I'm so very scared...

Following the horrible terrorist attacks on France, ISIS had claimed full responsibility for them while at the same time, and if these sources are real and to be believed, they announced their next targets publicly as if they expect they'll succeed with them. The listed targets were Rome, London, and Washington. They didn't specify if they meant Washington state or DC, and I live in Washington state so if the state is their target then I'm in big trouble and at a big risk of being one of their next victims while also putting me in a state of constant panic and paranoia. And I suffered from an intense emotional and mental breakdown 2 weeks ago which I'm still recovering from, so this doesn't help me in the slightest. I'm just extremely scared and worried now, and I seriously hope something is done about ISIS soon thanks to these attacks and I also hope the source isn't real. Dx

Just imagine the news being "Today a proportion of humanity statistically indistinguishable from 100% did not get shot dead by terrorists while on a night out. This thing happened but honestly you're almost certainly going to be okay. Don't be scared; keep on trucking!" instead if it helps. The best thing you can do is just keep calm and carry on. You're more likely to die on the toilet than be shot and unless the plumbing situation is really bad, you shouldn't be scared of taking a shit.

Logically it seems that they are targetting capital cities. So id imagine DC.
But dont worry, there isnt any concrete proof that it was them yet and terrorist organizations do like to take credit for stuff.
hopefully this event will be an isolated one with no real follow up event from the attackers part.

I wouldn't work yourself up about it.Like Wolf said they target major cities so i'm 99% positive they mean Washington D.C also.Don't think about it too much or your just gonna make it worse man.So basically just chill

With alert high worldwide about the attack on France, chances are they won't even get to Washington because we'd be preparing for it. We're pretty crap at a lot of things, but one thing we're good at is keeping a strong militant security. Have faith in your country and, like everyone else have said, try not to think about it.

Believe me, this helps. I don't even live in Washington and I'm just as scared as you are. Well, was. :p
