Rewatched the match.


Dean got put over big time last night. Dude went hold for hold with Triple H, came out on top. Dean used a whole strategy of targeting and softening up the legs before applying submission holds.

He even got a clean pinfall if it wasn't for his leg being under the rope. It wasn't until after that happened that the Lunatic came out, which eventually cost him the match.

Be nice if they continued with that, rather than just stick him as "HE'S CRAZY MAGGLE!"

Turns out Bray's back is hurt, which is why the match was changed.

Guess he's been lying on it too much.

Smart writer's would make use of it, either have Harper pushed as a singles, leaving the family after Bray apparently left him high and dry, or push the rest of the family as actual monsters instead of 2 pin eaters and a useless bodybuilder, then when he's back to wrestling standard have him absolutely murder someone.

So yeh, probably back to the same promo's on Monday, telling everyone to be afraid of what he can do.

Mute the crowd mics and Roman's still booed, geez. Most guys would kill for that kind of heel heat.

Nevile borderline snapped his leg in his match with Jericho with a broken shin bone and ankle. Re-watching it looks like he slid under Jericho poorly, one of his legs staying forward whilst the rest of him went back. You can even hear Jericho go "Is he okay?" before he went for the roll up.

There goes England's chance of a big star any time soon with Barrett leaving soon as well. FML.

I don´t know if you watched the same Neville as I did since his main show debut. He has many very good qualities of who I am a huge fan of, but until HHH takes over or WWE ratings go so deep that Vince has to grab every straw his ceiling is the US championship or an eventual cruiserweihgt belt, with a big maybe for the IC which gained some prestige recently with Owens and Ambrose.

I actually admire Barrett für his decision to quit WWE. Finally a guy that has the balls to not look for his paycheck first but wants to have fun and a perspective while working after eventually being betrayed in the very last moment for his bid for wrestling glory by a stubborn old man and/or a top guy fearing for his spot and then holding out for years in the hope to get a bid for this glory again.
The man is in a very good shape, has mic skills and surely can passably wrestle if he is only allowed to wrestle. I am pretty sure that he will easily find a good wrestling job if he is still interested in wrestling.
As with Morrison, he probably won´t be returning at all.

What does it say when the biggest faces on the show are the meant-to-be Top Heel, HHH, and SHANE MCMAHON!?


Everybody in that locker room right now not named Dean Ambrose or New Day should be humiliated.

I would wager it's more apathy than it is humiliation.

I would not doubt there being a strong feeling backstage of 'what's the point of even trying if we're just going to get fed to Cena or HHH or Reigns when we get near the top?'

Barrett has a simple moveset that he's perfected to a tee, and can work a mic as good as the best. He even turned the Bad News gimmick into something pretty decent. For a guy who should of easily been the first English Heavyweight championship, instead he's leaving with a poor IC title run, and a King Of The Ring title he won shortly before jobbing to everyone including the likes of R-Truth. I really hope the guy has a hell of a run somewhere like ROH or NJPW, then comes back to WWE with a much higher price for a lap of victory as he finishes his career. Anything's better than the LoN right now.

Barret should have won the title when he was the leader of the Nexus. Even if he had lost it the next day or had a bite-sized Rey Mysterio title run, he should have still won it.

He's not as good as Sandow as getting himself over, but he's proven he CAN when he has something decent to work with and, I think he does need pieces around him. I think the LoN would probably have been better with Barret at the helm than at the side of it. (though I do like the LoN but they got turned into the Social Outcasts basically when they debuted)

Also, Curtis Axel is the best.
