If Tigress could hear Akiko's thoughts, she still would've been passive about it. She wished to maintain that throughout her lifestyle outside of the ring unless otherwise threatened. She too would get back in her fighting stance as she narrowed her eyes back into Akiko's in full on tiger focus.

After a few bounces, Tigress let out a growl before charging in full speed. She would attempt to give a swinging right back fist strike to knock Akiko off to the left side. If this hit counted, she would even grab her by the arm to fling her over to the ropes. If Akiko dodged it though, Tigress herself would be open for an attack.

Akiko rose her arms to block the incoming backhand, wincing slightly upon impact. She was ready for that strike, but not the throw that followed it. Her eyes darted to her arm as Tigress grabbed, then widened in shock and surprise as she sent Aki running to the ropes on the other side... well, if there were ropes there anyway. The realization caught Akiko off guard and she was thrown out of the ring, hitting the ground hard and in a daze. "O-Ooow..."

Tigress's back fist strike was well blocked by Akiko, but she was able to follow up with grabbing the arm and sending her to the other side. Unfortunately, she got so excited that she forgot that there were no ropes at all in this ring. "Oh yeah..." If Tigress wasn't wearing her mask then the embarassed shrug on her face could be visible.

But Tigress wanted to keep the fight in the ring, so she had to get Akiko back in there. So, she would flip to the outside of the ring and tried to pick Akiko back up. If she can do this, she would also try to guide her back to the ring so they can continue the fight. "Sorry about that, Akiko. Sometimes, I can be blinded by my own excitement and competitiveness."

In her dazed state Akiko felt herself being moved. It was slow, but she was coming back to earth. She glanced around, noticing herself being guided back to the ring, and she turned to Tigress, who was actually helping her, going as far as to apology for her action. Akiko blinked, then stared at the woman in disbelief as they entered the ring. Her face started to turn a light shade of red as she pulled away from the woman. "Um, it's okay Tigress-san." She looked away for a moment, pouting. I don't whether I should be thankful she didn't take advantage, or annoyed that I'm being treated with kid's gloves. Akiko bit her lip in irritation and got back into a fighting stance. "If all the same to you, I'd rather get back to the fight."

Tigress would keep watch on Akiko as she helped back to the ring. But by the shade of red on Akiko's face, she can tell that she looked embarassed. Tigress was being honest here although at the same time, she felt that she might be treating her more like a kid rather than a fighter. She needs to take Akiko seriously if they are gonna have a good fight.

"Same here," said Tigress as she got back to her tiger-style stance. The kid's gloves are coming off, no mercy, and no messing around. Once she saw Akiko getting in her stance, she would charge ahead and attempt to give an open palm strike to the face.

Tigress's strike came quickly, smacking Akiko and making her stagger back. It made her cry out in shock and pain, bringing a hand to her face to check the damage. Okay, so she's serious now. The realization sent a chill down her spine. Me and my damn smart mouth. "Guh..." Akiko gritted her teeth and returned to her fighting stance, retaliating with a spear hand to Tigress's stomach.

Tigress remained in her stance after the open palm strike. Her eyes refocused on the task at hand and it looks like Akiko got the fact that it's going to get serious now. Akiko then returned to her own stance and gave a spear hand to Tigress's stomach.

"UGH!!!" Tigress coughed out as she doubled over and stepped back a little. However, she kept one hand on the afflicted area to soothe it for the time being while keeping the other for attack and defense. She simply won't let this stop here from resuming.

While holding onto her stomach, Tigress would now attempt an uppercut to Akiko's chin before a spinning sweeping kick to trip her off her feet. If this worked, she could even add one open palm strike to the stomach for good measure. If Akiko can block or dodge these attacks, then Tigress needs to get ready for that too.

There was a bit of satisfaction that came from nailing Tigress with that strike. It looks like she's got a few weak points I can hit. Akiko took a step forward, hoping to keep laying on hits, but Tigress's sudden counterattack caught Akiko unprepared. "Gah!" The world went black for a moment as Akiko staggered back, suddenly falling to her back and taking the full force of a palm strike to her stomach. She gasped, bring her hands to her stomach to try and soothe the pain. It hurt, it hurt more than she thought. Dammit... Her eyes went to Tigress, glaring at her with furious in her eyes.

Tigress could see the anger in Akiko's eyes as she can tell that the hit came in pretty well. She still felt bad for putting her through this much pain, but she had to do what she had to do to claim victory. With clear focus, she would rush in and go behind her while Akiko was still down. If she can get there without her striking back, she would get her to a sitting position and grab her left arm.

Tigress intends to wrap Akiko's arm around her own neck and hold her down for the moment. It's not much, but it'll work for now.
