Akiha managed to get her hands around her opponent waist but it seemed that her pink hair opponent still had some fight left with her and was now resisting her attempts at the suplex. Usually, she would have managed to restrain her opponent and hit the suplex but Zao immense strength was proving to be too much for the raven hair wrestler and her grip upon her foe was broken, forcing her to release her opponent.

The audience would cheer at the sight but Akiha would not let this get to her. Instead, she would wait for her opponent to turn around before attempting a big boot right to her head in hopes of destroying any chance Zao had at making a comeback.

Zao had thankfully broken out of the hold before getting slammed by the suplex, but she didn't have much time to celebrate it. She could only take a few breaths before Akiha at her again. This woman was just relentless. Zao knew she should expect mercy for being new, but this was almost unreal how rough Akiha was being on her. Almost like a hazing. Well I'm not done yet.

As hard as it was to focus through the pain she forced herself to react, bringing her arms up just in time to block Akiha's kick. The force of it still knocked her back a bit, but the damage could had been much worse. "Gh..." She quickly got her footing and pressed forward, now going at Akiha with a drop kick.

Akiha waited for her opponent turn before attempting to hit her with a big boot to the face in hopes of knocking her down. Though her attack did connect, Zao managed to block by placing her hands in front of her face. This left the raven hair wrestler vulnerable to attack, something with her opponent capitalized by hitting the raven hair wrestler with a drop kick, sending the Japanese wrestler down to the canvas as she held her chest. She would now try to roll away towards the ropes, not wanting to take another hit from Zao.

Zao quickly gave chase to Akiha as she started to roll away. She wasn't about to relent now, this back and forth between the two was starting to get tiring and Zao was going to stop it now. She dove after Akiha with the intent to slam and trap her underneath.

Akiha would start to roll but she would not get far as Zao gave chase and hit her with a slam. “Gah” yelp the raven hair wrestler as she was now trapped underneath her opponent. Not wanting to stay vulnerable she would attempt to give a quick elbow strike at Zao, hoping this would make her back off as would now attempt to reach for the ropes with her other hand as she would now try to crawl forward to close the distance.

Zao let out a pained cry from the elbow shot and started to roll away. It wasn't to avoid another hit or to recover, but for a different tactic. She wasn't going to make things that easy for Akiha. No, Zao was going to make this as hard a fight as she could for her. Zao got off of her opponent and quickly stood up. She then reached out to grab Akiha's legs and pull her to the center of the ring. Hopefully the woman wouldn't fight back so Zao could get a move in.

Akiha had managed to get a good elbow hit in, getting her opponent off her. Feeling lighter, the raven hair wrestler would now quickly move towards the ropes but just as she was about to grab it, she would feel her leg being grabbed before being dragged to the center of the ring. Not wanting to simply just lay there and let it happen, Akiha would throw a kick or two while still trying to make her way to the ropes as she wanted to waste as much of Zao energy possible.

Zao knew Akiha wouldn't just allow herself to be dragged off, but the hit to her face from her opponent's kick was unexpected. The strike had forced her to let go to tend to her face, and Akiha was able to make her way back to the ropes again, much to Zao's annoyance. "Gh..." She's tenacious, I'll give her that much. And that was being mild. She could understand the Akiha's drive, but it just made it that much harder to break her fighting spirit.

Submission tactics weren't working, Akiha was being too stubborn for them. A knockout then. I'll just punch her out. Zao didn't want to use her kickboxing for a wrestling match, but it looked like Akiha wasn't going down easy, so she'd be knocked down again and again until she couldn't get up or had her will to fight broken. So with her new plan in mind, Zao would let Akiha get back up. The moment she did Zao would take a running start to slam her into the ropes.

Akiha managed to get in a good kick on Zao and was let go. She would quickly make her way to the ropes now. The raven hair wrestler would grab the ropes and start to get back on her feet. She didn't know where Zao was and thus held onto the ropes. Akiha then turned only to be slammed by her opponent causing her to gasp for air as she kept holding onto the ropes for support. The audience would cheer as Zao still held control of the match against Akiha.

Zao was satisfied to feel the air being knocked out of Akiha as she slammed into her. She was definitely stunned now, and the crowd as really starting get on her side. It was a nice feeling to have this much support for her, but she wouldn't let it distract her now. Okay, so next... Zao brought her fists up and took a boxing stance, bouncing her on the balls of her feet. She waited for only a moment before she started throw a few quick jabs to Akiha's face.
