was because I knew the people.

Thank you for putting up the post though it has helped me get a bit of courage to the point where I am able to at least get on a little bit despite feeling extra paranoid still. And when I got back on I realized how much I missed it >.<

Alas, I think we are all alike here. Wrestling is one of those private fetishes that you just don't say to people, for any reason.
