Cage Match: Juni Acker vs Kyo Akamatsu
Cage Match
No Holds Barred
Victory conditions: Pinfall, submission, KO, or escape from cage.
The night was practically buzzing with excitement as the crowd stared at the massive metal apparatus that hung ominously over the ring. Easily four times the size and almost twice the width of the ring itself, the cage seemed dark against the ceiling of the arena, stadium lights reflecting dully off of its cold surface. In a few minutes, the audience knew, two wrestlers would be battering the hell out of each other in an effort to escape that thing.
The first of those wrestlers was quick to reveal himself. "Kanjite Knight" from the Shin Mazinger Shougeki Z soundtrack blared, and the fans burst into cheering as Kyo Akamatsu strode into the arena. As usual, he seemed focused and serious, giving his fans a faint smile and a nod as he entered. He was wearing his usual knee-length black tight and matching boots and pads, giving the audience a good view of his fit and tattooed upper body. He seemed focused, formidable, and ready to win.
And if he was honest, Kyo was really hoping for a win tonight. He had been in Tension for quite a while, but had never even been considered in the running for the championship belt. By contrast, Domino, a relative newcomer, was the main contender! Kyo knew that he had to change this if he really wanted to get anywhere in this league, which was why a win tonight would work well in his favour. He wasn't too concerned about the fact that it was a cage match-- it would be a new experience tonight, but one that he would welcome.
Wordlessly, he slid under the ropes and hopped to his feet. His eyes focused on the other end of the arena as he rotated his shoulders to relieve the tension, wondering who had been pitted against him tonight.

Re: Cage Match: Juni Acker vs Kyo Akamatsu
Today was a big day for Juni. It was her debut match and what's the better way to start carrer than being locked up in a cage with person you don't know nothing about. She wasn't worried that her opponent might be a guy. There is lot of prejudice about females being weaker out of two genders, but Juni was very confident about herself. She flexed and checked her arm muscles - seeing how strong she is was always good confidence boost for her.
She heard "Here comes the boom" playing it was time that people in arena meet new girl. Juni went down the aisle and start waving to crowd and was actually little suprised about all the applause she got.
Once reaching the ring, Juni slides inside under the rope and did some last minute streching. As the cage start lowering, she silently stare in her opponent to inspect him. He was little taller and in about same shape as she was. This should be a good match.

Re: Cage Match: Juni Acker vs Kyo Akamatsu
Kyo watched as his opponent entered, and tensed, ever so slightly. His opponent was roughly his age, and roughly around his height, but what he noticed first and foremost was her build. Her arms, abdomen and legs all rippled with muscle as she moved, giving her a physically imposing, yet still slender and feminine, figure. Over this impressive figure, she wore a simple black leotard with knee-high boots and elbow pads-- a no-nonsense look that made it plain that she was here to wrestle, not to spark men's fantasies...although it would have been a lie to say that she was unattractive.
As she slid into the ring opposite Kyo, she began to stare him down, her green eyes seemingly scanning him for weakness. He met her gaze unflinchingly. He'd fought tough girls before...Mindy Priest, Rebecca Tomoko, Abbey Abraxas...and while he didn't have the best track record against such tough girls, he wasn't one to back down from a good fight either.
As the cage began to lower, he took a step forward, the crowd hushing as the two wrestlers stared one another down. Slowly, though, Kyo smiled and extended a hand. "Kyo Akamatsu, very pleased to meet you," he said with a polite nod.

Re: Cage Match: Juni Acker vs Kyo Akamatsu
Juni followed her opponent to the center of the ring. Smiling to Kyo, she extended her arm aswell to shook his hand. "I'm Juni, looking forward to have a match against you." Still holding Kyo, Juni gave him firm and strong handshake. Although her muscles were clearly visibly, Juni had to show that she's far away from being a "princess".
When cage finally lowered, Juni smile turned into slight grin"You're mine now boy!" In order to get head start right away, Juni roughly tug Kyo's arm when they were still shaking hands. She tried to follow with elbow strike in his face and there were already some disaproval from the audience. What a start it was.
Bell began ringing quickly and so the match started. Juni didn't want to do anything fancy, it's was just being effective. She can live with getting hate from fans, since all it matters is win.

Re: Cage Match: Juni Acker vs Kyo Akamatsu
Kyo accepted Juni's hand, noting her strong grip, and giving her one in return. In the background, the crowd clapped in approval at this sign of sportsmanship, even as the cage began to lower down. For a moment, Kyo was satisfied that, regardless of what happened in this match, Juni was an honest sportswoman who would give him a tough but fair match.
So it was that Kyo was surprised when Juni's smile turned into a sinister grin. The elbow nailed him from out of nowhere, slamming into his unprotected forehead. The blow sent him spinning around and stumbling back, clutching his face. He shook his head, trying to clear the cobwebs, and glared at Juni as he turned back to face her. He now saw her for what she was, just as the crowd did: a dishonourable heel, a woman who would attack someone in the middle of a handshake. From this point on, there would be no mercy.
The bell rang, signalling the "official" start of the match.

Re: Cage Match: Juni Acker vs Kyo Akamatsu
Juni just shruged and keep on grining after noticing Kyo's glare "Anything wrong?" Juni probably knew exactly what was wrong, but she didn't care. This wasn't the movie when good guys always win and Juni knew that very well.
She walked closer to Kyo, keeping her arms up in preparation for another attack. Juni would quickly throw some punches, aiming in her opponent head. Wheter punches would be successful or not, Juni would grab his wrist and attempt to do irish whip, following by runing after Kyo to slam his face to the cage.

Re: Cage Match: Juni Acker vs Kyo Akamatsu
Kyo was still reeling when Juni pressed the attack, launching a sudden punch at his face. Stunned as he was, Kyo's instincts and reflexes were quick, as he brought a forearm to block the blow. He winced as he felt Juni's fists slam against his forearms...and realized too late that Juni had been expecting him to do this, as he quickly found his wrists grabbed. Before he could try to wrench them away, Juni was twisting, whipping him towrds the ropes.
As Kyo went running to the ropes, he grabbed onto them just in time. Catching his breath, he spun around to face Juni...just in time to see her grab for his head. Pain erupted through his skull as she slammed his head against the cage. "UUGH!" he grunted, the blow sending him slumping against the ropes. At this, the crowd, especially Kyo's fans, began to boo further.

Re: Cage Match: Juni Acker vs Kyo Akamatsu
As Juni bashed Kyo's skull to the cage she heard as more and more people start boo-ing. But this was a cage match and Juni planned to use everything what she could - including the steel cage. Still holding his head, Juni moved it sideway with a cheek on cage. She was keep pressing it for couple of momments to show Kyo's face to Audience. They clearly didn't enjoy watching that and that was one thing Juni loved.
When she was done with it, Juni tried to use her legs to trip Kyo over and sit on his stomach. That way she would get top position and lot of options to continue the fight.

Re: Cage Match: Juni Acker vs Kyo Akamatsu
Stars danced across Kyo's vision as he clung to the ropes, trying to fight off the wave of dizzness that was threatening to overwhelm him. Juni had gotten a brutal head start, blindsiding him and then slamming his skull against the cage. He had misread her at the start of the match, and now he was paying for it painfully.
He grimaced as Juni pressed his side of the head against the cage, putting him on display for the now-booing crowd. He gasped and almost cried out as she moved his head along the side of the cage, causing the mesh of the cage to grate painfully against his cheek. Balling a fist, he lashed out, hoping to nail Juni with an elbow to the face or the chest while she was distracted.

Re: Cage Match: Juni Acker vs Kyo Akamatsu
Juni was planing to trip Kyo over - it would be perfect way to continue where she started. But her opponent had different things in his mind. Focused on offense, Juni completly forgot to watch Kyo's arm and she got punished for that. Before Juni moved her legs to perform her move, she felt pretty strong pain in her head.
It was Kyo's elbow, connecting with Juni's head. Juni put hands over her head and stumbled backwards. She heard how crowd began to cheer after this move and there was no doubt which wrestler were fan favourite in this match.
