Hardcore 103

Just like always, Styx stood in the middle of the ring during a Friction show as her music started to die down, as thousands of raving Japanese perverts screamed at her. Just like always, she wore her dark grey baggy pants, her wifebeater with the Heresy logo on it, her large boots. Just like always, she looked out over them and smirked, soaking up their hate and cherishing the boos.

But there was one key difference this time, as Styx began to cut her promo: she had a belt. More specifically, she had Adrian's ICW/ICWA Tri-State Television Championship belt, and she held it out proudly for the camera as she began to speak.

"You know," She started to casually pace around the ring."Sometimes people ask me why I do the things I do, why I'm so aggressive, why I hurt people so much. Now, typically, I don't care what hand jumpers like you think of me, so I don't feel obliged to explain myself. But since I'm in a good mood... She gave the belt a quick pat on the face. "...well, fuck it, today I'll make an exception."

Styx strolled over to a corner and leaned back on the turnbuckle, making herself comfortable."See, I have talent for violence. I'm good at it. Always have been. I'm here in the AFW for one, solitary thing, and that is to dominate and prove that I am the single most destructive force in this business. That's it. And if anyone tries to get in the way of that, this is what'll happen."

Styx pointed to the big screen as a short clip began to play, showing the little press conference she interrupted a few days ago. The beatdown she gave Adrian was short but sweet, and watching it again did her heart good. The boos only intensified after the clip was done, and Styx raised her hands to encourage them.

"Adrian, I know you're watching this, and I know you probably think that I hate you after an asswhipping like that. But, see, I did that just for payback. You fucked my day up - repeatedly - so I've got to do it back to you. But I don't have malice against you, it's nothing like that."

She walked forward and looked toward the entrance, putting on the closest thing to a sympathetic face that she could stomach. "You're a good wrestler, Adrian. You've got skill, you've got heart. You're tough. But you're not a good hardcore wrestler. And that's not even a real knock against you, because no one in this company is - except me." She gave her chest a hard thump and stepped back, putting herself on display. "See, I'm not just a hardcore wrestler - I am the hardcore division in the AFW. No one, not you or any other bitch, has what it takes to hang with me in a hardcore match. You're not strong enough. You're not ruthless enough. You don't have the balls to fight like I fight and take what I take and keep on coming for more. I'm on a different level. That belt you took from Brittany? It's mine. I earned it. I deserve it. And until you give me what's mine, I'm going to keep showing up and wrecking you. I will come out to every hardcore match you have and beat you down. I will find you in the streets and leave you laying bloody on the floor. I will not stop, ever until that belt is around my waist. Period. So we can do this one of two ways."

She held up her hand and raised a finger. "You can come out here and give me what I want. Or..."

Up went another finger. "Or I can beat you until you lose it, anyway." Styx leaned over the rope and beckoned to the back. ""Time to choose, Kytes."

Unless there was a live satellite feed from the hospital, River wasn't about to get a response from Adrian any time soon, and even if she did, it was very unlikely to be a very coherent one, just a lot of slurred swearing and threatening of medical staff if they didn't let her head down to the arena on crutches. But that wasn't to say the self proclaimed most destructive force was going to be left alone in the ring.

The lights around the arena dimmed as a haunting beat pulsed throughout the arena, someone who hadn't shown her face on Friction grounds for three quarters of year was making her return. A truly massive figure marched down to the ring, dressed in an all black top and shorts, showing off an intimidating set of muscles as the arena seemed to shake with every step. Rebecca Tomko was back, and judging by the daggers she was glaring at River Styx, not in any mood for games as she reached up to grab the ropes and pull herself up and in. Walking purposefully up to the bald brawler with just one thing to say. "You. Fucked. Up." She snarled as she got right in her face, managing to make even the 6 foot tall River look short in comparison.

The crowd began to completely lose their shit as Rebecca made her way down to the ring, and for once, Styx wouldn't  blame them. There were only a handful of women she absolutely wanted to fight at any given time in the AFW, and one of them - the biggest one - was making her way down to the ring.

Styx smiled, raw and wild, as the behemoth women stepped into the ring. They both were in the top five when it came to being the tallest active women in Friction, but Rebecca was a solid lock in the #1 spot, while Styx hung around the bottom. The difference was made painfully obvious when the two of them met face to face, and she had to actually look up to meet eyes with the giantess. A very rare thing.

"FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!"

She didn't back up, she didn't give any ground. The two titans stood in the middle of the ring, neither giving an inch to the other, with their faces pressed together so tight than they were only a couple of inches away from kissing. Which, if Styx was being honest, wouldn't have been the worst thing in the world - Rebecca was definitely her type. Agressive, dangerous, without an ounce of fat to be seen. But she had far better plans for that body than anything involving a bed.

"I fucked up, huh?" Styx had a laugh that was half chuckle, half snarl. "Should've kept a better leash on your pet bitch. Let her wander off into my yard, my property. Not my fault."

"FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!" The crowd chanted as the bald brawler stared straight back up at the ebony giantess and Rebecca was in a mood to give them exactly what they wanted, to start swinging at River until she stopped making any effort to stand up, but she had more important matters at hand here. "It doesn't make a difference who's yard this is. You give back that belt back before I make you realize that you ain't the biggest dog in this fight." She said, making her intentions clear. "This shit ends now, either with you backing of or apologizing, or in a five year coma." the amazon said, doubting that River would just back away after attacking Adrian so viciously, they both knew they were just looking for an excuse to try and destroy each other, one for fun, the other for revenge.

Styx had a low, gutteral chuckle after Rebecca gave her the ultimatum. Intimidating stuff, she had to admit. It was very apparent why the woman in front of her had set the standard for dominance in Friction for so long. Even when she'd been fighting back in America, the name 'Rebecca Tomko' found its way to a lot of lips. Now that she was here, in Styx's face and looking for a fight, well...

"You know, it's funny you showed up." Styx stepped back with a wistful sigh. "I was wondering what I could do to make her life worse next, what else she cares about that I can take away. And I think I just figured it out..."

Styx balled her fists and gripped the belt tight, as her muscles started to tense up. Her wild grin began to turn into a feral snarl, like a lion set to pounce at any second...

As the two titanesses were about to heed the advice of the cajoling crowd and begin a brawl, a flash of the arena lights and familiar music interrupted the tense scene.

The crowd immediately showered the arena with boos as Lukretia Von Creuzfeldt stepped out from behind the entrance and smiled at the crowd. "Frauleins." She said smoothly. "i am sure ze both of you are quite interested in destruction. Zis, I can appreciate, but I think zat tonight, ve vill not be seeing a match between ze two of you." The crowd somehow booed louder.

"Nein. Instead, I vill give you ze pleasure of destroying someone else's property for once. As you may or may not be avare, ve are taking a little trip to ze Vereinigte Staaten, so, I vill get ze both of you tickets und you can destroy Madison Square Garden instead of ze AFWDome."

Rebecca was just about ready to rip in to River after that last comment, maybe something about River taking away Adrian's chance at revenge because there wouldn't be enough left of the bald brawler to fight after what Rebecca was going to do to her before Lukretia came out and took the wind from her sails. The amazon couldn't contain a groan as the German denied them the chance to wreck each other there and then. However, the counter offer she made was a very tempting one.

Madison Square Gardens was the wrestling arena. There had been bigger ones, but it had the most history, it was the most famous, and to say no to it would go against pretty much everything Adrian and Rebecca had dreamed about when they first started. "...Fine." She growled out in response. "we'll have our match then."

"Doesn't mean I can't beat the shit out of you here anyway!" the giantess declared before swinging a wild punch at River. Yes the full revenge was getting delayed, but Lukretia had only postponed the formal match, not any pre-match brawls the two had. Yay for violent loopholes!

Styx honestly wasn't sure if she was dreaming or not. This was going almost exactly how she would've wanted things to go - she was going to fight one of the toughest, biggest wrestlers the AFW had to offer, she was going to get the chance to make Adrian even more miserable than she already was, and she'd get to it in an American ring, on the greatest stage of them all. The only thing that slightly took away from it was that it all got set up by Styx's second least favorite person on the entire planet, Lukretia, but that was barely a gnat in the ointment.

Styx had never been happier in her entire life. Never felt more joy or elation about anything she could recall. And, then Rebecca had to go and ruin the moment by punching her in the face.

The crowd started to turn wild as the blow hammered home and sent Styx reeling, making her drop the belt in the process. She staggered back to the ropes and shook her head along the way - that was one of the hardest punches she'd felt in a long, long time, and her brain needed some time to properly process it.

On the bright side, she was sure this wasn't a dream, now.

The crowd cheered as the Amazon's first fist sent River for a loop, they may not have been getting the full match out of the two here and now, but they were at least going to get some blood spilled for their money tonight if Rebecca's agression was any indication.

The Ebony giantess however had other things in mind when the bald brawler stumbled back into the ropes, she'd come out in the first place mainly to reclaim that belt River had been parading around, and now that she'd fumbled it, it was the ideal time to bend over to pick it back up and get it back where it belonged.

Rebecca Tomko could hit hard. Not exactly the shocker of the century, but watching her do it on television and actually experiencing a blow were two different things. For a second, Styx's brain was reeling, as she backed up to the ropes.

But she came to her senses soon enough, and just in time to see Rebecca bending down, going for the belt. Knowing a golden opportunity when she saw one, Styx bounced off the ropes and bolted straight towards the towering titaness, closing the distance as fast as her bulky body would allow. When she was close enough, she leaped forward with her knee leading the way, looking to plant it squarely in the center of Rebecca's face and get all of her weight and momentum behind it.
