Women of High Purpose

Akashi knew all the ways to get in and out of the Friction complex to avoid the fans. Because the AFW only left the facility for special events and was otherwise in a permanently fixed location, there were many people who would come to get glimpses of their favorite wrestlers. While there was always scheduled meet and greets, tours and access events, sometimes that just wasn't enough. Akashi loved how rabid her fans were, but even she couldn't do it all day every day.

However, some days she definitely loved it. Her PR girl loved it as well. After a pretty tough workout, Akashi was out headed for lunch and decided to take a stroll though the AFW arena, out through the promenade which was gearing up for the evening's events. She left through the stadium entrance where there was a line of people waiting for the gates to open.

The crowd was ecstatic and people began to flock over Akashi. She took the time to greet as many as she could and found herself retracting a felt tip marker from her bosom to sign autographs. She was dressed regally in a black yukata, embroidered with pink cherry blossoms and a black hakama pants.

It felt good to connect like this. She needed to do it more often.

Haruna had been putting in a lot of work lately. Between making up for the mess that was being a part Kelly Conroy's group and a troublesome encounter with Cecelia Northman, there had been quite a few complications for the purple-haired diva as of late. Growing fed up with all these frustrations, Haruna had finally decided to take a rare day off. Dressed in a red short-cut tank top, exposing her well-toned belly, as well as some denim shorts and sneakers, the shinobi diva had decided to take a leisurely stroll around the city to try and calm herself down.

However, in spite of that, she had somehow managed to end up at the main AFW building, hinting at how much her problems really were bothering her. By chance, she noticed some kind of commotion going on near the entrance to the stadium, and out of curiosity started to head over there to take a look.

Akashi had not even noticed the approaching Haruna, so engrossed in what she was doing. Now that she had signed a majority of autographs, she was busy handling questions from the fans, most of which were her fellow Japanese.

<When are you going to get Ms. Conway back for humiliating you?>

<Well, it's not the first time I've been jumped. I will have a proper day with Ms. Conway soon enough>

<What about the title? We want to see you win it back!>

<Ahh, I'm hungry for it too! I hope when these issues are resolved, I can obtain it again!>

<Are you going to fight at Avalanche?>

Getting nearer to the lively crowd, Haruna's ears suddenly picked up a very familiar but very unwelcome voice. Feeling her anger boil up to the surface, a deep scowl crossed the purple-haired girl's face. Despite her getting thrashed twice in a row now, it seems the fat sumo's fan base still remained pretty faithful. Either way, with no real reason to hide her presence, the haughty diva was not about to back off with a hated enemy right before her.

Standing up tall with her arms crossed, Haruna abruptly announced, "Akashi Tanikaze! I see they threw your disgusting carcass out of the hospital already."

"Oro?"

Akashi turned and looked at Haruka, not knowing exactly who was speaking to her until she saw the haughty shinobi. She furrowed her brow and politely excused herself from the throng, weaving through them to stand before her foe.

"What was that?" She asked, as if she hadn't heard. She then locked eyes with Haruna and smiled. "Please, I've had heartburn more painful than that assault!" She said and puffed out her chest. "I'm surprised to see you though, Saito-san. I didn't think Conway-san was letting any of her pets out without a leash!" She said, smiling smugly at the smaller girl.

The crowd, who was clearly behind Akashi, jeered Haruna loudly.

<Get her, Ms. Tanikaze! Restore the honor she stole from you!> Came cries from the crowd.

Haruna's eyes narrowed at the mention of her so-called boss. "That stupid mongrel couldn't figure out how to hold a leash, much less even put one on someone."

She continued on, scoffing at the demands of the rabble before her. "And you may have got me good a few times before, but don't expect me to ever make the same mistake twice. Next time we fight, don't expect you'll be walking away on your own power." Haruna glowered, speaking with pure malice in her voice

"Oh?" Akashi said, stepping forward, closer to Haruna. "Are you going to have three people out there this time? Four, maybe? You lack honor, Saito-san! We both know in a fair match up you stand no chance!" Akashi was feeling quite smug now. "Are you upset that your master didn't call on you to ambush me?"

Akashi stepped forward again, pushing her ample chest into Haruna's. "I will say it forever, Saito-san." Akashi said, staring down Haruna. "You lack honor. You believe that is what puts you above me, but it is exactly the reason why you will never, ever be able to claim a true victory over me. If you were truly my countrywoman, you would not be satisfied with this hollow path you walk."

"Ugh... I could care less about that moron's orders. And there you go with that outdated garbage again." Haruna scoffed, standing her ground despite the much larger woman leaning into her. "I thought it was common sense to throw out rotting beef before it spoils?"

Continuing to ignore the boos and jeers of the rabble surrounding her, Haruna brushed back her long purple hair in a flourish, a clearly arrogant action before continuing, "Not that it matters. I'll destroy both you and your foolish honor the next time we face each other."

Akashi pushed forward so that her breasts mushroomed over Haruna's smaller chest and their foreheads pressed together. The crowd was very excited to possibly see something happen right in front of them but even Akashi tuned out their cheering.

"I actually agree with you on that, Saito-san." Akashi growled. "There is something that is certainly rotten that needs to be tossed out." Akashi alluded, staring down Haruna. "My Imouto is taking a trip back to her hometown to do a little housekeeping of her own. I think that her and I would be happy to dump you and Kelly off in one of the landfills once we're finished with you. What do you say to that?"

"Is that a challenge?" Haruna replied with a arrogant smirk. "I could care less what happens to that moronic rat, but I would relish the chance to put you in your place again."

The purple-haired diva then paused to think for a moment. "Hmm... Why don't we make it more interesting this time? After I'm through destroying you and your foolish nonsense, you come to serve as my personal lapdog?" Haruna suggested, as a rather vicious look crossed her pretty face.
